"Like I said, its my fault you are in danger. Its my fault that I had to fall in love every time, there for it is my job to keep you safe," he said almost as if he was breathing in air. He closed his eyes and looked down softly. "And, I love Ambrosia Vassolotti as I did Rose or any other name," he said gently looking at her as if she was going to escape from his grasp any moment. He felt bad for her and her confusion, but he would spend every life filling in the gaps from the previous ones. That much was true in his eyes and everything he said.

"I've attempted to date other girls before, Rose. All of them were terrified by the fact that I could kill them. You tell me what to do like I'm another guy. You make me look like a moron and still then turn around and take care of me even though its my own doing that I end up injured," he explained with a small smile kind of laugh but not much as he closed his eyes again. He looked at Ambrosia again feeling terrible about the truth, but he still loved her. He felt his heart ache painfully along with the rest of his body. He wanted to kiss her so badly, yet he was terrified to. Still, he leaned forward with his face a few feet from her curiously.

Alex made a soft sound out of surprise but didn't pull back as his eyes slowly closed again. He started kissing her softly as he found the soothing taste of her lips alien at first but then, everything felt perfect. He caressed her cheek as he broke the long wanted kiss as he smiled at her. He kissed her again as if his lips were feathers instead of a part of the most fearsome creature on earth.

Alex didn't feel her or hear her protest at his second kiss so they became more passionate, more loving as his fangs grazed her perfect lips ever so slightly. He hadn't kissed her in so long as he never let himself fall in love again. He'd become weak and couldn't keep himself from her now. Every ounce of his every being wanted this kiss and wanted this to work again without the death of her. Even if it killed him, he was set to make this love last and work. After a few minutes, he broke away again keeping his eyes closed for a few more moments before opening them and seeing if he had only been dreaming this. If his mind was playing tricks in his weakened state, but no. He wasn't. Rose was here with him and her taste still lingered on her lips

Alex looked at her calmly and nodded softly. "Probably, hard to though," he admitted gently looking at her with soft eyes. He slowly stood up helping her as well. "Do you want to stay or do you want me to drive you home first? Its not that late, but I just wanna ask before I go to bed," he offered gently looking at her as he started to walk out of the kitchen but stopped waiting for an answer. He felt cold, but it felt kind of good at the same time. He felt unstoppable, like the first time he'd kissed the woman who'd attacked him as a prisoner and now with the woman who stared fearlessly into his cold eyes finding only passion and love for him. Honestly, it felt good.

Alex let a small, honest, and happy smile spread across his face for the first time in only hell knew how long. Sure, he'd smiled laughing, but never counted those. One had to smile when laughing, this was different. When he saw her fallowing him, he slipped around the corner and started trotting up the stairs that lead from the main hall. He ran up the dark halls easily even with being injured before he stopped coming into another hall that was just as bare as the rest with no pictures and only window's casting their warm glow onto the dark wood walls and floors. A bookshelf stood out among the bare wall covered in handmade, leather bound books of all sizes, but well used along with a few printed novels that mixed in the set. He walked past these without another glance before pushing through glass doors into a room that had paper cast all over the place and drawings he'd made on the wall. A lone desk sat at the opening of the huge window holding a open pack of cards, pencils and a book he quickly shut with a loud clap. He made his way over to the large bed and sunk down onto it slowly while a shadow was cast over the bed from curtains that laid among it letting him sleep without the heat of the sun.

He laid flat on his back staring at the ceiling that held more and more of his drawings making him smile. "Welcome to my lair, not as terrifying as a dragons but no one but me has been up here thankfully other wise it would be a mess," he joked as he knew it was already a mess. That's what happened though when you had so many ideas and drawings that the floor had been covered an the walls had to be start to be covered. Alex yawned loudly before looking at her softly and rubbing his side re-realizing for the first time that he hadn't been wearing a shirt at all. He blushed a little bit at the idea of all his scars and muscular torso had been on display the whole time. He looked at her quietly though wondering what she was going to do. She fallowed him up here but then was just staring at him like he was going to eat her or something if she did the wrong thing.

"I would feel better if you were falling in love with someone that you actually knew and weren't oblivious to their past," he said honestly seeing her staring at his scars again. While she seemed to hurt for him from them, he looked at them as just reminders not to do certain things again. He rested his arm across his chest with his index finger laying across a scar that slashed across his ribs and arm from a blade. He looked down at his own body realizing that there was so many. He was so proud of his first one honestly when he was younger and it was the coolest thing to have battle scars to brag about what you did. Now, there was just so many. So much pain. So much hate, and so much grief from every life of his. He sighed and looked back up at her calmly just watching her quietly.
