I'm used to deaging...and to rejuvenation...but I wouldn't mind that in the least...but let me get through this one first, okay...wouldn't want her to accidentally shield me from changing back...

averus leads them past one likely spot to another a bit further down and warns the younger ones not to go to the first swim hole, before diving in without nary a splash..... kind of odd when one realizes how large a creature he is....

a wave starting out some distance from the shore come rolling in, growing in height as it approaches the shore.... until it towers over them all... they all jump up to run when they see averus standing on the river, prancing and laughing ay his little joke... ye guys shudda seen yer faces...

averus tries to buck him off... all the while not going below the surface of the water, though kicking up quite a bit in his struggles.... drenching all those on the shore... soon everyone is in the act... in the water trying to tickle or pull averus down into the water rather than standing on it.... finally he looses hs concentration and joins those below laughing so hard he starts sinking....
