The overall neutral color of the outfit makes the pocketwatch stand out an awful lot. It's not that it doesn't really fit, but it's just that it really pops out being so bright and colorful and all. And thematically, the maid's headband doesn't fit, but I know you're wearing that because of the BOMC thing so it's all good.

The only qualm I have is it's pretty simple. It doesn't have the kind of personal jenesaisquoi that I like to see in avatars, some form of detail that sets it apart from other avatars. Though, Lemmy is there, so I guess that counts.

Is there really anything I can critique? The thematic blues and blacks make for a cool avatar, and the spikes just remind me of Sonic gone wrong. I'm really not fond of the scythe though, mainly because it's not quite black and blue enough.
