"I'm as fit as a fiddle." Garath said as he sprang up. He felt dizzy and sat back down. "Maybe not. But I'm ok for moving around now." He got up slower this time. He was feeling better but now it was just a matter of time before he fullly recouvered. He felt ok walking but moving fast was stil disorienting. "Im definatly recouvered enough to organise the medicine and held move some stuff around."

Kalila and Nicholas nodded in understanding. I saw some stuff like that on YouTube a couple times... I just didn't know the official word for it... Cool Nicholas thought. The siblings watched Mizuki scale his way up to a balcony while they spoke. "Crap dude... If we don't die from from zombies we're gonna die from blood loss." Nicholas mumbled to his older sister. "I think we could do it... We just have to make sure we try easier routes or something." Kalila suggested in a whisper. "No... I don't think we'll have a problem doing it. I think we'll have a problem landing, grabbing, and what not." Nicholas mumbled back. "Like when we jump from building to building the concretes gonna skid our legs open and we'll bleed out." He said witha smile. He was joking, but he was worried. "Or we'll grab the edge of concret and out hands with skid instead... and We'll bleed out that way." He added after a pause. "No we won't." Kalila said glaring at him. "At least you better hope we don't because I'm sure the smell of fresh blood will attract these b*st*rds..." "Ha! Then you better not be on your period!" Nicholas said with a grin. This time Nicholas recieved a slap upside his head. "Owwwah!" Nicholas exclaimed quietly, glaring at her now. "Well... At least you reminded me for if any of the females of our group does start their period, I should get some feminine products too..." Kalila mumbled. Nicholas just stuck out his tongue.
Finally Mizuki made it up and waved them to come up. Nicholas and Kalila looked at each other and finally Nicholas smiled. "Ladies first... I insist." Kalila sighed and nodded her head at her little brother. "Stay aware of your surroundings..." she said before she darted off towards Mizuki. Kalila wasn't sure if she could do what Mizuki just did. Instead She chose the lege of window. She crawled on top of it until she was stand up all the way. From there she grabbed on to the drain pipe and climbed up. That meant she had less climbing to do. Kalila did this instead because she didn't think she had the strength to hold up on the drain pipe for the entire climb up. She made it to ledge and hopped on to the balcony, clinging on to the rail and swung herself over. She looked at Mizuki and smiled, blushing a bit embarrassed. "It seems I might not be too great at this. But don't worry... Just worry about yourself. I'll get the hang of this." she mumbled looking at the floor of the balcony. She didn't want to be a burden as he had so feared before. I can take care of myself... and Nicholas too. I know I'm slowing him down a little, but at least he's being careful. If we we're here he might have hurried as fast as he could and fallen off or something... With no one here to help him. She thought sadly. Crap... We better not be burdens... She added with a mental huff. Kalila looked out at her brother and summoned him with her hands. Nicholas looked at his sister and smiled, nodding in response. While she had been climbing he noticed something she could have done if she were just a little bit taller. He ran to the building and got on to the window like she had done and smirked as his plan came into way. Instead of going for the pipe at all he grabbed for the outlining edge of the window, which he could reach when he tippy-toed. Kalila couldn't have. He pulled himseld on to this second ledge of window after getting some help by kicking off the inner part of the window. He now laying partly on the upper part of the outline of the window. He grabbed on to the drain pipe for support to stand himself up on the ledge and took one step up, like stairs and was on the edge of the balcony. He hoped over the rail and stood next to Kalila. He gave her a grin. "Did you see that?" He asked happily. "Hell yeah..." Kalila said with a smile. He did a good job... Though that did look more dangerous than just taking Mizuki's route... She thought with a mental sigh. "That was awesome." She said, patting him on the back. Nicholas smiled back enthusiastically. "But I don't think you should care about each time you succeed at doing it... We don't have time to." She said with a sad smile. "I know..." Nicholas said leaning against the rail. "It was just the first time I did it..."
Kalila turned her attention back to Mizuki and looked up at him. "Um... Should we get food and stuff after we go to the DIY store and get weapons and ammo or before? It doesn't matter to me... Either way it would be in route. There is a convenience store right there." Kalila whispered and pointed down the alley way to the right. "I'm telling you... Just so you know..." Kalila said after a pause and looking down at her feet realizing how odd it sounded... or how stupid if Mizuki already knew that.
Back at the house Nina quickly was by Garath's side as he went light headed. "Well if you're sure you're ok..." Nina responded after he stood up the second time. She grabbed on to his arm just in case he got dizzy again. Nina looked back to Christian and smiled. "Come along, we'll need the help." She told him and walked out the room, with Garath next to her. She guilded him down the stairs, past the breakfast area, and into the kitchen. She let go of Garath's arm and made her way to one of the many cabinets. She opened it and inside were a handful off medicines. There was some painkiller, stomach-ache medicine, bandages, medical tape, eye drops, cold medicine, rubbing alcohol, and Bengay. She looked back at Garath and gave him a sheepish smile. "That's all..." she said pointing in the cabinet.

Garath looked through it. "Well it's a start. I also brought some suplies. Tylenol, cold and flu treatments, some antibiotices, basically just over the counter stuff. But I really dont think it'll take any time to organize it." He considers for a moment. "I'll leave my stuff here, so that everyone knows where it is." He put his suplies inot he cabnet as well. "No need to split up every thing." He took a tylenol him self quickly for the headache. "Well we might as well move onto catagorizing every thing else. SO that more then one person knows where everything is.

Nina nodded in approval. "That works... Ok... So now we need to..." She said looking about the area. "Aha! We'll take these into the weapons room... The supplies." She said pointing to the table in the middle of the dinning room. On the table there were batteries of all types, even a car battery, there were heavy duty flashlights, and a couple ropes and wire and such. "I got these out in a rush when I first heard there was an outbreak." She said with another sheepish smile. "Zombies have always freaked me out..." Nina said walking towards the table. She picked up the wires and rope. "You can get some of that stuff, just don't do anything to upset you physically." she said with a caring tone. "Once we get all this up there... You can help me make molotov cocktails." She said with a true smile. "Alcohol is one of the last things we need to drink, might as well keep it for disinfecting things when we run out of rubbing alcohol... Or make bombs out of them." She said with a grin. Molotov cocktails were easy to make and very effective for blowing stuff up or catching stuff on fire when you had no real explosives. Ironically Kalila taught her how to make one.

Garath smiled. "Definatly. Also I kind of doubt that any one except Mizuki can leaglly drink yet. Not that legalitly of drinking is important right now." It would be suicide to get drunk right now in the midle of the zombie outbreak. "I'm completely fine." He knew he wasn;t but he didn't want to be a burden. He would pull his own weigt. But he was getting better if things continued he would be fine an a couple hours.

"Manhattan has now been marked as a quarantined area, all civilians wishing to come and go must be tested for the disease that has been swarming the U.S."
Thomas turned off the t.v. with a grim look on his face. "Well this is f*cking perfect... Mom and Dad have been in Florida for at least a month now, they're probably dead or infected and I've had nothing to eat. The only way I've been staying alive is the Pizza joint around the corner, but now I can't even go in public, not with this disease traveling at such a rapid pace..."
"I guess I'll head down to EA games to see if they have anything new...". With that, Thomas picked up a cloth and wrapped it around his face. "I guess this should keep me from getting the disease through the air..."
He walked down the street to the EA games store about 1/4 of a mile from his appartment. He walked through the door of the store and was not suprised to see only one employee, it was the one he was familiar with. His name was mitch and he always hooked Thomas up with some great deals on games and systems.
"Howsit goin' Mitch? Any Business lately? Seen any zombies?" "Nah, not yet man, but I'll tell ya', this s**t is killin the business, people are too scared to leave their houses. It's times like these that I wish I owned a Wal-mart or a Krogers or something, They are getting all the business, people stocking up on supplies n' s**t" "Yeah, I guess you're right, but anyways I came here to see if you guys had anything new." "Nah man, suppliers havn't been delivering, they can't find anybody stupid enough to drive across the state with all of this zombie s**t-."
Before Mitch could finish his rant, there was a loud crash outside. Thomas ran out to see what happened, and he was pretty pissed with what he found. "God damn..."
In front of Thomas there was a mini van that crashed into the pizza joint that he got all of his food from. "s**t, where the hell am i going to get food now?"
It was then Thomas noticed that there was about 10 infected people slowly walking down the street towards him, he also noticed a small girl climbing out of a mini van that crashed.
"Hey Mitch, I gatta' get the hell out of here, you better do the same, a hoard of infected people are comming this way." Thomas said with a lazy tone to his voice.
"Dude how the hell can you say that and act so calm?!" Mitch yelled.
Thomas wasn't concerned about Mitch, he was a big boy and he could fend for himself, it was the small girl that he was worried about. he ran over to her to help.
"Mommy and Daddy where acting weird" The girl said sobbing in Thomas's chest.
Thomas knew what was going on, so he picked the girl up and started sprinting to his appartment.
Once he was there, he sat the girl down and gave her half of a Milky Way. "So tell me, what happened?"
the girl, sniffing uncontrolably started to explain to Thomas how she was involved in the accident and how her parents where acting strange at the wheel, and how they started trying to hurt her.
It was then Thomas had relized the bite mark of the girls hand. So he did the rational thing.
"Look, this is going to hurt... alot."
Thomas then wrapped the upper part of the girls arm up to cut off the blood circulation, he then pulled out his pocket knife and took of his leather belt. He wrapped up the belt and gave it to the girl. She knew what was happening and that it had to be done, so she layed there in shock as Thomas tried to cut her infected arm off.
Once the job was done, Thomas attempted to stop the bleeding by burning the open skin. He found a lighter and started the insanely painful process, tears were rolling down the girls face.
Look this is the best I can do at the moment, I really need to take you somewhere else. Do you have any relatives nearby?
The girl, fighting back her crying told Thomas that she had grandparents living in an appartment a couple blocks from Thomas's appartment.
So, Thomas filled up his backpack up with medical supplies and simple over the counter medicines. He also packed it with some extra cloths, his iPod, and his cell phone.
he picked up the girl and off they wen't, on there way to the girl's grandparents appartment.
When Thomas walked outside, he noticed the infected from before where less than two blocks from them, so he picked up a metal pipe off the ground.
The girl directed Thomas to her grandparents home, and left her once she was familiar enough with her surroundings to make her way to the appartment by herself.
Thomas looked back, the infected where catching up. So he started running in the opposite direction as fast and far as he could.

[Omg, new generation Zombies that can figure out weapons!!]
James screeched as he was literally pikced up by his throat and thrown powerfully into the ally way. He impacted with the concrete with a force that normally would have winded a normal human boy of his age. After impact he skidded, grazzing all down his left side, across his upper arm and ribs. He caught his breath in an instant and jumped to his feet, in a low animalistic crouch, upper lip pulled back to bare yellowing teeth, saliva dripping through the old tear in his lower lip.
James Burton had come a long way from being the charming and popular boy of nine and a half that he had been only months before. Now he was stood there hissing and spitting at the form that was shambling into the mouth of the ally. His lower lip had been torn in the early days and nowhe had two fresh claw marks across the side of his face to add to it. Muscle glistened along his cheek and his lower eyelid hung in tatters over the mash of his scond slash, exposing the entire lower half of one large, yellow tinged optic. His pupils mere pinpricks, a pure feral look upon his face. His t-shirt had been torn all aong the shoulder by his advisary as he had been picked up and thrown moments before. This was Territorial WarFare. His opponant, a tall adult male with a large stomach that indicated a love of conviniance foods in his previous life, shambled into the ally, hands raised with his fingers arched like claws. His bearded upper lip curled back exposing a maw of blackened and missing teeth. With a sharp snarl, James pushed off the floor with both feet and both hands, thrwing himself at the larger opponants. He wrapped his arms around the large mans barrell chest, digging his boney fingers in behind the mans houlder blades. He windmilled viciously with his feet, scraping and kicking the mans large gut as he started to bite his ample neck. His head swung in and latched on to that flesh, teeth piercing flesh immediaty, before James tore his head back viciously, taking lumps of flesh with him. A large meaty fist came down from nowhere and started to beat James on the top of his head. Fingers closed about James little throat in an iron grip that immediately cut off oxygen in take. Spluttering, James' hands immediatly went to the hand about his throat making him easy to remove. Once more James was thrown at the ground at tremendous force. Had he landed an inch or so more to the left that he did, his elbow would have snapped on impact. He skidded again straight into a pile of debris, slicing his t-shirt open on his other arm on a piece of snapped lead piping.
For some reason, without knowing quite why or what he was doing, James seized that piece of piping in both his hands and ran once more at his opponant, screaming at the top of his lungs. He ducked and weaved as arms snatched out to grab him and swung the pipe round hard to contact with the back of the mans balding head as the man was still bent forwards - seizing at the spot of empty space where James had just been. The skin split on contact and the man fell on his face. James blinked in confusion. A confusion that was mimicked as the fat man rolled on his back and stared up at the boy. It seemed the man could not comprehend how such small prey had hit back so hard. A link appeared in James' mind between the lead piping and blood. His lips twisted into what could have been a crude and awkward ghost of a smile as high pitched and growling laughter emitted from the young boys throat as he swung down again on the mans face with all his might. The nose broke inwards on impact and on the second strike, the skull shattered beneath the metal bulk, face caving inwards. James continued until there was not so much a head left, as a pile of mushed gore and bone fragments. He bent down and sniffed the remains, an expression of disgust filling his features. This was not good meat. He couldn't eat it. Standing he sprinted out of the ally, tugging his beloved piece of pipe along with him.

Jessica shambled out of the ally way, remnants of expired and filthied spaggetti still plastered to the gums which were on show from her torn and hanging lower lip. She grunted as she saw a group of other figures in the distance. Her nostrils twitching she immediately identified them with her own kind. She took a few cuatious steps fowards before one of them on the outside of the gaggle of roughly six noticed her.
Not that it crossed her mind, but this was a woman also. Taller than Jessica was and a lot older. Her greying sandy hair hand about her head in greasy locks, her lower face caked in dried blood. She seemed to be in a lot better shape than most other infected at this stage. She also had an air of authority about her. Jessica stood still as this woman came over, right in her mutilated face, and began to sniff her noisly. Jessica fought to keep her upper lip from curling back into a snarl. Sensing Jessica's aggression the woman let out a sharp beastial noise, like a half screech and brought a clawed hand down across Jessica's already abused face. Jessica was hit to the floor and mewled pitifully. This woman was now grunting obscenely, kicking Jessica's form lightly almost experimentally. Then something in the air about them changed. The strange woman grunted and turned back to the group that seemed to just be standing on the street corner, doing nothing except waiting and sniffing the air. Jessica took the sign of acceptance and picking herself up, shambled over to take up residence amonst the group.

Mizuki's eyes darted up and down the street, his nostrils twitching slightly as subconciously he began to search for the tell tale territoral smells that subconciously he knew that the infected gave off. Something in their pores that secreted a certain smell to warn other infected off of their patches. If you'd asked Mizuki about any of this he wouldn't have had a clue what you were talking about. All that he knew and looked out for he did on a subconcious level. He had no realisation of what he was doing or why, it was simply instinct.
Mizuki's followed Kalila's progress out of the corner of his vision as he focused more keenly on the street openings on both the left and right - his eyes flickering occassionally to the darkness behind Nicholas. Mizuki assumed the boy would be able to hear something sneaking up on him in the gloom and move out, Nicholas being a lot more capabale than sometimes he knew he gave him credit for. But it didn't hurt to watch his back. It was when Kalila reached the bottom of the building that Mizuki couldn't help but turn the majority of his attention towards her. He was relieved that the siblings had seen some of the stuff on youtube before hand. That's how he had learnt how to do this sort of thing. Before the infection broke out he wold go down to the library to watch martial arts videos on request of his Father. His Father wanted Mizuki to learn how to get creative with his assults and felt he could obtain ideas from watching the masters. It was via a link 'Urban Ninja' or something that Mizuki found himself enveloped in the world of Parcore. He had practiced 'konging' which he had done on the last few days before infection, when he was made able bodied by the virus now coded in his DNA. He had only really got in some extreme practice when he had had to use some of the skills he'd seen in video clips to save his skin. And the rest of him for that matter. It was amazing how quickly muscles developed in all the right places when you were doing it all the time. As he watched Kalila scramble on top of the ledge he thought about that. These two would get better in time. It was almost a dead cert. But for now they had to start off basic and Mizuki was more than happy to do that. It was also comforting to know that if he needed to put some distance between him and the other two if he felt the change coming on - then he could.
As Kalila arrived up on the blacony next to him he grinned brightly at her before turning his attention back on the roadways. "You're doing really well." Mizuki muttered out of the corner of his mouth, he held the shot gun aloof, staring down the length of its barrells and scanning the streets. "I fell flat on my arse first time tried to scale this old shack a few blocks down." It was true. Except back then Mizuki had had the added bonus of the infection not being in relative existance. He watched as Nicholas came across and used his height to his advantage. Mizuki grinned cheerfully inventive. When Nicholas was up on the Balcony with them safe and sound, albeit looking a bit smug. Mizuki nodded and pulled back against the wall of the building. Kalila spoke and he frowned slightly. "I know there is one there. And it does seem easier to go now. But we need to make safety and ammo our number one priorities at the moment. Once we have goggles and masks it'll be slightly less dangerous if we bump into trouble. I reckon we should collect food supplies on the trip home - but I guess I'd have to leave that up to vote." He didn't wait for a response before starting off again. Nodding his head in the direction of the fire escape stairwell he started off up it. Though he was moving as quitely as he could, the clang of metal beneath his feet seemed brutally loud in the tense silence around them. He reached the top level and yet it was still a fair distance from the actual roof. Sadly this balcony only ran down the length of this side of the building and there was no ladder to the roof to be seen. Mizuki assumed, with a mental curse, that that easy rouite was round the other side. Casting a look down to the streets he stepped up on the window ledge. It was thin and he almost over balanced, gripping on to the top of the frame for support. Shimmying across this he planted both feet on the top balcony rail and letting go of the window frame he jumped instantaneously. He grabbed hold of the flat roof, gripping tightly. He windmilled his legs slightly until he got them against the wall. Then he ran up the wall, pushing up with his arms and locking his elbows, heaving his upper half onto the roof. Concrete scraped his stitched through his shirt making him flinch slightly. The horrible sensation of thread snagging and tugging - tigthening in his flesh. He ignored it and continued to heave until he was laid flat out up to his waist. Then he just wriggled and slid the rest of him up there. A quick scout around told him that people had been here before. There was empty ammo shells littering the rooves and a few dried dark splatters of blood. Grunting he lay on his stomach and peered over the edge. "Nicho, you help your sister onto the railing and when she jumps I'll grab her. I can trust you to get onto the railing no problems." He cast an apolgetic smile towards Kalila. "No offense. But he's taller and that'll help him out a lot." Then looking back to Nicholas he frowned slightly. Being male Nicholas knew that guys were reluctant to recieve help from other guys. It was this whole macho pride thing and he respected that Nicholas might have it in him. He was after all a teenager - just. "Once you get on that rail, if you even feel the slightest bit unsure you tell me yeah and I'll help you out. Just jump and grab and I'll pull you up."

Reshion was about a block away from the DIY store when he saw a mass of zombies wandering about aimlessly. "s**t." He whispered. He turned around and ran back to the fire escape, climbing back into the room. Walking a few feet into the room, he saw Crimson. "Hey, what are you doing here?" He asked her.

Nina bought what Garath said after looking at him critically for two seconds. "Ok the, can you get some of that and help me take it upstairs?" She asked making her way to the staircase. She climbed up the stairs and rounded to the left, after she was sure Garath was with her. She opened a door to a room, keeping her hand on the knob. The two of the walls were covered in swords. The one with the wall with the door in the middle of it and the one to the left. If you were to look on the other side of the door, which could not be seen from Nina's angle, there was an empty space on a plack where the Claymore given to Mizuki went. There was another two empty spaces on the wall wear the katana given to Kalila once was and one where the gladius given to Nicholas should have been. One of every type of sword imaginable was there. On the right side was a wine rack with about 12 wine bottles and a doorway leading to a half bath restroom. A fridge cabinet with other types of alcohol and a fridge with even more was agaist the wall straight ahead in a cute looking bar area. There were three stools put underneith the bar table. Nina turned back to give Garath a cheshire cat grin and pushed the door by the knob to reveal the room to him. "My dad's pride and joy." She announced witha presenting swish of her right arm. She walked in and set the ropes and wires on the bar table. "Prett sweet, huh?" Nina said with an excited undertone to her voice.
On the outside Kalila had muttered a quick thank you to Mizuki's compliment. Then Nicholas had gotten up. Now they waited for Mizuki's plan to form as Kalila told him about the convenience store. Mizuki spoke with a slight frown. "No it's alright, I got'chya." Kalila said witha smile and a thumbs up. This was fine by her, she just wanted to know the full plan. "We'll go after. Right?" She looked towards her brother for his opinion. "Yeah..." Nicholas commented. He really didn't care what the route was as long as things got done.
Mizuki launched himself forward and again got himself to a higher level. He peered down at the siblings from his stomach and spoke. Nicholas did a double take at Mizuki, realizing for the first time that he was calling him "Nicho." Whoa... That's kind of weird. No one else uses that except Kalila... and maybe mom and dad, but- Nicholas thought and cut himself off. He really didn't want to think about his parents right now. He didn't know how they were and he didn't want to worry. For now all that mattered was his and his sister's survival. Kalila looked from her brother to the roof ledge to Mizuki, then back at Nicholas again. "Can you do it? Can you to- What the f*ck...?" Kalila started to questioning her brother but something caught her eye as well as a stench reaching her nose. She was looking down at the road inbetween the ally below. The ground seemed to be moving, and shifting. "What?" Nicholas asked quickly on alert and looked down as well. "Dude... I must be tripping off something, because the ground is moving." He mumbled to himself after getting a load of what Kalila saw. The boy had never touched a drug in his life, so that theory was disproven. "No, no... I see it too." Kalila whispered back. She narrowed her eyes and concentrated on the ground below. Kalila made a gagging noise and latched on to her little brother's arm. "T-Those are f*ckin' r-rats." She gagged out. "That's sick..." Nicholas mumbled and narrowed his eyes to see as well. It seemed they were indeed rats. "Sewer rats, man." Nicholas said looking to Mizuki. "Rats smell bad, but not this bad. I think they're infected." he said patting his sisters back, who was still on his arm. "I have no idea where they are going, can you tell? They freakin' came out of nowhere." Nicholas said as he attempted to pry Kalila off his arm. He succeed and looked at her. "Get on the roof anyway. I don't think this changes the plan." He informed her pushing her towards the rail. "I know- I know!" Kalila replied, getting on the rail. She stood on it and balanced, nicholas was ready to grab her if ever she did lose her balance. The risk was greater in falling now. Earlier, if you fell, you would just end up with broken bones and bruises. Now, you would first break bone and then get infected or eaten alive faster than you could exclaim your pain. Kalila jumped from the rail to the roof, and hung by her fingers. I did it... I did it. I hope I didn't hit Mizuki. Kalila's mind needed to think after doing something so abnormal, and these were the thought that first came to her mind. "You got it Kalila," Nicholas said echoing her thoughts. "Yeah... Yeah" Kalila breathed out and attempted to lift her self up. Little help that did. So instead she swung forward a little until her feet were against brick. She pushed herself up with it and made it up enough to here she had her right arm up so she could put her forearm against the ledge. She attempted to brig the other half up and just managed to let her left foot skid off the break. Mental note: Mary janes have no grip... Even on brick. she growled in her mind. "Sh*t Kalila you're almost there." Nicholas said leaning forward on the rail a little. "Mm-hmmm." Kalila let out a little frustrated. She was scared to say more. If she lost her consentration she would fall. She was reluctant to ask Mizuki for help, because she feared being the burden he had stated earlier they would be. With one swift motion Kalila brought her other arm up. She couldn't reach the wall with her feet anymore, but at least she had her arms up. now she just pulled herself up as you would from on the edge of a pool. She grabbed on to Mizuki's hand mostly for mental support. When her foot had slipped she felt like her stomach had disappeared or her heart fell into her stomach... From axiousness. "Sorry 'Zuki" She said quickly, meshing her words together. She sat on her her bottom with her legs tucked to the side, wiped her face is a stressed motion with her free hand, and gripped on to Mizuki hand tighter. "I'll let go in just a minute." She mumbled again quickly. She closed her eyes for five seconds relaxing herself and then let go. "I'm sorry... I thought I was gonna fall." She said with a blush and looked away from Mizuki. "Um... Your turn." Kalila told Nicholas with a sheepish smile. "Uh, yeah." Nicholas said giving his sister an unreadable look. Nicholas knew what just happened was very real. It wasn't just an excuse for his sister to flirt. She wasn't flirting, she was dead serious. It just looked like she was flirting to someone who didn't know her very well. Kalila did a lot of squeezing, latching, and gripping when she got excited, scared, or nervous. I just hope Mizuki doesn't confuse that... Nicholas thought, sending a quick glare to the older boy. It was uncatchable though. Nicholas got himself on to the rail and put his hand on the wall for balance. He looked down at the rats and gulped. F*ckin' putride... He thought with a shake of his head. He jumped for the ledge and got a better grip than Kalila. But bringing himself up was the problem. He reached the wall with his feet the same way Mizuki did, and had a good grip thanks to his skater shoes. But Nicholas didn't have great upper body strength for a boy. He attempted to pull himself up after kicking hard off the wall and got up, but almost slipped. Kalila was there in an instant. She grabbed onto her brother's underarms and helped pull him up as Nicholas kicked off once more. He was up and rolled on to the roof. He almost laid his face against the ground when he noticed there was blood on it not to far from him. So instead he sat up and stood up, dusting himself off. He looked off the edge at the rats. They were still there, chittering now. "Maybe it was the onion bomb..." He said with a shrug.

After kicking the crap out of door, Crimson wandered back out, her head downcast and her thoughts cloudy.
"Hey, what are you doing here?"
Immediately, she snapped her head up, and she sighed in relief. Putting her hands on her hips, she replied,
"What the hell was that? I thought you were a)dead or b)eaten. Geez."
She smirked though, and grabbed his hand, not caring if it was sudden-impulse kind of thing. Not many people think Crimson was one to touch others. Or even like being near others. But now that there were more normal people, people she didn't have to-
Crimson shook her head, chasing those depresing thoughts. She wouldn't let her mind think.
No thinking.
"I found more people. Not infected. And they have an apartment as 'base' just downstairs."
Dragging him behind her, they went a couple flights down the fire escape, and Crimson knocked on the window, making sure Nina and them were still there.
"Hey, I brought someone else!"
