Mairi blinked a couple of times. What about Lucas? Honestly, I have no idea how high we'd be in school compared to most kids from how our parents weren't that... good... as teachers, she said shyly before giggling. Unfortunately, her words were putting it extremely lightly as her parents had been horrible teachers.

Mairi exhaled softly. Lucas' birth parents and mine... worked in very particular groups... ones that aren't very well known, but I have something that belonged to his mother, she said shyly before sighing softly. She exhaled softly, deep in thought.

Mairi exhaled softly as she pulled out what appeared to be a battered coin before she flicked it in the air before it gave a loud pop, much like that of a charge from a Roman Candle. She caught the handle of the eighteen inch long, inch wide sheath. The hilt looked almost like a pistol grip, while the bottom five inches opposite her hand on the sheath was sharpened to a keen edge. There was about three quarters of an inch between her hand and the hilt of the wakizashi sword, though it was unusual in that it could fold into a very different shape that looked quite similar to a machine pistol. Bikōkakusu, she called it she said shyly before sighing softly. She was certain that her mother would wonder how a coin turned into this odd weapon.

On the tray was a cup of Iced water and 3 Oatmeal cream sandwiches. Mairi dear, I thought you would like something to eat as a snack. and what is that you have there? And how did a coin turn into a Pistol or a sword? Pyrrha says this to Mairi.

Mairi giggled a bit. Like I said, our families ran in very particular circles, though Bikōkakusu is unique in that it's not just a pistol, but also a sword. Lucas' mother had a way... of infusing things with energy, her 'Aura', she claimed... and she taught me how to do it. This thing probably soaked up so much of her Aura over months or even years, I don't know... that it could blend into plain sight and not be noticed, I guess, she said shyly before she drew her thumb down the thicker back edge of the blade, which wasn't sharp, allowing the blade to fold down before it folded into itself and laid into a narrow channel, the crossguard folding down before locking the blade in its folded position, looking very like a automatic assault pistol, though at the moment it was unloaded. She cocked her head, seeing the oatmeal cream sandwiches. What are those? she asked innocently, oblivious to the meme she inadvertently referred to.

When life pushes me, I push harder, what doesn't kill me makes me stronger. Mairi giggled softly. Hmmm, his reaction would be interesting to see, I'm sure,, she said shyly as she took a sip of water. She didn't mention she herself had never had a plushie either.
