Yumi looked at the staff. "I already have a weapon...so I guess it would be smart to grab the sword and leave myself without defense. Plus I still have a keyblade...so I would take the shield and leave the sword." Yumi said.
She looked up at eric,do I want to know what those are?" She asked.

Eric sighed
"if you take the staff, your keyblade will still be your main weapon, but you will have stronger magic abilities. What you give up, you will be a little weaker in, but not much"
He looked around
"I dont know either....Grandma, what are those?"
"neither heartless nor nobody, they are nothingness, as you two are ahead of your time, they appeared to try to take you back and make you nothing....dont let them kill you."

I'm glad you told me cause the first thing I was going to do was march up to them and say 'go ahead and kill me'."yumi said sarcastically, a nasty habit shed picked up when she got in trouble. "I know let's. Go and invite them for tea, what do you say eric?" By the way I still wish to go for the staff and give up the sword. I'm much more certain now." Yumi said answering erics first question. She gave the nthings a sympathetic glare before turning away from them.

Eric chose a different combination, the same he had the last time he was here. He took the sword and gave up the shield. He figured that since hes been on several adventures before, including one with evil mermaids, hes only been getting stronger, reckless, but stronger. "lets rock and roll, do you remember how to fight Yumi?" The dream sword remained in Eric's hand, as he didnt have a keyblade yet, only a dagger Once Eric grabbed his weapon, the forcefield keeping the nothings at bay broke, Kalena gasped in pain as the forcefield broke
"I can try to keep them at bay but I cant do it for long" she said in a huge amount of pain.Eric dashed at the nothings and cut one directly in half, it dissapearing as he sliced thru it, he guarded Yumi fighting all around her hoping she knows how to fight.

Yumi nodded and closed her eyes,foorcing herself to go into the frame of mind she was when she woke up. She opened her eyes and began ruthlessly attacking,as well as defending eric when needed.

The nothings slipped past Eric's attacks
Eric growled and he created huge vines which ripped apart the nothings.
Several evaded his attack and grabbed him.
He screamed in pain as he felt his life force weaken.
"Grrrr.....not now" he roared and vines ripped apart the rest of the nothings.
Once all of the nothings were gone, Eric fell, some of the vines caught him. He didnt look well.

Once it hit yumi that the nothings were gone she snapped herself back to her normal state and looked around. "Eric? Are you ok?"she asked walking over to help him up.

"I......when I was really little mom taught us a spell she used once. She used it on aunt jasmine....and maybe with someone else....it.....it binds....well. its like sharing life energy. It binds you to the other person in such a way that you share life and magic. The only problem is...unless someone else breaks the spell your stuck that way forever.it wouldn't be a problem except if one person dies the other one does as well. And depending on how strong the spell is it can sometimes bind you in thought and mind. It did to mom and aunt jasmine but I think they found a way to turn it off at times.do you think....he would be mad if I bound my life to his?" She asked,trying to think of anotherr solution before anything else came at them.

Kalena sighed and appeared in their minds, although, she looked much different than on the outside.
"I know this spell as well, but it would be more of a risk to both of you. Ive seen it in many past lives of mine....a lot of the time, connected to me and another person. The beings bound by this spell would have a hard time being seperate. I used it intentionally on Misty and Sasha when I was a little girl here during this life...well...actually.....many of my past lives....they got it."
She sighed
"I'd rather bind you two to me, that way, you cant die....you'll share my immense power....it might be too much to handle though."Eric woke up "owww my head" He looked and saw Yumi holding his head, he blushed a little bit "thanks" he smiled

"I know this spell as well, but it would be more of a risk to both of you. Ive seen it in many past lives of mine....a lot of the time, connected to me and another person.
