"You sure you know who the bad guys are?"
▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ William ran his hand through his hair and his hair laid back against his head before it fell forward again over his eyes. He closed his eyes and sighed drinking some of the milk swallowing slowly. "Fine, but you need to understand something, I don't remember all of my life," he said bitterly before he took in a deep breath to start, "I don't remember any of my life till I was four and the night when my father was killed. When I was out one night, my father was killed by Jet's father and in turn, Jet's mother who had accompanied them, I killed in cold blood with out her or her son doing anything against me. That night, my life had been torn apart and I was taken by Jet's father. I grew up getting pounded to pieces every night and trained to become the thief and a murder."
He stopped and drank more of his milk finishing it up putting his head on his knees taking in a deep breath. He didn't want to tell any more, but he had to continue. "When I turned thirteen, I was sent on my first job and my legend begun and it was bloody and stained. I've killed twenty-two people since then and I've stolen over a billion dollars worth of things. Most of the people I've killed though, were thugs and I was saving lives like I had with you that night when you first met Speed," he swallowed hard picking his head back up again frowning feeling the kitten against his leg before she climbed up his shirt and laid on his shoulder. He sighed and relaxed a little before he continued putting the glass down on the ground.
"About a month ago, when I disappeared from school, my father's scientist's created a serum that was suppose to amplify the subject's skills and I was the subject. It was like the Captain America comics with his Super Soldier Serum except mine was for a group of corrupt bastards. The serum turned me into the Speed charicter that was well known for killing people and stealing." He dug into his pocket and pulled out a silver chain and pulled it all the way out of his pocket before he held it up in the light. It was a choker that was made out of a thick chain like material, but it was flattened on the side that was supose to be against the person's neck. There was a large pendant on it that read "Shadow" in Japanese. "When you father was killed, he died with me trying to save him. I gave the death blow and it seemed like I killed him because of that, but I was the last one to talk to him and he gave me this for your birthday," he said quietly looking at it in his hand before he frowned and finished his story. "You know when he died, there was no Speed, but since I resembled him so much, I was turned into speed before I was actually him. The serum made me hurt everywhere as my body changed to adapt to it which is why I lost the fight and ended up with you," he frowned running his thumb along the chain.

 Ⓢⓗⓐⓓⓞⓦ ==== ☠ ======== ☠ ==== She then walked a little bit closer, still in so much shock. William didn't kill him.....she felt so much relief. She then reached out and slowly grabbed the pendant that had her nickname in Japanese. She then let out so much tears down her cheeks as she realized... she doesn't know who had killed her father....how did it? She then.. subconsciously hugs him quickly and bawled like a big baby which was something she normally doesn't do; it was hurting her so much that she lost the only family member she had...ever.==== ☠ ======== ☠ ==== Ⓢⓗⓐⓡⓘⓐ

▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ William stood up ignoring the kitten and wrapped his arms around her. He held her close twisting his body back and forth as he rested his chin on his head. He bent his neck down a little bit and kissed her gently above her eye before he held her close again. A small tear rolled down his face into her hair and his chest shook from a shaky breath trying to not to cry any more as well.

Ⓢⓗⓐⓓⓞⓦ ==== ☠ ======== ☠ ==== She felt...better when William hugged her a bit tight.. not too tight though. She was just having a hard time to think that her Father got killed.... He was only trying to do the right thing.. help make the people have better lives.. maybe....maybe... She felt a lite kiss on above her eyes and she had some flush on her cheeks but continued to cry, she didn't bawl. "D-Do... Y-you know who....d-did it?..." It was very hard for her to talk correctly know.==== ☠ ======== ☠ ==== Ⓢⓗⓐⓡⓘⓐ

▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ He sighed loudly hearing her question closing his eyes tightly and winced at hre body against his pushing on his wound. "I dealt the wound that killed him, I tried to save him though intentionally not hitting him in a vital spot, but he bled to death trying to give me your birthday present and his last words were an order for me to protect you," he said quietly wincing at his own words. He hated her thinking that the blood on his hands were a fake, but in reality, they weren't just on his hands, he was soaked in it. He wouldn't be surprised if she hit him or didn't want to see him till late night tomorrow.

She felt very horrible.... she needed to rest. She let go and then sighs. "I....I need to rest.. I think I... I got too much information..." She then...still didn't let go of William still.. she was almost afraid to lose something close to her...again. Like Mother...like Father...... "Something up? He let go of her to let her get some sleep after he kissed her cheek gently. He left her side and laid down on the couch wincing as he moved and he closed his eyes feeling the kitten laid on his chest as he immediately feel asleep. William slept heavily with his chest moving up and down in deep breaths as he dreamed peacfully with a little red to his face. Sure, he just confessed just about everything to one person, but he was too exhausted to stay awake.

Ⓢⓗⓐⓓⓞⓦ ==== ☠ ======== ☠ ==== She then wanted to say something but realized that he was gonna sleep and decided to go to her bed, shivering a little bit as she got over to her bed and felt her cheek... the cheek that William kind of kissed at. She remembered feeling a little hot but she shrugged it off.. he's just gonna be there.. at least she knows he didn't do it.. she felt so relieved... Then she smiled as she was falling asleep into a nice comfort... William.. he was a nice guy.==== ☠ ======== ☠ ==== Ⓢⓗⓐⓡⓘⓐ

▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ He slept calmly until mid night getting his eight hours of sleep he always lived on. He picked the kitten off of his chest and stood up seeing the full moon outside and he retrieved his drawing book out of his duffle grabbing a pencil as well. He sat in the window on the empty ledge and started sketching by the moon light. He was cooled by the temperatures outside that had been absorbed by the window. He hummed lightly a song in his mind before he started singing it to himself as he sketched.

She felt a bit better as she then got upstairs to see if William was awake or not.... She then got there and then called out: "William? You awake?" She whispers a little bit..seeing if anyone was awake.==== ☠ ======== ☠ ==== Ⓢⓗⓐⓡⓘⓐ

▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ When he finished his drawing, exhaustion over took him again and he passed out again. His wounds were draining his energy out, but he didn't mind. He fell asleep laying over his closed drawing book with his head resting on his arm while it rested on his knees as the other laid strait out in front of him holding his pencil. He yawned loudly hearing her voice but he nestled back down against him self keeping asleep perfectly balanced on the window.

She then sat by him to wait until he woke up... besides she was a little tired and decided to take a nap again, waiting for him to wake up. After a few minutes he woke up yawning loudly and stretching while he rubbed his tired eye. "Mornin'," he said stretching one leg out across the large window ledge as he rested his one arm on his black scale like drawing book. He rubbed his sore gut and put one foot over the edge touching the ground easily. His stomach growled and he stood up to retrieve the pancakes that Shadow didn't eat from yesterday morning. He grabbed them cold out of the fridge and ate them all quickly before he walked back into the living room with another glass of milk that he'd grown to loving since normally he only drank skim milk verses this good stuff.

But well.. it's kind of nice to have someone around in the house instead of being alone." She then stretches and then grins still. "Anyway... He smiled taking a drink of milk before he took it away licking the milk away from his upper lip. He turned a little red at what she said and wasn't sure how to respond other then to smile more and nodded. "Understandable," he said quietly after a while before he brought his glass up to his lips again. He yawned before he drank from it and put it on the table and sat on the floor next to her feet.
