Left there to look at you.══════════════════════════════════════════[Cinderstreak's tail twitched uneasily as Moonblaze commented that she already knew. What was that supposed to mean? How would she know something, and had no warning about it?
Perhaps StarClan told her, a part of him thought wisely.
That's a mousebrained idea. StarClan's a tale for thoughtless kits!
Cinderstreak stifled a hoarse cough, laying down in a patch of sun next to the medicine cat den. He sighed, resting his chin on his paws. He was honestly bored.
Cinderstreak glanced up at the canopy of trees sheltering the camp. Light filtered through the trees. He sighed contently. He yawned, falling asleep. ══════════════════════════════════════════You better stand tall,
When they're calling you out.
Don't bend, don't break,
Baby don't back down.

[I closed my eyes as Miraclesky spoke, twitching my tial. ]
"I wasn't fast enough," I said hoarsely, shivering from the cold that my now damp pelt was holding.
[I remembered jumping in after him. Catching hold of him, then letting go as we slammed into a rock. If only I'd held on...he would be concious... I thought, letting out a broken sigh.]

Her face distorted in confusion, as Miraclesky lugged a barely conscious Thunderflight into the camps medicine den.] [She started paced around worriedly, trying to decide what to do. 'Should I go help? But I just might make it worse but stressing her out! I might trip Moonblaze! I might...!' This conversation ran through her head, her feet shaping an indent of dirt and dust on the ground. Finally she gave up, ' Fine. You win.' flopping on her chest, she rolled onto her back, watching silently, as the wind buffeted her fur, her eyes glinting with worry, and teeny hint of hate, of her altar ego.] Oh, I'm starting to regret making her... Moonblaze"Thunderflight, how much is that bite hurting you? And do you have one as well Miraclesky? I'd like to take care of Hawkblaze since it looks as if he has the worst case but please do tell me your conditions as well." Moonblaze mewed.
[Moonblaze quickly applied some dock to Hawkblaze's wound as a light treatment before she went to sniff around Thunderflight and Miraclesky.]
"Umm, if it's not a bother. Tell me about Fathom's condition. Is he really not the old Fathom any more?" she mewed as she sniffed the wound on Thunderflight's neck.

"He bit me, but not nearly as nastily as these two. Save me until later, please. Well, he was pretty much like a cat with the Madness, but not the actual condition. He wanted...blood. He seemed to hold in in his mouth, as if to carry it someplace. It was really quite queer," Miraclesky explained, as best she could. ══════════════════════════════════════════When push comes to shove,

[My eyes glazed over as I remember the demented leader.]
"Yeah," I said, agreeing to Miraclesky's description. "He's... a little bigger... than before too. And his eyes..."
[I closed my eyes, shuddering, remembering the endless pools of crimson that were his eyes.]
"It's as if... he could cut you in half... and watch you bleed...without a second thought."
[I coughed, feeling my neck begin to burn again.]
"My wound isn't as bad...as Hawkblaze but...I think it's on fire," I said, a confused look crossing my face as flames of pain licked at the wound.
((Ohoho. but I like Barkwind. :C
Weeell, if you really want her to die, Fathom can give her a pretty gruesome death. ;w;

"I'm no medicine cat, but I think ou should get some rest," Miraclesky commented with a sideways glance at Moonblaze. ══════════════════════════════════════════When push comes to shove,

Moonblaze"Yes. Have some rest after I apply this poultice for you." mewed Moonblaze with half-narrowed eyes.
"Comfrey root to soothe the wound.. Dried Oak to stop any infection.. A little Goldenrod to help with healing.. she murmured as she applied it to the bite.
"Okay, that should do for now. Plenty of rest. Food and drink as well. Oh and remember to come back at least twice a day so I can check up on it." she said as she gently nudged Thunderflight in the direction of the warriors' den.
"Your turn Miraclesky. Are you feeling tired or dizzy?" she asked as she quickly made a poultice for her.

An oh so familiar voice in his head interrupted his thoughts.] Oh, shut up. StarClan ain't got nothing to do with it, His other self, Night thought.
Oh, don't start. We should care that they're hurt! What if Hawkblaze dies? StarClan wouldn't be taking another warrior among their ranks tonight. They'll guide Moonblaze so she'll do the best she can!
Oh, stop it, you naive fool, you're making me sick with all of this StarClan babble. Like I said: a nursery tale to scare kits into submission, Night growled at him.
Ugh, go away! Our ancestors are plenty real, he shot back. You're just jealous that you don't have any! You don't belong here, Night, he almost snarled out loud.
There was a feral snarl, and then Night fell into reluctant silence. Cinderstreak sighed angrily, trying to control his shaking. He hated it when Night was awake.
[ooc:] In case you're confused, he has a split personality. Few know about it, but some would be suspisious, since ever since CInderstreak was a kit, he's acted totally different when it's storming, snowing, or any other type of bad weather.... [Leopard opened her eyes, yawning. A feeling of dread made her queasy. She tried to sit up, but stopped as she realized Cindermoon was sleeping beside her. She smiled faintly. She yawned, resting her head back down.
As she tried to go back to sleep, a thought crossed her mind. Would she stay with these cats? From what she collected, she guessed she would have to. After all, she had nowhere to go...
Leopard quietly stood up, limping to the entrance of the den. She gazed out, her eyes wide. There was the scent of blood!
Her eyes wandered from the same white cat that had set her leg to an orange tabby, a black she-cat, and a brown tabby tom. All of them seemed injured. She gasped. Had the badger that had gotten Flame and her get them three too?
Leopard almost padded to the medicine cat, but stopped herself. Moonblaze would probably get mad at her for being up and around on her leg. She shuddered slightly, remembering the immense pain that she had felt when the medicine cat had set her leg.

Moonblaze"I think they'll all make a full recovery but in due time." she murmured to the apprentice reassuringly as she slathered the poultice onto Miraclesky's bite.
"Please Softpaw, leave her to rest.I'm sure that she's exhausted." she said turning to the she-cat with kind eyes.
"Okay Miraclesky, a good rest for you. Remember to eat and drink regularly. Oh yes, and come back for a new application of the poultice and daily check ups. Thanks for being patient." she mewed as she guided Miraclesky in the direction of the warriors' den with her tail.
"Have a good rest now." she mewed after her.
[Turning back to Hawkblaze, Moonblaze had a slight frown on her face.]
"Softpaw, would it be alright if you left me? I need to concentrate better. Here, take some thyme, it'll calm you down. You seem to be in a rut after seeing Thunderflight in her condition." she mewed sweeping the herb towards Softpaw.

around for her young kit Lusterkit as she waited for an answer.
