Listening to people talking smack about the Stanley cup craze. Haha, I have been living under the rock to not know what it's all about.
So it's some sort of limited edition collector type of thing, but for stainless steel to-go cup/tumblers. Whatever man. I'm happy with what I already have.

Listening to: The Seed of Fear in Us.
Came across this video while relaxing on Youtube. It talks about how we all have fear in us, but if we shift our focus/awareness elsewhere, we too have feelings of "non-fear". It's up to the individual to tap into that strength of non-fear when experiencing turmoil.
I like this way of thinking, even if it's from a religion that I don't participate in. I'm sure the message have been shared in various language/cultures, just in different words/forms.
