Mary's grin spread even wider. "She's so talented. Teagan attempted to teach me at one point... That didn't work out too well." "Oh, Brooke!" A woman of about 55 entered the dining room, a large pot in her gloved hands. She set it on the table and smiled, putting her hands on her hips. "I hope you like soup. Oh my goodness you are just the most darling thing ever! I love your dress, dear, it's so adorable!" Mary brought her palm to her face, hiding her smile. "My mother is rather eccentric in everything she does." "Oh, Mary, but life's much more fun that way. My name is Lydia, by the way. Call me Lydie or Ma, either is fine with me." Lydia was a couple inches taller than Teagan, with a curvy body type. Her face was wrinkled from years of age and experience, but her bright green eyes and cheerful disposition made her seem much younger. A pink apron was tied around her waist. Underneath was a white t-shirt with a long purple skirt, along with the traditional Ordon wrap that Teagan wore that day, as well. She flitted back into the kitchen happily and returned with three bowls, handing one to Mary and placing another in front of Brooke. Mary plopped down on the seat to the left of Brooke, Lydia on the right. "Let's eat, I'm starving." Mary said, reaching for the ladle and spooning out some soup for herself, then offered the ladle to Brooke.

Brooke's shyness slightly returned when Lydia entered the room. "Oh, thank you." She said, and smiled as Lydia complimented her. Brooke was quite suprised at the lovely dinner they brought out. Wow, they really go all out! She thought, smiling. "This looks so delicous!" Delightful smells filled the air, and Brooke raised her eyebrows, scanning the meal. She quietly thanked Mary for the ladle, and began to make her bowl of soup.

"Why thank ya darlin'! Glad you like it." Lydia took a sip. "So Brooke, where do you come from?" She asked. If Brooke was staying the night she might as well make conversation, get to know who was in her house. Plus, she sensed the girl's slight discomfort, and she didn't want unhappy people in her home.

Brooke giggled a bit, then replied, "I'm from Hyrule Village." She said smiling, glad it wasn't completely quiet while they were eating. Now that would akward. "My mom and brother are currently living there now." She added, feeling welcome to talk, which rarely happens with her. She liked the fact that Teagan's family were all so closely bonded, and very kind as well. It kind of made her feel at home, considering her family was the same way, but smaller.

"How lovely! Do you visit the markets a lot? Oh, how I miss the markets. I remember when I was a little girl I'd go into the markets and buy a loaf of bread every day for... Oh, what was it? Five rupees, I believe? I don't remember, but it was cheaper than it was now. Anyway, I visited the markets all the time until I met my husband when I was about twenty. When I was 23 I had Robert, and then we moved here, and have been living wonderfully since. Oh, goodness, I'm rambling. Sorry, I get like that when reminiscing." "Teagan can get the same way. I'm just warning you for the journey ahead." Mary said, slurping up some of her soup. "What else should I warn you of? Oh, Teagan flips out when you talk of her hand. I think it reminds her of Savine's injury. So don't mention it." She frowned, obviously unaware of what really was underneath the gauze.

Brooke found herself giggling while listening to Lydia's story. Not because it was funny, it was a very pleasant story, Brooke just laughed at everything, and laughed too much. Knowing this, she tried to keep the giggling to a minimum from that point. But there were no promises; she just laughed too much. Brooke listened closely to what Mary had said, noticing she didn't know what was really on Teagan's hand. "Oh, really?" She asked, acting like she doesn't know about it. "I guess I'll have to look out for that." She said with a smile, making it easily believable that she had no idea of the mark on Teagan's hand. Brooke thought she wouldn't say anything about it, she wasn't sure if Teagan wanted her family to know, and it wasn't her business anyway, so she left it at that.

"You're a smart one." Teagan's mother tapped her head. "I tried helping her out with the gauze once and she became angry." "It's guilt, that's what I tell ya." Mary chimed in. "Most likely." They ate in silence for a few moments until Lydia stood up with an empty bowl in her hands. "Goodness, I'm full! I'm going to go wash some dishes, and then I'll set up the guest room for you. How many blankets would you like?"

Brooke kept Teagan's secret and ate with a smile until she was finished with her meal. Even during their silent moment. "I would only like one blanket, please." She said. Taking too many blankets would make her feel guilty, but she only needed but one anyway, since she didn't move around much, and she was pretty small.

"I will consume." All was according to plan. That's to say if he had a plan, it'd be going as...Er...Planned. He'd definitely need to do some old fashioned plotting once he set up base in the Forest Temple. Wouldn't be much longer now, he and his minions had already passed through the gate in smog-opolis and were steadily approaching Trill's shop, when a particularly menacing and largely built figure showed up in a little ways off in front of them. He'd been hiding behind a burnt tree...How hadn't he noticed him before?
Oh well, didn't matter. Point was he did and now Majora was particularly alarmed by the fact that he was standing directly across from Ganondorf. He wasn't all that worried, if Ganondorf had failed to kill some little punk in a floppy hat more times than anyone could count, Majora was positive he could hold his own against him. At least, he hoped so. Then again, it was the same punk that had bested Majora...But that wouldn't have happened under normal circumstances. Lapse of judgement had him leave that portal to the moon open. Didn't matter in the long run, what's done is done and Majora had no intention of making the same mistakes twice. Gannon probably had a similar plan, though in this case it would be not making the same mistake five or six times in a row.
"Ganondorf? All the way out here? I had no idea! Oh, you should really call ahead next time. I would've made tea..."
Hmm...I wonder if I could turn him into a Deku Scrub. Oh, that'd be rich. Look out, it's Dark Lord Gannon the DEKU SCRUB! Heh. No, probably wouldn't work. Meh, I'll do it to the next dark, mean, and evil looking guy I meet. I mean, I'd try Link again, but given how well that worked out last time...
Majora's feet lifted off the ground and he assumed his general floating and lounging position. What could Gannon possibly want? A deal? Fat chance. Red headed freak of a Gerudo would probably stab him in the back, though Majora could just stab him in the face...Oh well, best not to piss him off yet. See what he wants first.
"So...What? You here to destroy me? Strike a deal? Tell me to stay the hell out of the way or you'll skip rope with my intestines?"
"...Consume, everything..."

Every Hundred years….
As a matter of fact, there were plenty of things he could do with Majora’s intestines, but that’s not why he came here. He also didn’t come here to be bombarded by stupidity, but the demeanor of this being was insatiable. It was like a child in every way. He would never even think of bargaining with this thing, even if just to break it off later on. Still, he had to do something. In truth, he had failed at every attempt to destroy Link and take the pieces of the Triforce. So had Majora, but that didn’t come as a surprise to Ganondorf. After all, Majora had no apparent goals. No motivation except to simply destroy without order.
Ganondorf’s smirk turned to a frown as he glanced left-to-right, then back to Majora, crossing his arms over his chest. He could see how weak Majora’s minions were. They were nothing but skeletons. Did it honestly think any number of beasts would stop Link? He would never admit it, but Link was not to be taken so lightly. A handful of dead minions would fall to pieces in a matter of seconds under Link's hand. Majora has obviously not been doing this for a very long time. However, it did have enough power to be useful, at best. Even if it was incompetent and childish, Majora could very well be used to distract Link long enough for him to make his move.
Ganondorf lowered his head, eyes shut as he sighed in general anguish toward Majora’s antics. It was almost painful to have to do this, but it was something that needed to be done if he were to retrieve his rightful place as King of the World. This Majora had no intention of rule or order, simply erratic chaos.
”You have no idea what you are doing, do you?”
He opened his eyes to glare back up at Majora, keeping his head low. It was almost feminine, the way he composed himself. He stood straight and tall with his legs together, arms crossed over his chest. If he wasn’t six-and-a-half feet tall, green, and adorned in his dark armor, he might have been a bit easier on the eyes.
”Do you even have a plan, or are you simply on an aimless rampage with no end?”
Ganondorf had no intention of waiting for it to answer. He already knew the answer to that one. Instead, he returned to his smirking composure as he raised his head back up. Even if he'd wanted to, Ganondorf could not help but feel such hostility toward this thing. He kept seeing himself snap it in two. It was a simple wooden mask, infused with dark energy what could scarcely be called "power." There was only one thing it was good for at this point, besides being thrown into the fire.
"Hmm.... Nevermind. I understand you were beaten by the Hero of Time, correct?"
His smirk widened as he began to put the pieces together in his mind. He was repeating history, facts that were common knowledge. Still, this was also necessary if he were to succeed. He needed to stir the mask up emotionally if he was going to manipulate it.
"You had more than enough power, but you were careless. You let him beat you."
He let out a brief chuckle, narrowing his eyes at Majora. Perhaps it would strike back at him, criticize him for being beaten by the same punk for the same reasons. No matter. He was aware of the truth. This time, however, he would cause Link to become careless and distracted. He would not fail again. He simply could not afford to.
…. A new king is born.

"I will consume." Majora titled his head slightly. Was this what Gannon was here for? To scold him? Remind him of what he did wrong? Probably not. This was probably just an opening before he took out his sword and tried to eviscerate him. Oh well. It's not like he couldn't just fly away and find someone new to posses.
"Come to think of it, no. I don't have a plan, but I don't have any incentive to aimlessly rampage either. It's a diversion, Ganny-poo. Swath of destruction leading right past the Forest temple straight to Hyrule field. Those idiots will just walk right on by. At least, I hope they do. The freak with the birds in his afro will point them to Hyrule Field. Granted he didn't get lynched by Bokoblins while he ran away."
Majora snickered at the thought. He liked Bokoblins. Amusing creatures. Not nearly as stupid as everyone made them out to be. Hopefully there were still a few of them hanging around in the Forest Temple even after Link exterminated everything inside.
"Yeah, I was beaten right good by the jerk-off. Still not exactly sure how he managed to knock that stupid Ocarina out of my pocket with a bubble. Stupid fairies giving out magic to whoever happens to walk on in...But I did have more than enough power, didn't I? It was that stupid little Skull Kid, I like to think. Weakling. Poor choice in a host. Lapse of judgement. That Fierce Deity mask he somehow got his hands on wasn't doing me any favors either. Not many people are willing to try on creepy masks, you know. Stroke of luck this bloke held me too close to his face."
He gestured to himself. He looked innocent enough and Gannon seemed to fall for it, though Majora wouldn't really know. There was enough black magic in him to drive the Sages themselves insane. Didn't matter in the end though. He had still been beaten by that stupid brat in the green. Nothing short of a giant wall of obsidian or an army of Gannons could bring him down. Though Majora had possessed a close friend of Link, it seemed. So that gave him some sort of leverage.
"I enjoy historical recaps as much as the next guy. But I've got work to do, plots to hatch, schemes to unfold. And I'd get a lot more done if I had a nice little fort to do it in."
Majora nodded towards the twisting wooden walkway leading up towards the Forest Temple entrance.
"You're here for a reason, so out with it. Here, I'll guess."
Majora cleared his throat. Or at least he made the sound of doing so. He wasn't talking through Robert.
"Join you? No thanks. Fight me? Alright, let's go. Sit down for a cup of tea and discuss tactics for world domination? Sure. Stay out of your way? Fine. I'll sit up in my temple like a good little demonic hexing mask. Satisfied yet, or did I miss something?"
Majora said this sarcastically. He was growing impatient. He had hoped to have a vague outline of a plan by now, rather than waste time playing twenty questions with Ganondorf. If anything, he was a persistent fellow, and that's a key trait in any antagonist. So kudos to him."...Consume, everything..."

Every hundred years….
Ganondorf frowned at the complete lack of respect shown by Majora. Still, the being had finally laid it all out on the table. Throughout all the senseless babble it threw at him, he caught the meaning behind Majora’s intentions. Even if it’d stated that its intentions did not involve aimless destruction, Ganondorf saw that to be otherwise. He knew what Majora’s ultimate goal was; to consume the world, and everything in it.
This would surely cause minor complications in the future, which is why he was really here in the first place. He had nothing to offer, nor did he wish to engage Majora. He was simply interrogating. After all, a power such as that could very well distract Ganondorf’s rule over his rightful kingdom. This was something he would not allow.
Even if this assumption was wrong, and Majora kept his word that it would stay within the forest, Ganondorf’s kingdom had no room for such lunatics. He had no intention of sharing territory over his kingdom. Sooner or later, Majora would have to be dealt with accordingly. For now, all he would do is watch.
”….I’m just making sure I won’t have to baby-sit you in the future, that’s all. I am here to tell you to stay out of my way, but I bear no hostility towards you.”
Lies, lies…. And some more lies.
”Do as you wish. Once I regain my rightful kingdom, you may keep your neck of the woods. But, don’t even think about snapping a single blade of grass from outside of your new dominion.”
Funny, since there didn't appear to be a single blade of grass left from where he stood. Still, half of what he'd was true. He did intend on taking back Hyrule. However, Majora forgot one small detail in his little plot for woodland domination. He has already drawn attention to the forest simply by causing what destruction he had. For this reason, Ganondorf would rather focus his efforts on Hyrule Castle.
He could not make a move until he began to collect at least a third of the Sub-force pieces. Until then, he hoped silently that Link would come to the forest himself, and Majora would be no more. Hell, Link would be doing Ganondorf a favor by removing Majora from the forest. At best, he wouldn’t have to take care of this thing his self.
Without waiting for a reply, Ganondorf turned and walked off into the shrouds of smog to leave Majora to whatever remodeling he saw fit for the temple. Now, off to isolate and capture the sub-forces.
….A new king is born.

Destral nodded nad sat on the couch, knowing he should at least keep watch for a little while. "I hope she's okay ... It must be hard to lose someone like that. Maybe thats why she got so mad?"
Grumbling, Lucifer wished the darkness he admired so much would make Link shut up. "That is because I have not lived here as long as you have. You have lived with this gravity, this friction all your life, while I am used to a completely different set of rules. So while it is easy for you, I must adapt to something completely different to what I have been used to for hundreds of years. I thought I told you I was the Watcher. I witnessed your ancestors' triumphs, Link. I know all your pasts. But... I believe your ancestors are misinformed about light and darkness. I am sure you will not, if you knew what I did. You see, every darkness your ancestor's fought, no matter who used it, was the same. Yet, even with the same person, the light they used was almost always different, darker and brighter, more intense or dilute. How can a something so inconsistent be the right thing? What makes darkness always so bad, and light always so good? Do you see what I am saying?"

Jesse shrugged and grinned at Teagan. "Oh, that's alright! I've seen a lot of places that are very cluttered. Like my room when I used to live in the Castle Town..." Her voice faded, but she cheered up almost immediately. "Honestly, it can't be as bad as my organizational skills!" She smiled widely.

"I will consume." Majora watched Gannon leave. Yeah, leave him alone. He doubted that. Ganondorf would conquer himself a Kingdom and then turn his attention to Majora when he was well established. It was inevitable. When it came down to just two countries, one always invaded the other. Thankfully, it would be a horrendous amount of time before Gannon took over anything. Gannon always started out big, and everything always fell apart quickly. Majora would start small. He'd take over the forest temple and then annex the entirety of the Faron province. After that, the Ordon Province would feel his wrath. After that, nothing. He'd sit and build up his army, waiting for Hyrule's defenses and Gannon's armies to wither themselves down until one killed the other. That's when he'd strike, and Gannon would wish with every fiber of his being he had had tea with Majora.
"Have it your way. See you, inevitably."
Majora mumbled as Gannon marched off to brave the smog once more. Gannon was either really stupid, or really confident. There were at least seven heroes in there with Sub forces. Even with the Triforce of Power, he would be beaten so hard Gannon's mother would get a toothache. Not that Majora particularly cared what happened to Gannon in the end. He could only hope the man was lynched in Ordon and someone else took the Triforce of Power. Someone more reasonable, hopefully. Fat chance, but it never hurt to hope.
"Alright the lot of you, follow me. And don't kill anything until I tell you to."
The Stalfos said nothing as they followed him to the temple. Not that they needed to in order to let Majora know they understood. They were his puppets, loyal and obedient. Following his orders to the letter and without question. Be that as it may, Majora still preferred living minions. They talked.
He really wanted to turn something into a Deku Scrub. Didn't know why or how that entered into his thoughts, it just did. It always amused him. He had to do it to the next imposing person he ran across, just to screw with them. Though this time he wouldn't let his power be perverted and used to create a mask. Not that the only person who could do so, the Happy Mask Salesman, was still around. Majora estimated his body was throughly decomposed by now, especially sitting on the bottom of Lake Hylia for such a long time...
And so, Majora continued marching up the ramp. Eventually reaching two Bokoblins and a caged Monkey. They weren't attacking, probably because of the Stalfos and the fact Majora wasn't running at them with a sword unsheathed. Time to drop the childish act and get down to business.
"Hello there." Majora said, "What's that you got there in the cage?" "Dinner." "Interesting choice of cuisine." "Well, we don't get much to chose from, Human. Your kind takes all the good food and usually attacks us on sight." "Understandable. Now, what if I could tell you I could give you more food than you knew what to do with? No more picking at scraps left behind by Humans, no more chasing down monkeys and stray children..."
And so, Robert- er...Majora's gradual acceptance into the Forest Temple tribe of Bokoblins began. Granted it would take some time, humans not mauling Bokoblins to death and vice versa was a rare thing...Then again, Majora was far from human.
"...Consume, everything..."
