She hadn't meant to make him said because she hated making people sad unless she didn't like them. She did like Darek ,so this was hitting home for her as she looks at him. She shook her head at what he said,"It is fine Darek.  Darek looked inot Dannie's eyes. "You say I don't have to, but I will make it up to you," he said with determination in his voice. He felt horrible for hurting her for he liked he liked her. He stared into her eyes determined to make her feel better.

She didn't want him to get hurt to just make her feel better which wasn't worht anyone's life in her mind. "you don't have worry, your worth making happy," he said with a smile, "There is only a small risk and you don't have to check to see if I'm still here." he swam closer to Dannie and smiled.

She lets out a sigh before raising an eyebrow at what he said. She nods her head as she looks at him now,"Okay ,but I get to kick your butt if you get hurt or if anything made happens to you." Darek laughed at what she said. He swam slowly to her also trying to work up his nerves. He got to her and looked at her as she looked at him. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He was arguing with himself in his mind to do it while the other said don't. Quickly he gave her a quick kiss and closed his eyes ready to receave her wrath if she brought it upon him.

When his eyes closed, she had no idea what was going on at the moment. When his lips were against hers, she closes her eyes for a moment and then his lips were gone. She opens her eyes to see that it looks like that he was waiting for her to do something. Dareks eyes snapped open in surprise when Dannie kisses him. He snapped back to reality and kissed her back as he wrapped his arms around his as he kicked with his feet keeping them afloat.

She was surprised when he wrapt his arms around her waist as they kept a float in the water. She pulls back a few moments later and looks at Darek as she smiles at him. Darek couldn't help but smile. He looked Dannie in the eyes and said, "that was amazing, and you know your the first girl I ever kissed.Darek was grinning like an idiot and couldn't stop. The happiness was overflowing.

"good idea, let's get going," he said as he slowly swam to shore waiting for Dannie to follow. "ya as you can probably tell happiness is oozing out of me haha, and did that make up for making you sad?" he said with a grin.

Darek got out of the water and put on his warm dry shirt. He walked back to the academy with Dannie. He reached down and grabbed her hand woundering if she didn't mind.

She squeezes his hand before she turns her attention back to where they were walking.
