"Awww... Ari, he's blushing...." chortles Mara with a giggle.
"Am not..."
"Are too...."
"It's ok if he does... really it is..." defends Ari giving Emnast a hug. She glares daggers at her twin but Mara pays her no mind.
"Ye should have seen his face... we were in Mama's garden and she kind of filled it all up... She's even bigger than he is..." teases Mara with a wink for Kero. "But she can't go lion anymore... she's tried, it won't work... she does make a cute puppy though..."
"I am not a puppy..."

Mara shrugs. "Then she should stop being so darn defensive. Can I help it she's so much fun to bug..."
"Mara..." grumbles Ari softly.
"She has a point..." laughs Em gently. "Ye need a thicker skin, kiddo."
Ari sighs. "She just knows all my buttons..." she says shaking her head.
"Aw heck... ye know me just as well as I know ye..." says Mara with a moan.
"Yeah, but when I try to bug you ye just laugh at me..." retorts her sister with a touch of heat.
"Exactly...." laughs Em knowingly. "And if you did the same to her, she'd probably stop bugging you as well."
Mara chuckles. "Ye know, Ari... iffin ye don't want to be teased stop wearing such a huge target on yer back..."
"Target... what target?" demands her twin twisting about, trying to look at her back and immediately losing her balance. A quick grab by both her sister and Em saves the day though and she is soon safely in place once more.

"I only spoke the truth, Kero... heck, even you tease people so don't get so high and mighty on us. Mama has told us all about ye..." says Mara testily.
Emnast chuckles softly. "She's got you there, Lucy. Ai has refused to hold anything back. He merely blunts the edges, so to speak. He claims there's so many skeletons in the closet there's no way he can shove anymore in there."

Skeletons in my closet...oooh...I'll show him....*Suddenly stops slithering, and begins to dance, after gently setting the children and emnast on the ground. His scales suddenly fly off as he dances, forming into small birdlike shapes that fly around, and then flap off in all directions, seeking Kero's prey*
Hesssta vessssno ithriesssss calssssssta lusssstin noctla nexusssssss hesssssssta.....*A chant repeated over and over, in a singing, almost angsty tone*

"What the heck..." stammers Ari in alarm.
"I'll say... demands Mara with a wicked grin.
"Kero, I don't know about that..." mutters Emnast worriedly.
Suddenly the sky over the island is showered in light and sparks.
"I'd say they know yer here now..." laughs Em wryly, shifting into dragon form. "Alright... alright... hop aboard, just hold on tight!"

Both Ari and Mara try to climb onto Em's back, but the sight of Kero dancing in his birthday suit is just a bit too much for them right now, so En resorts to covering their eyes with his hands.
"Damn it, Lucy... have ye no pride!" he demands in frustration. "Look at ye!"

**sorry... in the books and stuff I usually follow when a shape changer shed it's skin, it usually resorts to it's primal form...**
Ai doesn't fight his captors. He seems to know they don't mean him harm. But he is rather curious as to how they got through the home shield.
