OMG I JUST RECORDED IT AND I'M NERVOUS!! Enjoy the SilenceThe original is by Depeche Mode (I think) but I've only ever heard both the HIM and Lacuna Coil covers. I'll try and find the Lacuna Coil version because it's the closest to what I sang. EDIT: I wasn't originally planning on this song, I was planning on something entirely different. Also people are sleeping so I couldn't belt it like I wanted to. I love love love that song La Belle Isolde! I've only heard the Lacuna Coil version. It will be in my head all day now but at least it means that I won't have Spancill Hill playing in my head anymore. whee

My choir teacher hated me so I'm a little unsure of my singing prowess. I also hit a hard p on the mic... argh.
Oh well, good 'nuff XD
I'm glad you like my song choice though, you should look up the HIM cover on youtube, he's got a damned sexy voice.

OMH More amazing voices. This is why I didn't even try... I'd come out with something horrible by the Ramones, even more horrible then they recorded it that is.
Label, you have a nice solid voice, I liked that. And Terra, another one of those whispy ghosty voices that makes my ears tingle. Great jobs.

MrJimmy Terra, another one of those whispy ghosty voices that makes my ears tingle. Great jobs. I liked how it went with her song choice personally, the traditional Irish type of tune goes well with her voice. And Jimmy, dammit, enter anyway, it'll be fun!

La Belle Isolde And Jimmy, dammit, enter anyway, it'll be fun! I've been recording songs everyday since my first post in here, and I havn't found one that I'm even confident in sharing... I mean I don't care if I get eliminated in the first round, especially if it means that someone with an actual voice of note get's to go on to the next round in my place, but I at least want my voice to sound presentable.

You make me blush redface Jimmy, I hope you find something somewhat okay. Disney songs are always easy... although I'm not sure what there is for guys. You could always pick one of those songs that isn't really even sung but kind of spoken, you know? Check out some Leonard Cohen, you could maybe do that.

I must have recorded my entry about 10 times before I submitted it and even then I was not completely satisfied. So yeah, just upload your best one like you said - nobody is expecting superstar quality here afterall!

I feel like doing this, although I'm torn between something at the top of my range and something I can do without killing my vocal chords. xd I'd say go easy on the vocal chords, unless you're 100% sure you'll be happy with the other one. I know personally I'd never be able to be happy with something that I know I won't be able to get *exactly* right.
