She felt herself blush a little, mainly just out of simple instinct. She felt herself smile, though she didn't look towards him when she did. Genevieve couldn't tell where he was anyway since he had moved from his last spot.

She took another sip of her wine, taking a moment to savor the taste.

She looked over at the man who still sounded upset. "Just curious, but why do you think, or just assume, that she's in this particular hotel?"

Hm, well at least he might have finally found her. She took another sip of her drink.

Well best of luck to you my friend. ::He picked up the glass of the strong drink and poured it down with ease. He set the cup down without flinching. That was number two for the evening at least. And what luck would have it, he actually found a woman that could be pleasant to talk to. Things seemed to be shaping up::

She ever so faintly heard the trickling of liquid, like someone gulping a drink down in front of her. It took Genevieve a few seconds, but she soon realized that the strong smell from the drink beside her that the man had untouched was gone.

She felt somewhat surprised. Usually normal beings like that just didn't seem to be able to hold their liquor, especially certain humans, something she had figured out herself from experience. "Pardon me asking...but how did you...?" She trailed off and shrugged, taking a moment to take a sip of her wine. "It's just it smelled rather strong."

Well honestly the strongest thing in it is the Dragons Blood, but that is just to make it hit quicker since it absorbs better. As for how...uh...well...I just gulped it down is all.

Takehitsu listened in. It was natural considering the only other thing was that his liquid was revitalizing his body. It was something from his time that regenerates the body in likeness to sleep. Humans do not need to eat and hardly drink. When they do drink this is what it is they drink. It fills their body with a weeks worth of nutrition and hydrates their body for the same amount of time. It also feeds the body energy so sleep is not something they required. Granted many still did dsleep, Takehitsu was one of those that did not. It was useless to him.

Takehitsu noted the woman with the wings. He had seen her once earlier in the town but would mention nothing of it. His eyes where hidden but he doubted she was one to worry about it. He could tell she was either blind or at the moment incapable of using her eyesight. He glanced at Val noting that he was getting a little beyond tipsy. HE sighed slightly as he took another sip. "You gonna need help later?" He asked Val noting that Val was indeed going to need help walking away from the bar this night. Takehitsu wasn't normally the kind to offer help but at the same time for some reason Val seemed similar in personality to himself.

-ryu looked around as he entered the bar and saw the bartender serving drinks for himself and to the manager of the hotel, a guy in a cloak, and a girl with black wings. the guy in the cloak peaked his interest and he walked up and sat by all of them- uh...gimmie whatever you guys are drinkin, what's it called? -he figured he'd get to know them a little before asking. after all just because the cloaked man seemed evil ryu learned in his stay at the hotel that looks can be very deceiving- so how are all of you? my name is Ryu.

Takehitsu saw this man Ryu walk in and plomp down next to him. He didn't entirly know what this man was thinking but he seemed to be the type who was cheerful and attempting to make freinds as far as he could tell. Takehitsu wasn't one for friends of the typical sense either but whatever. "My drink is not on the menu...: He stated as he took the last sip and drained the glass putting it on the counter softly. "Takehitsu" He stated his name now it was the reaction to his almost non action that would decide where the conversation went.

-VAl who barely heard it, glanced to his left and replied.- "Oh, that's very kind of you stranger, probably at least to the door then, but later doesn't have to be now." -VAl was shocked at this at first, but he attempted to look past the fact that he was a shady character, nothing to worry about. just some guy who seemed quite similar to himself, only made Val sort of identify where he was coming from and was offering a hand. Normally VAl wouldn't take offers from strangers but, because this man was sort of his tenant even though no pay was required according to the former manager, Val wanted to put his pride behind him. An unfortunate trait he picked up from his father that Val desperately tries to escape.

Val noticed Ryu walk in and plomp down next to Takehitsu. He seemed like an ok Fellow, a kind of guy VAl wouldn't mind getting along with. Val simply smiled at him and nodded.- "Hello. I'm Valcazar, but you may call me Val."

-Takehitsu then says out of no where.-

"Oh, that's too bad, you'll have to name what your looking for then, perhaps i can arrange for the drink your searching for to be fetched. Nice to emet you TAkehitsu, I'm Valcazar the new Manager of this hotel." -he turned his head nodding.-

Genevieve gave a small shrug after he finished speaking. "I just wondered for a second how you could just drain it in one gulp like that. But if it's not as strong as I thought it was, never mind."

She took another sip of her drink, partially listening to the new voices behind her though she couldn't fully pick up everything they were saying.

Well truth be told most people can't take three shots of the stuff let alone down a whole glass. Then again I am not exactly from around here so I wouldn't know how accustomed to alcohol the people are.

Kai wlked back into the bar with a smile on his face. His life was together again. He sat down at the bar. "One coca cola please." he grind a wide smile.

"A few people are good with it." Genevieve ran her finger along the rim of the glass. "I've seen my share of drunks though around here."

She turned to look at the same man from before who had just come in, only this time he seemed to be in a better mood.

Kai grabbed the locket around his neck and popped it open. Inside was a picture of him and Mayumi the last time they were together before they got seperated from each ther 10 years ago. he grabbed his coke and took a drink. "ahh... thanks." he said.
