Amirynth Mahogany: That would actually be an adorable idea! They could be 'dream touched' as in they came from a dream. It wouldn't give them any special powers but they would have the necklace on them as a reminder of their origin.

It could always be an item itself? Like, a totem that lasts 5 generations?
Or a gift from the gods if you go on an adventure and bring back an item they told you to seek?

Edit: I totally didn't see this thread grew two pages when I posted this xD. I was talking about being able to use objects.
I'm all for the MLP moving power if that's what is decided..... I just don't want it limited to unicorns owo;;.
Also, wishing token is such an adorable phrase x3. I can see people getting really creative with markings<3.
My only worry is how customizable trying to make edits on it would be. Like if I wanted fluffy kitty ears or front claws owo.

Love the idea of using the little horse totem as a CYO type of thing..and as a little necklace cause its just adorable! But seriously I always loved the plushie CYO events in Soq..and they are actually one of the things I figured I would miss the most..but this could be a good way to replace them!

I love the idea of using the figures as CYOs/wishing tokens! Or fertility necklaces or something. I remember in Sandpaints the familiars often gave perks to the pets. Cornbabies gave you the potential for extra offspring and things like that (Is the only one I remember at the moment as I had one lol o3o wink . Perhaps It could do something like that? It could be won in special events or bought? Although, I really liked the extra baskets as an rp perk too, because the more rp the better imo, but it would be nice to have an option for people who are active but don't have the time/inclination to actually rp in thread or prefer plotting <3

I'd like to add that aquatics should be able to interbreed with others more freely, I think ;D Might give them some more loving~

Hello! Just did a read through of the thread, and I had an idea in regards to the aquatic type creatures being able to access the land. Since this is a fantastical land, why not have some fantastical environments? Like the Hallelujah Mountains from Avatar? Or I was reminded specifically of an old video game, Ecco the Dolphin. The game would allow dolphins to travel out of the ocean through a series of above ground rivers. This was the only screenshot that sort of demonstrates the visual of it. Hopefully you can make it out.  So why not have something like these arching out over the land? Maybe accessing remote land-bound bodies of water. The aquatic types might even have an innate magic that allows them to create temporary off-shoot streams for these rivers, so they can explore where they wish and interact with land/air creatures without having to leave the water.
