Ambrosia looked at him, "I can handle it. I have for many years. You won't lose me," she said to him.

Johnny sighed and nodded, "Alright..." He said, knowing once again how useless he was to her.

Ambrosia knew he must feel useless to her unable to help her. She wanted to keep him out of her father's wrath. Ambrosia couldn't live with herself if Johnny had gotten hurt by him. "I'm sorry..." she mumbled to him

"I still feel like it is," she said to him. She felt that she was dragging him down with her and she was afraid of what might happen to him

Johnny put his finger under her chin to get her to look at him, "But it isnt."

Ambrosia looked up at Johnny when he pushed a finger under her chin to look at him. "Please don't love me. I don't want you to get hurt," she said as tears filled her eyes. Her whole body was terrified of what might happen to him if her father knew that she had someone that was a friend to her

Johnny backed away, not looking at her directly, "Fine..." He lied bitterly. This wasnt what she needed right now...

Ambrosia knew if she got this she would be wounding her heart but it was for the best if she wanted to keep him out of harms way. She got her balance back with her crutches before turning to walk out of the room. "Please don't love me..." she begged him before leaving the room. She had never felt her heart sink so much before in her body. She then tried to get away from the hospital as fast as she could to be alone to cry. Little did she know that she would be soon living with another side of her family after all the things her father did to her

They needed to strap Johnny onto the table to keep him from harming himself any farther... The night ended with him alone on the bed, unable to move, crying his eyes out. There was litteraly nothing he could do...

Ambrosia came home to see she was immediately moved to live with another relative. She was staying with her aunt as she was immediately getting everyone on her taken care of. As she laid in a bed in the home she looked at the ceiling wondering if her father was going to harm her or Johnny. She was extremely worrying over him about what her father could do to him.

They drugged Johnny to keep him down this time, knowing that if he fought any more that he would hurt himself anyways. His mother visited, more worried about her son due to his recent change of heart.

Ambrosia's new home wouldn't let her go out due to her injuries that still needed to be healed. The had given her pain relievers, and cremes to soothe her. They also made her stay off her feet to let her broken leg heal from the damage it had gotten to it. She wanted to get out to see Johnny if he was alright knowing the sad things she had spoke to him.
