@LivesinClouds: Um if your talking about the tests tomorrow then it would be just like the normal genin test from the show, clone transformation and substitution.

Ventro Ketsueki Very true but if you remember once Gaara has lost Shukaku he is still able to control sand which determines it was his ability in the first place. I've read the Manga and I haven't seen Gaara use any sand jutsu at all since the Shukaku was taken. Not once.

*shrugs* That's different. It's not a jutsu. Remember, the sand was charged with chakra, as he said both in the anime and manga, and it defends him of its own accord. Meaning, he doesn't control it. It might simply be that the sand is itself alive, now, without the benefit of Shikaku. Meaning he can't control sand at all, and that that sand controls itself.
