When he finished saying that the creature made itself known. It looked like a furry scorpion with a beetle jaw. It was atleast 15 feet tall.
"Holy-"
It brought it's poisonous tail down right over Laire's head,but Kaige sccoped her up in his arms and ran.
"You think the needles from the gun were bad? That poison will do greusome things to your flesh."
He kept running,making a mad dash for the exit of the tunnel. He didn't care what got in his way.

Ruedra watched as the robot made it's way back to her. "User. one. is. coming." It wandered off.
She walked into the tunnel a ways, and saw something. She kept going until she saw Kaige running with Laire. "Oh my." She exclaimed then ran toawards them.
The scorpion was getting very close to them. "Watch out!" Ruedra yelled to Kaige, as the scorpion spung it huge tail towards him.

Ruedra ran up and pulled Kaige out of the way, as the scorpion swung yet again. He was narrowly missed, she was hit instead. "Ouch." Her eyes were very wide, like she was in shock. The posin started eating into her flesh. "You..ugh..asked for it. You monster." She glared at the monster, bringing her arm up to point at its head.
Bam! She shot a large rocket-like bullet at it. The bullet went into the head, severly injuring the scorpion. Ruedra sighed and walked over to the wall. A moment later she collapsed.

"I'm coming, I'm coming," he shouted. Shi ran to catch up with the girl , and started walking along the path with her.

Laela looked over at Shi. Just now noticing the red tips of his hair. They managed to make his face look....She looked away quickly, feeling her face grow warm. She smiled and walked faster as the walls of the town began to come into to eye sight.

"So, what all do you need to get?" Shizuri asked, just to start up a conversation, as he smiled for the second time at the girl.

Laela turned her opposite of where Shi was, she didn't want him seeing her face. "Umm...let's see. Dried meat. New boots. Bullets. Some clothes. And uhh....hmm...Chocolate." She grinned. "Chocolate is a requirement, for a journey that is." She quickened her pace again. She felt her face going back to normal, so she turned to look at Shi, smiling.

"Alright, well.. I'm going to get some bait. I'm running out of fish and we're going to need some for tonight.." Shizuri paused. He got sad, for a second, then asked timidly, "You are staying with me tonight.. Right?" Hoping the answer would be yes, and forgetting Laela had mind-reading abilities.

Laela thought it over. "Yeah, sure." She laughed lightly at him, then shook her head. "Oh! And I need to get a few art supplies. That's how I make a living. I paint, and then sell my pictures." She smiled again.
She decided to 'tap' into his brain, it was something fun to do. 'Oh' She thought, blinking. 'He wants me to stay.'

Shizuri really liked this girl. He hoped she would stay a long time.

"Yeah. I have since....well...since I can remember." She walked over to the nearest grocery store. "Coming in here?" She turned to face him, smiling. It was the cheapest store in the town, so she thought he might need to get his supplies here.

{<3}"Oh, uhm.. Yeah," he said shyly. He didn't want the girl to think he was a bit on the poor side.
He walked up to the store clerk, pulled a monochrome fish out of his bag, and asked, "how much for this fish?"
The store clerk stared in awe.
"But.. That's a Diamondback Lionfish!" Exclamed the clerk.
"Yes, I know," responded Shizuri.
"Uhm.. I'll give you 1200k," said the clerk.
Shizuri turned around, looked at Laela with the happiest surprised look you could imagine.
"HOLY ********!" He mouthed to her, "We're RICH!"
Shizuri turned around, told the man he would take the offer, and walked outside with the bag of gold.

Laela smiled, and grabbed a package of paintbrushes, along with a collection of paints of all colors, and a pair of black boots in her size. She then walked quickly over to the meat section, picking up a large package of beef.
She dropped a bag of gold onto the counter and grabbed a bag to put her groceries into. Then she walked out the door to find Shi. He was a long ways down the street, so she ran to catch up with him.
"Hey! Wait up!" She yelled to him, as she ran up behind him. "I still have to go to a few other stores." She said. Showing him the things she'd already gotten. "These are only the minor things."
