Ascher lurichan eek 0o; That.....is evil.... I don't even wear contact lenses but the solution is bad enough... but soap? 0o;;;;; Ouchies! Gomenasi Ascher. I hope whoever did that got kicked by karma later. It was my grandma... I told her I needed to wash my contacts and she decided to take matters into her own hands... I still cry tears of blood... I'm sure she MEANT well then... ^^* She just didn't realize that would be horribly horribly painful to you to do so. ^^*

I missed the David Blaine thingy... Did he come close to death as he always does? Well, he tired to hold his breath for 9 minutes, but they pulled him out at 7 minutes and 8 seconds because they really didn't want him to drown. He looked a bit delusional, but he was a bit better off than most of the other stunts he's pulled.

I haven't seen any of those. I don't care for many of the stunts people pull. It might be interesting if I had nothing to do though.

I think his stunts are just kinda stupid, I mean there's nothing magical about being encased in ice, or buried alive, or holding your breath for 9 minutes. That's just putting months of physical and mental training and conditioning to waste on a single dumb spectacle when it could be put to better use. I mean at the end of each thing he does he just looks so wasted and then has to work to get his body working again. Personally I say he should stick to his card and lighter tricks. stare

You can't help my absence of faithI find it interesting because he picks things that push the boundaries of what humans are supposed to be able to do. It's magic, but not in the prestidigtation sense. It's closer to true magic, and I respect him for that.

He stood in place atop a pole for hours and then jumped onto a bunch of cardboard boxes. Although that fall did look pretty fun.

I know you don't believe in it, and that's okay too. I would never be able to stand in one place that long, much less stay awake and stand on one place that long. sweatdrop

I have a tremendous fear of heights though. My a** would been at the top of that pole gibbering like a crazed madman.

I love roller coasters and the like, but yeah.. you wouldn't catch me on top of that poll with nothing to really hold onto.
