Mastur Sage 50 Healing arrows a day ... and you all said that my character was broken. A wand of cure light has a standard of 50 charges. He isn't doing anything game breaking he just is doing it for cheaper and in a hap hazard way.

You believe my town will be rife with evils? No... I plan on keeping it clean of any and all possibilities that any righteous paladin/party can come in and wipe the place off the map. Ever played Stronghold, and used objects of fear and cruelty to keep order? I plan on doing that. Both in the open, and behind closed bars. More to the latter, with the former only with severe crimes.
A few years ago I played under my father, within his world. We played as "evil" characters. But it wasn't stupid evil, it was... More akin to the Underdark, but under a single ruler, rather than multiple houses. Then again, I don't like to think of the world as "good vs. evil." In my opinion, it's so riddled with gray regions that it's nigh indistinguishable. So... I'd welcome all kinds, as long as they don't try to murder me.

Because I'm a SW nerd too, I say go for it. A town that actually doesn't try to kill us would be a huge relief, plus it could help us rebuild the lair, or even move it.

I would say ask the Druid really nicely and he would rebuild the lair, given the type of spells he has access to....but if you want your own city...

I think that for armor and weapons, you should look at +6 equivalents. Beyond that, anything useful.

Greater Animate Undead Necromancy [Evil] Level: Clr 5, Sor/Wiz 6 Components: V,S,M Casting Time: 1 full-round action Range: 50+10/ lvl, radius burst centered on caster Targets: All eligible corpses in range Duration: Instantaneous Saving Throw: None Spell Resistance: No
The black gem seems to absorb the light around it as the mage chants and makes gestures over it. As the spell finishes the stone lets out a horrible cacophony of moans, as though a thousand zombies were trapped inside, before turning to powder and sweeping over the corpse ridden earth.
This spell functions as Animate dead except as follows. This spell allows you to create up to 4 HD worth of undead per caster level (The desecrate spell does not double this number). The maximum HD of a skeleton or zombie created by this spell is double that of the Animate Dead spell (40 HD for skeletons and 20 HD for zombies)
Material Component: 25gp black onyx gem per HD. Plus an additional 50gp/HD for every HD above the standard limit.
Special: If you animate skeleton's that were able to fly when they were alive, you can add an extra 50 percent to the cost to give them the ability to fly as a skeleton.
There is Greater Animate Undead as it stands
