Lami flinched, how did Kurai-kun know that? She answered in a frightened voice "Y-yes... Those and... just, an empty silence that makes it hard to breathe.."

Kurai was even more worried about Lami, but didn't show it. "I've felt that same way during the time I was gone, but yet I felt as if I was still doing stuff in the real worlds. I wonder what this means and why us? Should we ask the Head Master about this?"

"Yes, that's exactly it! I always felt like I've only been sleeping a few minutes!" she exclaims "I-I really don't know though... I... I don't think so, should we?"

"Like I said, we could talk to the Head Master about it... there could be something about it in the library as well." Kurai then thought about something. If he was acting like this was a big deal, it might of not been helping out with how Lami is taking it. He gave a calm smile, placing his hand on her head, and brushing his thumb against her hair to help calm her down. "Just remember, I in this together with you. You won't be alone."

"We could... I-I'd rather read about it though, rather than bother the Headmaster. She must be really busy anyway." she says with a half-smile. The way he was making it sound so bad that they would need to contact the headmaster wasn't helping very much, but she appreciated that he was worried about it and was trying to help anyway.
She flushed a bit then when he smiled, and patted her. She listened closely to his words, cherishing his concern, "...Thank you, Kurai-kun. You're really making me feel better already." But while she says this, she looks down at the ground with a somewhat sad smile.

Happy to know he was at least making her feel better, he still had a worried look. "Then we'll go to the library and look up on the subject together. I can even bring a lunch for the both of us. Does it sound good?" Kurai unknowingly hugged Lami, his arm feeling warm. "I wish to do anything in my power to help you."

She smiles slightly bigger then, "Yes, I'd like that. It sounds very good. In fact, I could help make the lunch." Then she felt surprised, and a large blush crept across her face as Kurai-kun suddenly hugged her. Although she was happy about the things he was saying, she felt butterflies in her stomach as he was hugging her, because she felt very conscious about him and his heat. "That's great and all, but could you please let go?" she wanted to say, but she found herself not able to. Instead, she stuttered, endlessly embarrassed and abnormally shy, "Uhm... K-Kurai-kun... Th-thank you about th-that a-and all... b-but... w-why are you h-hugging me...?" She didn't even consider that it could have been a friendly hug, for some reason, she didn't consider that possibility at all.

"Yes that would be nice." After Lami brought up that he was hugging her, he then came to the realization that he was. He let go and back up with his face red. "I-I so sorry! I... it just... nothing." Kurai was blushing wildly and seemed he was hiding something...

Lami's face stayed red even after Kurai had let go, "I-It's fine..." she muttered, noticing that he started to blush as well, a little bit suspiciously. Lami started to fidget nervously because she had noticed that she wanted to hug him again, but immediately shoved the thought away realizing how embarrassing that would be.
