Shinji nodded as he continued to the path home. They reached about an hour later and Shinji opened the door with his key. He headed up to one of the spare rooms they had and showed Akuna the bed. “There you go. Get a good sleep okay?”

Akuna followed silently, lost in his thoughts about the earlier fight with the bullies. When Shinji spoke his head jerked up at the sound of his voice. He chuckled slightly, though it didn't deiter from how he felt and probably looked at the moment. He yawned, he could sense comfort and the protection the room of the house felt. A soft purr a dragon would make eitted from him and he looked to Shinji, "Thanks..." He yawned his eyes heavy with sleep and he walked over to the bed before he promptly passed out on it.

Shinji blinked before giggling lightly as the other passed out on the bed. HE walked up to the bed and covered him with the sheet then backed up. "Sleep tight." He said before closing the door behind and walked to his room to relax and rest.

Akuna slept soundlessly, his sides heaving as he breathed slowly in his dream like state. It had been a while since the last time he dreamed and this wasn't a pleasent dream in the least. He jolted awake and looked around noticing it was darker now. Probably night time which ment he had slept the rest of the day away. Something wet on his cheek caught his attention and he reached up to wipe it away. His eyes adjusting to the dark swiftly as he realized he was crying. Sighing he rose from the bed and quietly walked to the window before opening it to look out at the star filled sky. As he sat there he started to sing softly and it was soft and soothing like a lullaby. It had been centeries since the world had felt soothed by the songs of mythical beings such as himself and the animals in the forest listened as it drifted with the winds help to guid it.

"Hanna, Kanna. Can you set the table for me please?"

"Got it Shin!"
"We're on the case."

The twins smiled as they went to the draws and began getting all the stuff needed to set the table for tonight dinner: giner chicken with rice and carrots on the side. Shinji smiled as he placed everything on a low fire then took off his pink apron to go get the youngest of the family, lily, for dinner. The oldest, Primula, was still with their mother who went out on a few errands and Lala, the second oldest, was still at work.

As he was climbing the stairs, he passed by where Akuna was supposed to be sleeping and stopped. 'Is that singing?' He thought as he looked at the door. After a second of two, he slowly opened the door and peeked his head inside to the other by the window and singing a very pretty song. "wow..." He whispered faintly as he just stood there and watched Akuna.

Akuna's face showed deep sadness, the tears he had shed earlier were back again. Yes it was a lovely song, bujt a sad one that told of a story that happened long ago. He sang it in the tounge of the dragons. A now dead language and he was the last to know of it. His eyes looked to the sky as he came to a finish. The sound fo the animals picked up again and crickets started to sing their soft tunes along with what other creatures of song walked the night.

So beautiful...And sad... Shinji was just a statue in a garden as the other sang his sorrowful song. It sounded so breathtaking yet constricting at the same time. And when it finally came to an end, The blonde frowned lightly. He didn’t want it to end, but that was not his choice to decide. For now, he had to tell the other that dinner was ready. “Akuna.” Shinji called out as he stepped intot he rooom and gave the other a soft smile. “Dinner is ready.”

Akuna turned to look when he heard his name called. He quickly wipped away his tears and looked at Shinji. "Okay," He walked over to the other and smile slightly, "What's for dinner?" He asked as he started his descent towards the kitchen.

Shinji looked up at Akuna and couldn't help but smile softly. "Ginger chicken with rice and carrots." When they walked through the kitchen, the twins looked up and grinned. "Shinji! The table is set!" They said in unison before giggling. They now placed their full attention toward the white-haired male. "Hi!" Hanna said. "Your..Shinji's pen pal correct?"

He hummed at the sound of the food. He'd never had any of the food the humans eat now, but it sounded delicious what ever it was. He blinked slightly though when two people spoke in unison to Shinji then to him. Akuna looked to the two and nodded, "Yes I am." He smiled brightly, though to tell the truth he still felt tired. He was afraid to sleep again, in fears that, the dream he'd had would crop up again. Shaking his thoughts he sniffed at the air, for it sure did smell good in the room. "Mmmmm Smells nice in here," He checked his form through silent magic to make sure he wasn't to tired, to accidentally transform into his dragon form. That would be bad, he chuckled to himself, as he found that he should be fine for a long while. Getting some sleep afterwards might help, but if he couldn't he'd slip outside and lay out there in his dragon form.

He realized though he'd probably have to keep a good distance from the house in order to not alarm the family and scaring them. Something in the back of his mind nagged at him that eventually they would find out. The only problem was how would they react to the knowledge if they ever did find out. Mentally sighing he looked to Shinji and tilted his head slightly, "So....tomorrow, what's going to take place?" He said as he smirked widely.

"Welcome then." Hanna smiled as her twin nodded her head in agreement. "We hope your stay will be fun and educational for you." When they said that, the second oldest, Lala, walked in. "Smells good is right! Oh, your Shinji's pen pal right? Lala's the name; Nice to meet you. And with introductions done and all, lets eat!" She was about to grab herself a plate when Shinji stopped her. "No, we have to wait for mom and Primula. They'll be here shortly, so be patient." With a annoyed pout, Lala looked around. "Hey, where is Lily?" This dawned on Shinji on what he forgot to do. He got so distracted Akuna's song, he forgot to get Lily!

"Oh shoot. Kanna, can you got get Lily for me please?" His sister nodded his head and left the kitchen in order to get the youngest of the bunch. Letting out a sigh, Shinji went to check on the food. At Akuna's question, he turned around and gave a questioning look. "Well, I have school tomorrow... So we won't be able to do anything until I get back. I should be done by 2:30."
