After a few days, you'll get the hang of it. Trust me. I'm only maybe 2 weeks old for being crew, and felt beyond overwhelmed when I first visited this subforum. I'm still not used to being a crew member, but it gets easier after a little bit, and you get adjusted.
The one tip that I do have is this: Don't be afraid to PM people when you have a question. It only saves you time and confusion to take a few moments and write it out. :3

I-I just don't know. My life has been rough lately, and I start school again tomorrow, I just don't know if I can handle it ._.
Plus... if I CRY from being overwhelmed, there maybe a problem there.

This is just freaky. I was also promoted the day before I started school. xD
All weird coincidences aside though, I still recommend giving it a few days before deciding whether you can handle it or not. If things work out, they work out. If not, well, you never knew until you tried, right?
From what I've seen, the Crew are really nice and understanding.

██..Would it be possible for me to drop one or both of my subforums? There's honestly just no point in trying to keep up the semblance that I actually do something other than make pretty graphics. I'm a pretty sucky crew member when it comes to everything else.

If possible I would like my Focus to be on the Roleplay and Extended Discussion subforums, and my second focuses to be on the Welcome and Free Gold subforums.
