Welcome! ^ ___^ Umm... new accounts aren't supposed to be able to buy trading passes for 3 days. It's a anti-spam thing Gaia did years ago. That's weird, but as long as the marketplace and trades work, you should be fine. c: Buuuuut~ you found your way to the NSTG and you made a post so I'd say you're doing well at getting the hang of Gaia.

And XD just as I've been saying to everyone else, taking part in the Guild's summer event will be a great way to get involved with the community! Everyone's split into 3 teams right now and actively posting. Joining in one of these summer events and collecting points for my team brought me out of my lurking status one year. It's a great excuse to post, and before you know it, you'll be posting up a storm with everyone. n -n See you there! :D Plus, it doesn't hurt that this is one of the nicest communities of Gaians I've ever found. XD Don't worry about making mistakes or anything.

Well I suppose I should officially say something here. I am AmieSpiritShifter, Amie for short. I'm twenty four, getting ready to go to Culinary school in the fall, trying to get use to GaiaOnline, I like to roleplay, draw, planning out a Nuzlocke comic, I also like to write fan fiction, play video games, and cook. I think that's everything right now. I'm glad to be here and hopefully I will active here!

Welcome! I hope you've had time to get used to Gaia. n -n The Nuzlocke comic sounds really cool. I don't generally follow Nuzlockes, but I have seen a couple people who made their own comics and they were fun to read. I can only imagine that drawing your own would be fun too.

Greetings Everyone,
I'm new to this Guild but not to Gaia Online. I'm Smithers (Ron) the Captain of the "Anime Conventions: The Global Connection" Guild. I do plan on advertising my Guild on this Guild to make it easier for new people on Gaia to check out my Guild. It's worth the look. My Guild is a very large one and has been around for a long time. Often we get new members that are not only new to my Guild but new to Gaia Online as well. I joined this Guild to learn what I can to help my members out.
As for myself most of my free time goes into running my Guild. When you visit the Guild mentioned above you can easily tell what some of my big interests are. They include Anime, Conventions, Cosplay, being an Otaku, and so much more.
In my Guild I'm the Guild's Main Cosplay Photographer. I'm a Semi Professional Cosplay Photographer who has a lot of fun interacting with Cosplayers at Conventions. Ever since I was in my teens I have been a Photographer. Then when I went to my first Anime / Cosplay convention I started to take photos of cosplayers and enjoyed it so much that I became a Cosplay Photographer.
I'm a Cosplayer as well and when I go to cons I'm also dressed up in a Cosplay outfit like so many others. I find that it puts cosplayers at ease when they know that a fellow cosplayer is taking photos of them. You should see their eyes go bright when they find out that I'm a photographer. It's one of my great joys to take photos of cosplayers and then show them what they look like afterwards. Often they don't know what they look like. I also do Photo shoots. Some planned and some spontaneous. The spontaneous ones are the most fun because you don't know what's going to happen.
Other interests include Science Fiction, Fantasy (Especially Dungeons and Dragons), Hiking, Bird Watching, Science (All of them, especially Earth Science), Fairy (Faery) figure collector, and a long time "Rock, Mineral, & Crystal" collector.
