*Kero nods*

Tam smiles and nudges the basket forward. "I've come to see that he is fairly knowledgeable about what he needs to eat. His people ate a balanced diet, perhaps out of necessity in as much as they may have done so by choice. So if you do not try to influence his decisions on what is good for him, you'll probably do fine. And, ye may be dust... but ye too could use a bit of color in yer diet... as one long lived entity to another... there is life and then there is LIFE... ye might feel better for it."

"Not pushing, dulcha... simply reminding you to take care of yourself, that's all. Here's the basil ye wanted. Hope it's enough. I've got to get back. Em is watching the girls, but their are both wide awake. He's making figures appear on the wall somehow and they seem fascinated by it. It could just be the movement of light on dark, but I'm not going to burst his bubble. He thinks they know what he is doing."

*Kero laughs, and begins to pull Basil from the Void, quickly making a pesto sauce for a pot of pasta*
Green enough, my child?

Pasa laughs and nods, giving the great white cat a wink. Tam leaves and the boy claims the basket, placing it on the counter next to where Kero is working.

The boy goes to the entrance way of the cave and finds several areas where he could put soil and plant the basil around it's opening. He eyes it a bit then goes back inside and gets a jug of water so he can water them as well.

*By the time he's done, so is Kero...and a big bowl of pesto pasta, along with 24 panini are served up*
Dig in, Pasa.

The boy piles some of his salad on his plate and helps himself to the pasta and panini, piling his plate so high that Kero has to laugh. The funny thing is, he finishes it all off easily, then he does a familiar reptilian response to having a full stomach, he yawns. Begging Kero's forgiveness he starts to clear the table, but it is obvious he should probably be in bed. Come to think of it, Kero hasn't seen him eat like that since he arrived. It was probably his first meal that he ate like the boy he was, stuffing himself to the gills.

The boy murmurs a sleepy response and is out so fast, Kero almost suspects him of pulling a ruse. But it is obvious with one look that the child is out like a light, fast asleep.
