I think we can get by without Ilikan and have him guard Irene. That's my official stance.
(TECHNICALLY my official stance is "Valac and Revenge kill the giant, y'all sit back and rest/search", but that's neither here nor there)

Besides the mention of a doll house, Kuori is aware that this Fomorian is much too large to be a child. They do have a pension for being insane after all...

May you please clarify the Fomorian's marked status? It mentions Ilikan and not Revenge, but you didn't mention Ilikan marking it in his NPC'd actions.

Standard: Sacred Flame Minor: Sustain Angels Move: N/a Save: Passed Attack: 21 vs. Reflex Hit: 10 radiant damage, and VALAC gains temporary 6 hit points Hey, I just wanted to remind you attacking with a ranged spell in melee will trigger an attack of opportunity, and range attacks also take a -2 to hit prone target. ( I know he is giant and you are standing right in front of him xp )
