 The dark thought of ones mind... ☾Brokensoul☾ +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ [Brokensoul was the first to arrive to the Nightclan-Seaclan border. He sniffed around and stiffened as he smelled the scent of blood, rain was coming too. Brokensoul turned to his patrol and meowed.] "Be careful everyone, we don't know what were're going to get into..." [Brokensoul trailed off, thinking of the death and blood in Nightclan.] Is there anywhere safe? [Brokensoul thought and padded onward, he renewed the scent marking quickly and scanned the Seaclan side. He could smell a strong Seaclan scent on the breeze, and a new scent, one he couldn't identify.] What is that Brokensoul... [Shadow growled. Brokensoul shook his head.] "I don't know..." [I turned my head and snorted quietly to Mudnose. Brokensoul was so serious. I padded onward, pratically bouncing along, renewing the scent marks]
[The Queen: Fang]
[Fang slowly released the she-cat, a malicious glint in her yellow eyes. She turned her head and spotted the limp body of Jagger. Letting out a loud hiss, Fang glared up at the two cats in hatred, wanting to rip them limb from limb. Quick as lightning, Fang slithered over to Jagger, grabbed his tail with her teeth and was swallowed up by the bushes as she returned back to her nest of pets]

(You know when you're bitten by a snake, the quickest way to slow down the poison spreading is to suck the poisoned blood out? I'm going to have Foxfire do that, if it doesn't make sense then I'll edit. Won't cure her, only slow down her death. Phoenixice can notice it if you want XD)
[Foxfire yowled a battle cry as he yanked the dead snake from his leg, flinging it into the bushes. The snake didn't have much time to inject much poison into him, but still, he could already feel his leg numbing and turning cold. In fact, he couldn't even feel it anymore, it just dragged limply on the ground like a dead weight.]
"Phoenixice! PHOENIXICE! Stay with me! If you sleep now, you'll never wake up!"
[He meowed frantically as he dragged himself towards her, pressing himself against her cold body to keep her warm.]
"I'm sorry Phoenixice...but I have to do this! Please understand!"
[He sid as he pressed down as hard as he could to the top of Phoenixice's leg, trying to slow down the flow of blood to her heart. He bared his teeth and bit down as hard as he could onto the bite wound, sucking out and spitting out the poisoned blood rapidly.]
"Don't you dare die on me, Phoenixice! You've got to make it back to Cloudfang, you hear me?"
[He yowled as he spat out one more mouthful of blood, splattering across the grass. He was aware of the coldness spreading from his leg, but that hardly mattered now. His life was in less danger than Phoenixice, her life was more important for now.] ______________________________

[Foxfire said confidently, though secretly he knew that Phoenixice's chances of survival were slim. The snake that bit her was a kind that he had never seen before, and clearly the poison was more lethal than the normal forest snakes. He wiggled underneath Phoenixice's slowly fading body, hoisting her up as he struggled to stand up with both their bodyweights.]
Phoenixice...don't you dare die on me!
[He hissed with effort as he half-crawled back towards Seaclan, step by difficult step, with his hind leg useless and dragging on the ground, the numbness slowly but surely spreading.]
(Poison hasn't left Phoenix's body, it's just slowing down her death ^^ Should I post in Seaclan now or wait for you to post?) ______________________________

[Mudnose nodded slightly, the scent of SeaClan....and something else making her wary. What was that?! It smelled...somewhat delicious, like the scent of lizard, except it carried a warning with it. It was definitely not a lizard.
Shaking her head slightly, she padded along the border, renewing the markers as she went along. SeaClan cats best stick to their side of the border. Looking at Willowheart once more, her ears flattened slightly.] "Do you scent that?" she asked. The scent was somewhat.....enticing.

He pricked his ears onece he heard Mudnose, he didn't know the smell but decided not to get involved with it. Brokensoul meowed calmly, barely showing any emotion.] "Let's go back to Nightclan...nothing that has to do with us." [Brokensoul looked at both the she-cats waiting for there answers.] I know there's something out there...but could it come to us? [Freezeshadow didn't know what other troubles were to come, he padded up to Pheionixice, finally seeing what was going on. [Foxfire meowed frantically to the two cats who had arrived at the scene, inwardly cursing at them for standing there like stunned rabbits instead of helping. With Phoenixice's unconscious body over his back, he watched as Freezeshadow shot him a suspicious glare as he and Echosong left for Seaclan.]
Mousebrains...does he think I killed her? Why would I even do that?
[He thought as he staggered back towards Seaclan, his hind leg dragging limply on the ground. The poison was slowly spreading through his body, as well as Phoenixice.] ______________________________

[Mudnose smirked slightly, bouncing up and down a few times. Her eyes narrowed playfully. "Oh, Mr. big-shot-fraidy-pants too scared to go see what carries that terribly delicious scent, eh?" she asked, bemused. It didn't surprise her though. After all, it had been him who had chickened out from chasing off a rogue of all things.
The siamese she-cat's muscles tensed up as if she was ready to shoot off across the border. Her tail twitched, and she grinned, looking back at Brokensoul. A somewhat malicious grin graced her muzzle, and she cocked her eyebrows. Would he stop her?
Mudnose, started, but skidded to a halt, spinning around quickly. Pine needles flew into the air. and she sat down, laughing hysterically. "Had you going there, eh?" she meowed betweed snorts and giggled. Of course she wasn't about to charge across the border like an idiot! She stood up, quickly padding past Brokensoul, flicking his muzzle with her tail. "Let's get back to camp," she meowed, looking at Willowheart. She smiled somewhat, her malicious grin gone. She nodded somewhat before heading back to camp.

[Freezeshadow looked back at the two cats, just noticing that Foxfire was also injured. Even though he was suspicious of the tom, there was no reason that he should just leave him like that. He let out a sigh and took Phoenixice from Foxfire, placing her light body on his back. He then motioned to Echosong to support Foxfire's side. Freezeshadow looked down at Foxfire, dipped his head down so that only he can hear.] "After things settle...we need to talk.." Freezeshadow whispered, leaving with the cats and bringing them back to camp safely. [I raced towards NightClan, laughing at Mudnose, and Brokensoul, and the crispness of the Leaffall day, the orange and yellow leaves swirling around us]
"C'mon Brokensoul! You slow-poke! Let's go!"
[I tried to keep myself from stopping and gazing across the river to SeaClan territory, praying to my ancestors for a glimpse of the tom I loved so much. But I resisted and kept my green eyes on the ground infront of me. I disappeared into a bush, still laughing]
