tam looks at him and touches him on the nose... when yer old enough to know... i'll tell ye... not one moment before... got that... now be quiet... not sure iffin they allow pets in the tents... he finds a dark corner and orders an ale from a passing wench....

strangely enough no one seems to notice that the two minstrels on stage anr anything but human.... as they play an assortment of jigs and reels for the dancers in the center of the floor... tam watches for a time... but then grows restless and placing kero on his shoulder sneaks out.... been sitting far too long he says stretching his leg into a ground eating walk... and we're already late for dinner... i guess we had better go home.... ma's gonna kill me... she's making her favorite tonight....

tam sighs as he rounds the corner to the apartment building.... kero... he says, stopping a few doors down... what's going to happen when ye... ye return to normal huh.... then he smiles ruefully... sorry... like ye would know... i bet ye don't even know what normal is, do ye.... let's go get some dinner, ok... hopefully ma saved us some... though those turkey legs were pretty filling....

tam chuckles ruefully... more like a very dear young friend... my very dear old friend... the two sides of ye are like day and night... so much so they are like two seperate people.... and i have come to care for them both....
