Kaito frowned as the thieves scattered like rats. He looked to Avalanche with a somewhat lost expression as everything around them took an unpleasant metal sheen. The fellow ninja began monologuing about weather - exacerbating Kaito's confusion - and launched a fireball at the man.
"I'll try taking care of the minor thieves as quickly as possible. Is the fire technique going to ruin your ice?" He wanted a quick strategy and kept an ear out for Avalanche's answer as he jumped to a neighboring roof, create rose thorns all over his hand - remembering briefly how he murdered with the very technique, but pushing past it out of necessity - to try and nail as many thieves to the ground as he could.

Avalanche's mouth fell open as their attack worked too well. What was supposed to be a clever strike to bypass defenses became a whirling mess of scattered foes. A single hand rose to the masked individual's temple as they lamented the situation. "Why do I keep making amateur mistakes?" They groaned out. However, now was not the time for self-loathing. The man frozen apparently was the leader, and he broke out of the ice prison with minimal effort. In addition, the ground shook violently as Avalanche created a mirror of ice behind them. As the ground erupted into sharp metal the mirror shattered and the individual appeared safely through another mirror by part of a now partially destroyed building Kaito and themselves stood upon.
As they saw Kaito working toward catching the fleeing foes, Avalanche moved fast. Their hand was thrusted across their chest as thirty spikes of ice materialized to block off further exits, and if the thieves were not quick enough they could even find themselves getting impaled by them. However, despite then name of the technique, Avalanche did not aim for any of the spikes to kill, which is why they made sure they were more geared toward the enemies' legs. However, they were ready to kill the boy who lacked any subtly to his shouting strategy. "Not if I play my cards right." They said under their breath to Kaito. As much as they weren't a fan of playing with others, this wasn't the worst idea. "Hey weather boy! I already have a partner, and this one's temporary at that." Avalanche shouted, implying to man that he was not going to get the support he was looking for. However, once the main thief would deal with the fireball, and his body was somehow impacted by that heat, the ice around him would suddenly spring up to bind him in thick wrappings. Avalanche applied a great deal of their chakra in order to contain the man with as much force as they could. Their hand gestured a gripping hand to mirror the enclosing of the ice.

Words were wasted on fools, seemed he had gone unheard, they were still apt to detain the men. He simply shook his head, the boys talk of the weather. It almost got a word out of the man. On hot days he'd typically use tungsten, but he was settling for steel today. As was readied prior. When the fireball was sent his direction without so much as turning around. The cage what was meant to entrap the boy lying in wait sprung and would instead impede the progress of the attack, as if saying 'know your place' the cage melted but his attack failed. It didn't matter how much science one knew, if you were too weak to make a difference. He'd have been wise to aid the younger lad in trying to detain his weaker comrades, but twas his as this man called 'foolhardiness' what would lead to his possible punishment. No words, no context clues, just another movement of his foot ever so slightly. What would rise and surround Kazuto would be a spiked sphere that would enclose like an iron maiden. His punishment would not be lethal but painful if he was too inexperienced to escape in time.
Simultaneously, as Avalanche rose her spikes of ice, they would all shatter replaced with spikes of steel. Then extending from those spikes of steel would be further spikes of steel as if they were budding. They would form cover blocking the young boy's thorns. While all his men had scattered none of them had gotten far due to the constant duress. The duo's desire to try and keep them all in one place for detainment was working against them as it was clear so long as they remained in this metal worlds proximity the red masked man had free reign.
Still, even he had his limits, Avalanche may have failed to assail his men, but had succeeded in entrapping the man again. But not without meeting resistance. He'd plant his feet firmly into the ground taking a wide stance an arm resisting his left and arm resisting his right. Just like something hard Avalance would face resistance eyes locked on Avalanche "Fool... I'm the only one keeping these men in line. Without me, there will be nothing to contain their sick fantasies. Their perversion will only grow. This is their... outlet, I am..their beacon, there is no other way... they will stray from the silk salvation.. and crave the flesh...they will flock to... HIM." until it eventually enclosed. Trapped, yes, again, it seemed but for how long? However, amidst the chaos and the cover of their commanders metal. Two of the seven men would slink away into the shadows out of sight. Unless someone had a means of sensory detection, they'd be gone.

"Okay... so it looks like we need to move him out of this metal wasteland. His free manipulation is screwing everything up," Kaito said with great displeasure. He needed to focus on corralling these thieves so Avalanche and the other shinobi could take down the main man.
Kaito couldn't find all seven of the thieves which made him groan at the idea of herding cats. He descended from the roof to the ground level and walked up to the man hanging unfortunately from a spike. He flicked his whip at the man, intending to render the man unconscious.
"Can't believe we're dealing with some insane ***** freak today. The strangest people live in this village," he grumbled intentionally loud to rile up the main masked villain.
He looked down an alleyway, finding two already-injured thieves. Kaito made his arm into thorns again, and whipped them at the thieves to keep them pinned to the ground. "When I round up all your buddies and bring you in to the station, you're all gonna get put in several layers of clothing and I hope it's very, very uncomfortable for you punks." Not the best at making threats, he hoped it sounded dreadful for the panty-enthusiasts.
Finally, he covered his left eye to create a flower sensory technique that would allow him to scour the area for the ones he had lost sight of.

Shortly after his aha moment he could feel the tree branch he was on shift as a metal dome appeared under his feet. Under the sheer weight of it the branch would break underneath the iron maiden and Kazuto's feet."Ngh...! s**t! Substituti-"He murmured to himself as the jaws began to close up underneath and around him while he attempted a hand sign. The already fallen tree limb would replace Kazuto in the iron maiden, however It would seem to the masked man that he would have been successfully trapped as the iron maiden would drop towards the ground below. Then. Utter silence... Minutes would go by as it would seem Kazuto had gotten caught...
☯XxXxXThe house under their feet would soon start to rumble and explosions would be heard within the empty domain. Wood creaking... Pipes bursting... Glass shattering... All of which could be heard from down below them as paper bombs exploded destroying the foundation and pillars, and with the masked man immobile for the moment it would allow for an easier execution on Kazuto's next trick.

Now,now. Gunna have to hold on there sunny jim. First, there wasn't a post implying there were any paper bombs planted to begin with, but if I'm reading correctly while he's being detained you darted in to plant them assuming you have minutes. Second, activating said paper bombs is going to cost one of your three activations. An third its gonna take a heap of chakra.
Paper Bomb [x1] < 50 Ryo > A single, half-palm-sized sheet capable of 1 E-ranked explosion. Putting in an E-rank amount of chakra will prep the tag, and any physical touch after you let it go will set it off!
5x40 = 200 so that's gonna be a toll of 200 Chakra + an Activation if that's the path your taking from the paper bombs alone. Meaning either Great Breakthrough or Fireball one has got to go. Metal World Creation also covers a large area, if the goal was only to destroy the footing of the home then you are indeed successful but if you wanted to get rid of the entire Metal World Creation, that would prove unsuccessful. I'd measure that after your substitution he would indeed not know where you were as he wouldn't be focusing on you. My opinion, save your Chakra from Great Breakthrough and Fireball and say your post was spent setting up the tags otherwise its implied that the man stays bound and Kaito, The Man, and Avalanche are just 'waiting out' these minutes for your prep which Is doubtful as combat exchanges happen in the course of seconds. That or if you prefer we can interpret all of your actions will be occurring only after Kaito and Avalanche have done what they're doing, however, you're still one activation above the limit and it would still require said necessary amount of chakra for the paper tage explosion to occur thus requiring at minimum that edit.
Avalanche felt the struggle of their grip against the man's incredible might. This was their strongest tier of ninjutsu and yet it was still facing incredible resistance. Even though this man seemed like a loon, his power was incredible. Plus, if the man's threats were accurate, then he was the dam which held back the inner demons of his minions. Avalanche was almost tempted to allow him to go in return for his lackeys. However, that wouldn't be justice, and Kaito was working on corralling the kittens. With Kaito's movement to capture the scattering fools, Avalanche was allowed to focus all of their energy on containing the man. When his face looked Avalanche's, blue eyes ignited through the mask. Avalanche would suddenly appear in a blur and right in front of the man just as the icy bindings would lose their grip. The speed would be nothing like he had faced in the past, and if logic proved consistent then the man would do what he has done consistently in the past and block the piercing lunge that Avalanche seemed to do as they came down on the man's position.
However, in reality, that was just a farse.
When the man focused on Avalanche, the masked individual sneaked in a genjutsu. This hopefully would allow the non-binary agent a chance to trick their opponent into making another defensive block as he was prone to do against the strike. However, the true strike of the attack was not aimed at the man, but at his feet. In order to better enact this the masked warrior extended the blade so that it functioned as a spear rather than a sword. If the man did not move then ice would completely encapsulate him from the point of the blade, expanding upward. It was one last ditch effort, but it was their last hope. The man was too powerful for a one on one struggle. If this trick did not last, then they were in major trouble. However, if this technique did work, and if the man was frozen, then Avalanche would turn dramatically and detonate the ice. This would blow away the break through technique, and the explosive force would implode, causing the man to be rendered unconscious. This would tie in with the rest of the explosions detonated by Kazuto, which would result in a grand spectacle of detonations.
_☆ Fake Rush A ____★ Upon making eye contact, the user’s speed will seem to be supremely increased to almost Godly levels. When in actually the Genjutsu messes with the target's reflexes in the eyes, and body movements, making them move slower, and react much slower. This will reduce the target's active or passive reflex stat heavily during the duration. _☆ Eruption | Rank S | Class [ Bloodline ]| Cost [ Spiritual ] ____★ From the tip of Avalanche's blade manifest a block of ice. The size of the ice scales up to five feet per rank of the technique. The ice can form around an individual, allow Avalanche to either make a cluster of ice around themselves to protect from an oncoming attack via pointing the blade down in front of them, or can be used to entrap an opponent in a cluster of ice. For a second activation Avalanche can have the ice explode with the force equal to the rank of the technique. _☆ ____★
The man was not prepared for the sudden closing in of Avalanche, ruse or no it would have been irrelevant as the roof which served as their footing would, in an explosion cave in. His impervious armor was no more. So shaken was he his skin returned to mortal appearance. As the dust cleared it would be rightly assumed Avalanche took advantage of the confusion. Ice rose where she planted her sword as it began to creep upwards trying to confine the man in ice. He didn't move. Stark yellow eyes merely stared at Avalanche as the ice had reached his knees. "You have opened pandora's box. I will spare them from their inevitable sinful future. The flowers that are lost, should any escape, are on your heads...Tetsu..yami. " A spark in his eyes as the ice reached his lower torso. His words were as convoluted and lacking in context as ever. Every low-end crook that Kaito had corraled within the area of the iron, the sound of piercing flesh, no warning, unwarranted, uncalled for. Pierced and skewered by rising metal rods...unless...somehow something was done to protect them...but would that even be possible for shinobi of their level? The ice would fully engulf the man and should Avalanche still have the ability to do so among the many rising spikes she'd succeed in her goal in detonating it if she desired.

Maeko had arrived, around the time all those spikes started to appear, the lass could see that masked man, well the two of them in close proximity. She had heard of the other, the vigilante but her attention really was elsewhere. The other masked man being covered in ice, whilst her Kaito attempted to capture criminals alive. She couldn't hear the b*****d monologue, but she had skewered enough things to know what all those spikes were for. The pale girl outstretched her hands pointing down in the midst of all that metallic ground and pumped chakra into her hands. Within moments huge bone spikes would erupt from the top of that metallic ground. Starting as a buildup of white calcium deposits and pushing upwards till the large, hardened objects filled the area, about 23 of them. As they rise, two were specifically by criminal individuals who were incapable of getting to safety. Her limit was twenty five, and two more were on either side of Maeko, her hands shot into each. A hand pushed out of each bone pillar those criminals were by and grabbed them by the arm and yanked them through. With their positioning, and the positioning of her bone spikes they'd crash into each other head first and hopefully be knocked out. With a sidestep she'd pass into the left pillar, entirely, coming out at a pillar near the two injured. She'd heft them both up over her shoulders and yell out at Kaito. "SAVE THE LAST ONE YA DINGUS!" Mae' was mad because she hadn't seen him since the big fight, but she gave him a small smirk after that and hopped backwards into a pillar, popping back out atop the building she appeared upon.

This technique increases the range it can manifest by fifteen yards per rank use. At E-ranked the user can only make one bone pillar, while at D-ranked the user may make two. At C-ranked the user may make eight, and then at B-ranked the user can create up to twenty five bone spikes. __ Cyan eyes with vast vision watched the mayhem in the primary residential neighborhood after his office received the call. Originally he was located in the opposite end of the flying village and continued to monitor the situation as he closed the distance. He soared through the sky quickly while cloaked within the embrace of his reincarnation chakra. It was increasingly clear that the madness must end with the enforcer of order. The severity of the situation was increasing drastically rather than being ended with decisive execution. A piercing cyan light would act as the harbinger of his arrival. He quickly descended but remained approximately twenty feet above as his hands formed the tiger seal. Once the metal and bone spikes began materializing the same reincarnation chakra that covered Kenshin coated them. Every inch between the sentinel and the ice-encased criminal leader was illuminated by the Tenseigan's chakra. The spikes were repudiated by this chakra as it appeared to dissolve it when in reality the Tenseigan rejected its very presence in time. It was then that the natural state of that portion of the area was restored as well. All of the damage in the nexus of the site from the explosions, ice, metal, et cetera were canceled as well. The lives of the goons were spared as a result of the Tenseigan's negation and the Arashigakure shinobi and kunoichi would also be assuredly safe. Another set of handseals were formed causing the smaller concentration of reincarnation chakra to spread over the entire sector of residences. The mass amount of chakra would even go into the sky as the area was restored. Time itself was being reversed by the flying man embraced in the reincarnation aura. The encasement and other restrictions of the contemptible criminals were avoided by the cyan chakra. All Arashigakure shinobi, however, would feel their resource reserves increase as many of their actions were refunded to them due to the selective time cancellation. The piercing neon lights would then dim on a fully repaired area. Kenshin descended once more and dissipated his reincarnation aura as his feet regained connection to the restored earth. He then held his APD radio to his lips. "You're all clear to move in. About a dozen arrests need to be made. Apprehend the man in the far perimeter approaching Otome street." The static from the radio was broken when the officers copied. A squadron of twenty officers then filled the neighborhood to aid the shinobi in apprehending the criminals. A small detachment of three officers also went to capture the man who fled the scene and yet was in Kenshin's full view. His boots pounded on the ground as he approached Avalanche and Kaito. "Sloppy." He assessed mentally yet the police captain did not speak as he watched his officers flood in with handcuffs and batons at the ready. The boss's fate was in Avalanche's hands as Kenshin did not allow his Tenseigan's restoration to aid the perps.

This buff does not stack with the Byakugan's gentle fist technique or the Piercing Accuracy PA. The ascension aura lasts for 10 posts maximally. ___○ S • Aura of Reincarnation: Repudiation During the duration of the Aura of Reincarnation: Ascension, the Tenseigan is able to apply reincarnation chakra visually to restore the area between the target and the opponent to its previous state. This causes any spiritual technique that is equal in rank and potency to the chakra applied to the repudiation to be completely rejected. It will also restore any vegetation or structural damage inflicted by the technique repudiated. S+ rank techniques or techniques which overwhelm the reincarnation chakra are never subject to repudiation. This technique is only accessible with the Aura of Reincarnation: Ascension in effect. There is a three post cooldown between uses. ___○ S • The Cycle of Reincarnation's Time Rebirth The Hyuuga claps their hands together, engulfing the surrounding area (topic) with their cyan chakra. Any actions that were taken prior to the user's last post or the last three posts (whichever is the shortest time) are cancelled. Doing so refunds all chakra, stamina, and activations to their original sources. The activations refunded to a character allow them to use that many additional activations during their next post for offensive purposes. A completely tarnished area can be restored to its original state instantly including all vegetation and structural damage.This technique may only be used once per battle or once every five posts if used outside of combat. The time rebirth has no effect on the user. For example, if one spends 100 chakra on a gentle fist technique, the attack robs the target of 150 instead of the 125 normal clansmen would reduce. • Purest Lineage | The clansman's thoroughbred lineage allows them access to the Byakugan without the use of a hand seal, chakra cost, or activation. In addition, should they unlock the Tenseigan, they may have 50% less reserves to maintain it than other clan members and may also activate the Tenseigan without the use of a hand seal, chakra cost, or activation. • Physical Prowess | The Hyuuga gains a slight increase to reflex OR speed per body rank. This totals in a supreme increase for one or a moderate increase for both at S-Rank. In addition, the user gains a single custom slot to be used exclusively for the gentle fist style and one taijutsu slot. • Armory of Justice | Kenshin receives one free custom weapon. • Thundering Justice | Lightning based techniques used by the Hatake are granted a concussive blast in the form of a sonic boom upon impact. This concussive blast has a range of five feet per rank of the parent technique. Those within the area of the blast have a knock-back effect applied if their body rank is lower than the parent technique. In addition, deafness is applied upon impact for two posts. • Tsunami of Justice | Kenshin gains access to the water element.
Nuibari Attributes • Infinite Needles | While Nuibari functions perfectly fine as a long, thin blade that sits between a Jian and a Foil. It's comprised of infinite, instantly replenishing needles. If an opponent is stabbed, the blade will leave several needles inside of the opponent. It also never runs out of string either, with one at the base of the weapon, and one attached to each needle. Similarly, unhindered, the weapon always comes back when thrown for the techniques below, and can be pulled to the user free of activation via its wire so long as the nigh-invisible string is not cut. • Thread the Needle | This skill increases the speed of the wielder moderately while Nuibari is wielded.

☯XxXxXAfter Kazuto's trap succeeded he felt a sudden and overwhelming wave of exhaustion as he poured chakra into every tag. However, his plan worked as he watched the masked mans armored skin and zone dissipate from the sudden tremor and breaking of the ninjas footing. It was in that moment he witnessed Avalanche's quick thinking to get in close to the masked man and apprehend him in the confusion coming from below and successfully encased the man in ice. A smirk peeked across his face when Avalanche got him, as Kazuto's plan was brought into fruition.
☯XxXxXDropping to one knee he panted and held his chest in an attempt to catch his breath. That's when multiple rods of metal followed by bone came exploding out of the ground around Kazuto. It was brief and none of the rods seemed to be directed at him as they were all pretty random, however it did make his heart skip a beat for a second as he thought for a split second that it wasn't over."That masked perv is full of tricks isn't he.." Kazuto murmured between breaths.

I'm definitely hallucinating now..."Feeling the mans power wash over the area its as if time itself was turning back and Kazuto's scrapes and exhaustion began to slowly vanish, and replacing it with energy and vitality. Standing up Kazuto watched as everything started rebuilding itself around him. It was the most interesting thing, as if he was in some kind of dream...

Avalanche smirked as the ice enclosed around the man. Their plan worked, and the man was captured. However. success was a fleeting thought as the metal world moved like an earthquake. It was clear that the villain's last actions were to eradicate all evidence, and Avalanche was powerless to stop him. The strange bone girl appeared and was lessening the damage, but like Kaito and Avalanche, there was no way she had the power on her own to cease the attack. Their mask gasped as they thought that destruction was inevitable.
That's when he appeared.
Cyan chakra radiated the sky the same day it did on that fateful day. The hardened warrior felt the familiar youth return to them the moment a true hero appeared. Like the rising sun all traces of darkness and evil fled from the world. Avalanche was spellbound to see the true power of her idol in person. Although their mask hid it, their eyes glistened with the tears of absolute awe. When they saw Kenshin turn to them, it was like his almighty glance penetrated all of the facades and save havens they placed for themselves. And just like that, he called the APD, and saved the day.
Avalanche felt themselves at a lost of words. What was there to say when the moment one waited their whole life for has passed? Thankfully, it didn't take long until someone decided to talk to them for Avalanche's instinctual persona to take command. "As if. Your mediocre ninjutsu couldn't even superheat the metal coating of our enemy. Stick to weather reports and leave the combat to us." Avalanche said shrewdly with their arms folded and their eyebrows tilted in a disapproving stare while facing away from the boy. Of course, they would not at all admit that their ninjutsu, even at the highest caliber of power that they could muster, failed to succeed in super cooling the metal man either. That would almost establish character growth. Still, a startling realization occurred when Avalanche's automatic answer was us, as in plural. Their head turned to Kaito, who they trusted to keep the goons safe while they took down the leader. While he nearly failed, the strange girl and the master of justice managed to keep him successful in their mission. Why did Avalanche feel the need to include him. Their head was hazy from everything which happened. They needed a break.
"Let flower boy over there interrogate him. I'm finished sorting out this nonsense." They said as they sheathed their blade. Avalanche then disbursed in a haze of icy mist. Of course there was no reason to disappear as dramatically as they did, but they felt like they needed to. A lot of emotions came to the surface too fast at one time. They needed a moment to compose themselves.
Kaito was surprised to see Maeko in action, jumping in immediately to help. She was very much an act first, ask questions later kind of girl. He wasn't sure how he felt about that impulsiveness, just yet. But before he could handle some thieves on his own, a familiar presence filled the area and handled everything in a flash. He knew it in his heart before his mind presented him with the name: Captain Kosei.
As everything turned to "normal", he moved through the now-metal-free area to see Avalanche say something - presumably sassy - then disappear in a haze of ice. He couldn't explain the sudden drop in his stomach he felt at seeing the vigilante disappear - but he quickly shook his head to free him of any thoughts; he was an officer of the law and he needed to handle this to make sure Av- he didn't get into any trouble.
"Captain Kosei," Kaito greeted with a more serious tone than he was accustomed to using. He didn't like the stiff formality used at the department and was known for being more excited than stoic. "You made quick work of the thieves. Thanks for the assist. Do you have any information as to why there are here? It looked premeditated and, honestly kind of cult-y, but- well, I'm sure you could gather that." He averted his eyes briefly, unfamiliar with the overtly professional aura of Kosei. He had no idea how familiar Kosei was with Avalanche/the vigilante situation and he realized suddenly that he was setting himself up to be berated if he cared enough to bother with Kaito -- and if not Kosei, then Maeko would certainly pummel him for not greeting her first after the battle was over.

A man would appear from seemingly out of nowhere next to Kaito as he inquired just what it was that happened. "I can answer that question." The man would, with eyes scanning the vicinity that looked at everything and everyone remained the same as he looked at the men being arrested. "These men are responsible for the theft of one of our experimental drugs. The Nikkyo Pharmaceutical Corporation was recently robbed you see. We have lately been delving into hormone-altering pharmaceuticals. The aforementioned drug dubbed red pill was designed to increased testosterone levels in a patient. As can be seen it seems there is still much work to do. The pill you see was designed to make those less attractive males more attractive to the opposite sex, so it's understandable why these depraved sorts coveted them. It seems it only served to increase their levels of irrationality." This man had appeared rather conveniently to dump exposition. Almost...TOO conveniently. However, the Nikkyo Pharmaceutical Corporation always worked within the limits of the law...at least that is what all evidence regarding them ever pointed to. They were known for their rock solid if not brutal contractual obligations. One need only ask the resident Surgeon General Kagerou to learn this first hand. "The Nikkyo Pharmaceutical Corporation would like that any of such substance be reported and delivered back to us. Seeing as it is unqualifiable as evidence in this case which been ultimately handled."
