The fox looked at her and oepend the door as Nobuyuki tried to get in but all he found was her on the floor and the fox picking at her face. He picked her up and carried her all the way to the room and set her down in his bed. He pulled the chair from his desk and sat there watching her to make sure she was alright.

 Ana murmured in her sleep the oath that she'd taken as a child when she'd first agreed to become a Soul Vanquisher. "I vow upon my fully human blood..." She murmured as she watched her parent's death over and over again, then the rescue by Soloman, and then being blindfolded and brought to a huge build where she was to stand in the middle of a court-like room in which she stood before her future mentor and the highest ranked Soul Vanquishers. Only when she took the vows in her dream, she wasn't a young child, but herself in the present. "... to serve to protect those of equal humanity.... and to destroy those that do not comply to... such standards.... to destroy... the lesser... mortals and... creatures...."╔════════════════════════════════

Nobuyuki looked at her as she spoke in her sleep. It did sound like some sort of oath which meant she must have been having on hell of a dream if it made her mumble. He got a little closer to her to make sure she was alright as he grabbed her hand gently. He felt her head, she was a little hot but it was nothing serious though he could not figure out why she had collapsed like that. Maybe she was working too hard or something as he simply held her hand and made sure she was alright while she slept.

Ana suddenly woke up not long later, sitting up and withdrawing one of the many weapons that she kept on her person at all times, pointing it offensively at an invisible enemy that had been in front of her within her dreams. She dropped the wooden dagger and sighed, not even realizing that her other hand with within Nobuyuki's until she felt the warmth of his hands around hers. She looked over to find him sitting there and holding her hand and she flinched slightly. "Sorry... it's just a habit, I guess." She said very quietly, wondering where on earth she was and how she'd gotten there.╔════════════════════════════════

Nobuyuki nearly jumped back when she pulled out her weapon and stared in surprise. He let her settle down before she spoke "You, thats a dangerous habit you have there Ana." he said and slowly let go of her hand.

Ana continued to gaze around in confusion before she looked to Nobuyuki, her eyes demanding an explanation, "So, why am I here?" She asked before she pulled the blankets off and sat on the edge of the bed, glancing at the huge bite marks on her shoulder and flinched. So it did happen... that's not good... did... am I... I really hope not... She thought, desperately looking around for the fox. She could remember vague moments of being in the bathroom, but it was extremely foggy and her hands were numb with anticipation to see the fox's reply. If she had been changed, then she would be hunted down as she hunted the creatures of hell down. She would be no better off than them.╔════════════════════════════════

Nobuyuki raised her brow "What do you mean? You've been here for a bit after we got attacked by those thugs.." he said "You must have been attacked by a hound on your way home or something." he said. The fox who was laying down on its back pretending to sleep sent her a thought "Relax you are not a werewolf, my divine tail helped you out." she said "Consider yourself lucky, few ever get to touch my beautiful tail and live Ana." she said "Just act like you were attacked by a dog, a regular one, he won't know any better." she advised before going silent.

Ana glanced over at the fox, giving her a cold glare before looking back at Nobuyuki and shrugged, "I... sorry... I'd forgotten about yesterday. I think I just got a little spooked by the dog that bit me." She said with a small smile, hoping to comfort him before standing up and asking, "So, it's about time for lunch, what would you like to eat? I'm famished." She pushed a strand of coal black hair from her face adn shifted teh coat that she still wore to cover up the wound. The teeth marks were too large and too deep to be that of a dog, but the fox was right: she couldn't tell him that she'd nearly become a werewolf. That's the last thing that she needed at the moment. ╔════════════════════════════════

Nobuyuki smiled at her with a great care "At least you are alright, I was getting worried." he said "It must have been a very fast and very large dog." he stood up and turned to go get lunch started "I was actually going to go prepare my special curry, its a sort of get well curry my mother taught me to make." he said and smiled at her "Would you..like me too?" he asked her as he went to the door and opened his. He was slightly tired but he could cook and then sleep.

Ana stared at him for along moment before smiling a little, a true smile, "If you'd like, that would be wonderful." She intended to find some bandages and covering up the wounds before one of the Soul Vanquishers checked in on her unexpectedly as they always did and would continue to do so. She suddenly felt all of the color drain from her face as she realize that she was now currently living with him and would be visited when she might not be around to keep them from accidentally spouting off about her being knowledgable.╔════════════════════════════════

Nobuyuki left the roof when she said she wanted some and went into the kitchen to prepare some lunch for him and her. Nobuyuki was a great cook and has been for years. He knew he would be living on his own very early on and learned how to cook from his mother.
Once Nobuyuki was gone the fox sprang to its feet and looked at Ana "Something on your mind?" she asked.

Ana was snapped out of her deep contemplations when she heard the fox speak to her and turned to reply, "Oh, it's nothing much." She said in a sarcastic voice, "Except for the fact that the moment the Soul Vanquishers come to check in on me, as they do every other member of our organization to prevent us from forgetting our duties, we're all screwed like none other." She said this last part with a shudder and stepped out into the hallway, pushing her black hair away from her face and added, "We're not allowed to have the normal life of an unknowing person, because we might not be ready to fulfill a mission or be ready for a surprise attack; let alone be able to protect our loved ones from an invasion."╔════════════════════════════════

The fox followed after the young reaper and the familiar scent of curry which she had devoured when she was found on the road and he had rescued her. She jumped on Ana's shoulder "But your not living a normal life, your using Nobuyuki as bait for the various creatures in this area." she said trying to comfort Ana "The Soul Vanquishers aren't dump enough to reveal themselves and hopefully smart enough to stay out of another mission." she said "Your only pretending to be in love with him, thats not bad."

Ana frowned a little at the fox's words, but they were true. "Yet... I hate pretending to be in love with him. I mean... it makes me feel terrible for using him for my own personal gain." She then smirked a little, "Love is supposed to be selfless and kind, isn't it?" She asked this with a sarcastic tone before she walked down the steps and the scents of the curry made her stomach growl violently. "It smells delicious." She said in her Italian accent as she stepped into the kitchen, watching him eagerly, for she'd never seem curry being prepared before.╔════════════════════════════════

The fox simply chuckled at the Soul Vanquishers words and simply shrugged her tiny shoulders "Yeah but, who actually follows that rule anymore? Love now is like an exchange and its not really of each other feelings." she said "Think about it, you allowed him to live in exchange for you getting to use him as bait." she crumpled around the girls neck like a scarf.
Nobuyuki looked over at her and smiled "It just about ready." he said adding some herbs in a black container and shaking it about for a moment. He put the curry on a plate and prepared a glass of sweetened water. and set it down for her and grabbed a plate for himself as well and set it right across from her. He nodded "You may eat." he said hoping she enjoyed it. He tried for years to cook like his mother.
