I have to tell him how i feel about him." [Dicepaw opened one eye and nodded with a yawn. Spadekit smiled. Her sister understood her. She squeezed out of the tiny entrance, and ran up to him, her eyes wide in joy.] "Pepperpaw!"

We are the swift... We are the strong...  Pepperpaw"Spadekit!? [Pepperpaw called again. Why couldn't he find her, the one time he needed to most. He could still hear Joypaw's words echo in his head. She hadn't sounded like she was happy with her decision, but she had said it.]
Whe- Spadekit? [She had found him. With a leap of joy he ran to her, rubbing his head against hers before stopping and restig his nose in her fur.]
"You look horrible. You need to get to Iceears, and where's your sister? I can't believe it. Was it you that did that to Cometstream? What did she do? Are you alright?" [His worries poured out of his mouth in the form of questions. He could wait to sort everything out until later if need be, right now he needed to know Spadekit was alright. And Dicepaw too of course.] We are and always will be... Breezeclan...

We are the swift... We are the strong... Pepperpaw [Pepperpaw followed Spadekit to the small hole that Dicepaw was taking refuge in. Why hadn't they gone back to camp? They were probably to tired to.] "You both need to go back to camp. Iceears should take a look at you."
[Pepperpaw circled the calico she-cat inspecting her, he could see all the injuries. It worried him to no end. He nudged her softly to emphasize the need for her to go back to camp. He then poked his head into the hole, peering at Dicepaw.] Come on. Sooner the better. Cometstream won't lay on the ground forever.
[He looked back in the direction of injured she-cat, silently hoping she would get an infection. Then maybe she wouldn't have the energy to get back to camp. But even if she did, she wouldn't be welcome once Galestar found out.]
[If by some miracle Cometstream did get up right then and find then attack them, Pepperpaw was determined to defend them, with his life if need be. They were clan members, and Spadekit, so much more then that.] We are and always will be... Breezeclan...

[Galestar looked down at Serpent, blinking warmly. He was just about to answer both her and Stormpaw's question when a sudden explosion of emotions hit him, from deep in the forest. He reeled back, shocked, then focused on them, his pupils dialating.
Two...no...more than two...cats were in the forest. Something terrible had happened. He sensed horror and fear. Blood? There was blood?!
He jumped up, robin-blue eyes on fire.]
"We need to get to the forest," he hissed. Glancing at the two apprentice's face, he said quickly, "I can sense feelings, and something terrible happened out in the forest. We need to bring help. I'm sorry Stormpaw, but your ceremony will have to wait! For now come with me, and fight as a warrior!"
[His tail pointed over his back, in the direction he was padding, signaling for them to follow. As they followed him into camp, he yowled.]
"Duskfire, Birdsong, come with me! Something's happened in the forest! The rest of you, stay here and guard camp! Get the kits in the nursery, protect the elders-move! Where's Embergaze and Mapleleaf? Oh, mousedung, it doesn't matter now-let's go!"
[He sensed something strange, something wrong. He had a feeling there was a cat on the rampage, and in situations like that, kits and elders needed to be protected. Of course, that cat could be targeting only certain cats, but all precautions needed to be taken care of.
He sprinted into the forest, bounding with all his might, Serpent at his side and Stormpaw, Duskfire, and Birdsong dashing behind them.
As he ran, he scented the smell of Spadekit. Soon the scents of Dicepaw and Pepperpaw mingled, and even Joypaw.
No...not all the apprentices....what's going on? I do smell blood!
Spadekit's blood was on the ground.
Foxdung!
He followed the scent to a small hole.]
"Spadekit? Are you there?" he called in a strong, determined voice, eyes filled with courage.
