Benvolio opened a portal to his home in Termina and threw the stone in. He then closed the portal and opened another to the entrance of the temple. He landed in front of the Zora with his magic sword in hand. "Miss me?" He said in a mocking tone before teleporting behind the Zora. He slashed at his heel with his sword. The Zora was hurt but the sword went flying and hit Denji's magical prison, releasing him. Benvolio summoned his sword and began fighting. He was good but so was this Zora. "Even if you kill me you'll never find your stone, I could tell you exactly where it is but the people guarding my home wouldn't allow you near it." Benvolio said. He opened a force field around Korin, himself, and Denji. "I wouldn't want your friends trying to cheat, now would I?" He said. "I can't wait until I get rid of you. Denji over there will be my only obstacle in reaching my goal. I've spent days in combat with two witches for nothing. They're already healed completely and most likely back in their separate forms. I may not be able to kill them but I can be helpful. If you'd like we could end this." Benvolio said as he broke away from Korin and slashed at Denji's free hand. "If you had been a little quicker then we could've locked the twins away for good. Now it's too late, you'll have to kill them. Goodbye." Benvolio said as he opened a portal to the witches' chamber for the group. He destroyed the force field and teleported away.

Yamamaru was watching the combat from the sidelines. Unlike the others he did not use the portal to warp in and came in during the middle of the fight. He did not know what was going on so he did not take sides. When he saw the ending of the battle he stepped out of the shadows. The mirror shield on his back gave off a red shine from the sun reflecting off it. As more sunlight hit him it became clear he had been through a rough battle just trying to get here, as his armor was covered in sand and had leever blood on it. Yamamaru looked at the group and wondered what was going on.

Denji hissed and quickly licked most of the blood off his right hand. He turned to Korin. "You alright?" He whispered, not quite sure of the Prince was ready to speak. He did, after all, just lost the precious Zora Sapphire. Denji knew he himself would also need it for a few minutes, since he doubted the Door of Time would still be open if Korin had the stone with him in the desert. He snapped out his thoughts and turned to Yamamaru. "Late is better than never.... though I've been meaning to ask you... where did you the shield? I don't recall you having it when we first met." The hero asked as he sheathed is sword for the time being. He wasn't worried about rushing to meet the witches. From experience, the guardians always seemed to wait for him to arrive anyway.

"I would answer, but true be told, I found it on the ground. I thought it would come in handy, but I do not know why for I have never used a shield and can even barely use this halberd. Heck, you could more then likely find more use of it than me, along with these odd gloves." said Yamamaru handing over the shield with the gloves tied on to it. Yamamaru walked to the portal and touched it but was shocked by the light magic used it make it. He knew that if he went in then he would change into his other form. Yamamaru stepped back and waited for the rest of the group to decide what to do.

"You just found it?" Denji murmured as he glanced at the shield. He squinted as the light bounced back into his face from the angle of the small bit of light that was in the room. So it reflected light? That was good to know. He put the shield on his arm, then put the gloves in. He felt a small surge in power, and then shook his head. "I guess we have to deal with the guardians have the temple, then." Denji smirked.

Korin breathed heavily because of his injury, but his face was set in determination. His hand clenched around his spear, his knuckles cracking with force. He'd lost the stone. Again. He'd failed his people. Again. And now he was lost. Again. Slowly, his face contorted with fury. His eyes blazed with anger. A low growl started in his throat. In a sudden motion, he threw his head back and shouted loudly into the air. "You are finished, Benvolio! I swear as Prince of the Zoras, I will have my retribution and your head!" He turned and strode back to the group. "I know not what lies behind this portal. A battle of sorts, that is for certain. I have not yet faced an opponent and been beaten, but It'd be of great consolation to me if I had your support." That being said, he turned without another word and leaped through the portal. Battle or no, he'd get that stone back. Even if the evil king was defeated before, even if his people were restored, he would have the sapphire and his vengeance.

"You-" Denji started, but cut himself off as soon as Korin disappeared. He wanted to help the Zora, that's why he let him join the group, but he let his emotions take control. It was hard to help someone who had their heart set on something. Denji glanced down at his feet, looking defeated. He still had a battle to do, and it involved two witches. Before he could Korin, he would need to help Hyrule and release the last sage.

Yamamaru did not know what to do so he waited for Denji to move a move, even if it meant going into the portal. He would lose his human form for a few seconds but that was enough to lose trust in the whole group. He found conflict in deciding what to do. Would he risk himself to save the group or save himself? This question ran through his mind as he waited. Yamamaru gripped his halberd tight and only released his grip when he heard the wood crack on the inside. He would have the make the decision soon for the group would soon move.

((i'm sorry for all of the confusion. Here's how it happened. as benvolio said all of that he opened a portal for the group to go to the boss chamber. then he used his magic to teleport away to the temple of time, and he DOES want you to beat Ganondorf but only for his own personal gain...))

Denji shook his head and jumped through the portal and found the Zora on the other side. "I realize how angry you are, but if you're staying with me, I expect your try your best to keep your cool." Denji murmured as he moved the new red shield to his right hand.
