 [Leopardpaw heard Fathom yowl. She was just as confused. She padded up to Fathom and rested her tail across her broad shoulders. She saw Jadepaw sink to the ground. She immediately bounded over.] "Jadepaw! No!" [Leopardpaw thought she was dead. She then felt her breathing, relaized she had just passed out. She licked between her ears rapidly, desperate to get Jadepaw to regain consciousness.] "Jadepaw, Nightstreak, Fathom... It's all too much!" [Leopardpaw wailed.]

 Mosstar Mosstar led her clan to twin rocks and almost everything seemed perfectly normal.She dipped her head to ravenstar."Greetings Ravenstar, Congrats on leading your clan."

[Blood was gushing from his throat. He just realized that.
He turned, and saw Leapordkit.
Her mouth was covered in blood. Her mouth was the only one covered in blood.
His eyes widened. Terror ripped through him.]
"W...why?" he squeaked, his voice fading as the blood gushed out. "Why would you...do this...?"
[He suddenly remembered something.]
"My brother! I...I've killed my brother! Where is he? I didn't mean to!" He cried out, anguished.
[Fathom's eyes widened.]
"You bit your brother?" he asked hoarsely.
"Is he alright?!" Nightstreak cried.
[Memories flooded in.]
"Oh no..." he croaked, "what...what have I done?!"
[He yowled.]
"My brother! I've killed my brother! I've doomed him! Oh StarClan, forgive me! I...I've killed him!"
[He shuddered. He felt a wave of malice hit him.
He looked at Fathom with wide, scared eyes.]
"Fathom," he whispered, "it's coming back..."
[He tasted blood in his mouth. It was good.]
"Kill me," he cried suddenly, "Kill me! Kill me before...I do bad things again!" he sobbed. "Please! Just kill me! Stop me!"
[He moaned. He turned to Leapordkit.]
"L..leapordkit! Kill me! Please! Don't...don't let me go on like this! I don't want to hurt my friends anymore!"
[He yowled in pain as another wave of malice hit him]
"Please!" he screamed into the sky.

[Leopardpaw stared at Nightstreak. Just as quick as the Madness cinsumed him, it was gone. She had no idea what to think.] "Nightstreak... Are you sane?" [Her voice came out as a squeak, not the usual smooth, strong, sweet tone. She shook violently, not in fright, but in exhaustion. She collapsed, her mind racing. She murmured,] "Nightstreak, Fathom, Jadepaw, Madness, it's too much... Help me, StarClan..." [Her mind went blank and she plunged into blackness, for the second time in two sunrises.]

 [Fathom's vision hazed over.
How could he? He could live with killing Nightstreak when he was insane, but not...not like this. He was himself again.
It wasn't right.
Nightstreak howled on the ground begging Leapordpaw, who he never knew was Leapordkit.
Suddenly, Nightpaw became deathly quiet.]

[Just as Leapordpaw collapsed before him, Nightstreak was killed slowly once more. His mind was, anyway.
The Madness took over.
He stared down at Leapordpaw, whose blood was pounding in her veins.
His mouth filled with saliva. He opened his jaws.

Treepaw was terrified.His own friend was dieing here in front of hm.Treepaw padded around his head,he then closed Nightstreak's eyelids.Treepaw padded back to his throat,terror gripped him."May I."He asked choking on the words.Treepaw didn't want to do this,his friend was just to dangorous.

[Leopardpaw suddenly leapt up. She knew what she must do, her Clanmate had begged for it. She hated to do it, but she loved Nightstreak as much as she loved her Clanmates. She squeezed her eyes shut, and let her claws sink into his throat, killing him quickly. Every other cat seemed frozen. Jadepaw was passed out, the other cats were staring. Her claws slid back out.] "I-I did it. I-I killed my Clanmate..." [She let out a sob. She sunk to the ground, willing, praying, for everything to go away.] "Help me, help me..." [Leopardpaw collapsed to the ground. She didn't care what happened to her.] "I don't care what happens to me, oh StarClan, but protect my Clanmates!" [Leopardpaw whispered.]

[Fathom reeled.
It was done.
He looked at Leapordpaw.
A horrified look filled her face.
He padded up to her.]
"Leapordkit," he croaked.
"It's alright. It's what he wanted. What he needed."
[Fathom pressed against her assuringly.]
"He was being tortured, Leapordpaw. You saved him from it."
[He shuddered.]
"StarClan has to accept him. He didn't kill on purpose, of his own will. I promise you that he'll be happier now."

Guess I'll just pretend Nightclaw followed Fathom and the others...
[Nightclaw stared in horror at what had just happened.]
[He couldn't believe his eyes...]
'W-What's happening...?' Nightclaw thought, in shock.

Troutail realized with horror the cat had blood on her face. "Y- you have his blood, on your face, are you going to have the madness too now"? Troutail decided there were cats here who needed a medicine cat. "I'm heading to the camp to get the medicine cat, in this clan whichever one it is".

Treepaw felt grief,he looked up at the moon it was shining brightly."Oh Starclan,why?"Treepaw whispered.Looking up,Treepaw thought he saw his father Stemleaf taking Nightstreak's body to Starclan.
