Envy nodded, "I can, but I don't like to.." She said quietly. "Cover your ears." She said as she covered Kayden's ears with her hands when she set him on the ground. She began to sing, but her voice got caught in her throat. It's been too long. She cursed her self, but managed to continue; she sang a scale from A to G, singing every note, halves and wholes, even the sharps and flats. It stopped the bolblins in their tracks, she sang higher; from a G to a high F to a higher A, to a B flat and higher still to an F sharp. Eventually her voice gave way, unable to sing another note. She helped Kayden up, "Go get Jayden." She said, her voice a bit scratchy.

Kayden nodded and scooped up his unconscious brother. He felt the arrow in his shoulder dig in a little deeper as he carried Jayden. Not to mention Kayden noticed that Jayden had his own arrow wound. "Thanks Envy." He said with a warm smile.

Envy smiled back, sincere. "My pleasure." She said, coughing a little. She grabbed a few bottles she had and went to the running water, filling them up; she had at least 3, one for each of them. She drank one bottle and quickly refilled it. She came up beside Kayden, "I can cary him." She said, smiling. Her voice was better; she'd be able to sing again by early tomorrow morning.

"Alright." Kayden passed his brother over. Jayden muttered something inaudible. "I guess he's beginning to come around." Kayden said with a small.

Envy took Jayden on her back. She chuckled, "It's about time, right?" She said. "We should probably find a place to stop for the time being, though." She murmured.

'I guess. I don't know how long he was out for though... but a rest sounds good. I can get this arrow out then." He muttered with a slight smile playing at his lips. "We should hook up with the others soon though..."

Envy rolled her eyes and nodded, "I could've taken that arrow out earlier, you know." She said, eyeing Kayden.

"Hm? Why didn't you then? I think Jayden made it worse..." Kayden muttered, as he bent his arm back to find it. "I guess that came off as a little rude, I'm sorry."

Envy shook her head, "That's quite alright, you can blame me. I just don't like doing things without permission, really." She shrugged. She lifted Jayden up a bit, he was slipping but was fine. "I'm sorry if this hurts." She said as she pulled the arrow from his back.

"Actually, now that the sting is gone, it'll be all better when the blood dries up!" Kayden said with a smile. He loomed over Jayden and pulled out the arrow that entered his back. "It's probably better to do it when he doesn't feel so much pain..."

"Really? Darn. We try to keep ourselves fit. Wait, is that a good thing or a bad thing?" He asked, his bright green eyes focused on the road ahead. Jayden muttered something else before opening his eyes.
"Ow... my head..." Jayden had to wait for his vision to catch up.

Envy chuckled, hearing Jayden mumble. "About time you woke up, huh?" She said, not bothering to put him down; he was still too groggy.

"I... think so... maybe not?" Jayden held his head in confusion.
"In other words, you have to give him about 5 minutes..." Kayden translated, still holding the arrow he retrieved from Jayden's back. "I think it went all the way through...!" He muttered to Envy, showing her the bloody arrow. "That's your personal record, Jayden."
"Oh... shut it..."
