You have to remember that there were crows in the space before anyone entered the building. They were around the space infront of the elevator the whole time. I had Karasu's body disintegrate,but that would have left the pact ring for you to take. Which can't happen just yet. So in the time it took Akuma to finish Karatsu I had a bird swoop in and take the pact ring. Akuma and Kelina do still get a prize. Just not that pact ring. Make sense?

Her premonitions lead her to thrust toward his exposed midsection. Her blade would pierce him due to her speed and she would simply follow thru. It seems even a replica grants its wielder the power of foresight. Even if Momoria was relying solely on them she wouldn't be combating Ethan so effectively without her speed art activated. Once her speed and purge wore off she wouldn't even be able to swing her weapon.

Ethan was too slow to try and stop her, his magic locked he had no option in terms of spells. He dodged to the side slightly, just enough to make sure she didn't hit any organs and then kicked off her body, as he flew back throwing a keyblade at her, holding his hand on his midsection to stop the bleeding.
kinda gunna let this drag until everyone catches up.
