►►►Moonblaze◄◄◄ Moonblaze gently pulled the poultice away, wiping at the scratches with the clean cobwebs. She felt Leopard stiffen, the gently touched her tail to the kit's shoulder. "No, Leopard. Relax. Let the poppy seeds work. With luckm you'll be asleep when we have to fix your leg," Moonblaze soothed, grabbing some wet moss and setting on the other scratches before she could start with the leg.

[Leopard closed her eyes tighter, but relaxed, shaking slightly. She coughed slightly, trying to fall asleep. Almost immediately, she fell into a doze, her once erratically twitching tail only twiching every once in a while.]

[I purred at the she-cat's friendliness, then nodded.]
"Sure," I said cheerfully, "I could go for a sparrow or two!"
[I opened my jaw, about to suggest that Hawkblaze come too, but then remembered he was on vigil. I sighed a little disappointedly.]
"So, let's go," I said quickly, standing up and padding into the forest.
(( Let's just hunt in the forest here, not any of the border forums. =w= *is lady*
I'm watching the exorcist right now D8 ))

I am afraid.══════════════════════════════════════════ [Miraclesky purred, then turned and dashed out into the forest, her paws thrumming quietly on the turf. Her ears were pricked and her blue eyes alert, in eager search or prey. She dropped into a crouch, prowling forward as she spotted a mouse. In an instant, it was dead. But just then, a large falcon swooped won, trying to grasp Miraclesky's mouse.]
"Oh no you don't" the ginger she-cat yowled defiantly.
[Miraclesky vvaukted onto the falcon's back, balancing between it's wings. For a moment, a large smile spread across her face as she glided through the trees on the falcon's back. But only for a sheer moment; suddenly, the falcon dove down and flipped itself upside down. Miraclesky crashed down onto the ground, but in another fleeting instant was clinging to the alcon's neck, desperately trying to rip it's throat out. Her claws wedged themselves into it's eye, giving her a moment. She dove for it's neck, tearing the flesh clear to the spine. ((Do birds have spines?)) The falcon's screech was cut short as they plummeted to the ground, crashing though the branches on their descent. Miraclesky was pinned underneath the falcon, breathless and panting. But her blue eyes shone with adventure, and she flung the mighty bird away. She ripped the mouse from it's beak, then let out an exhilerated sigh.]
"Now THAT was awesome! I wanna do it again!" Miraclesky yowled, panting still from her escapade. ══════════════════════════════════════════When push comes to shove,
You taste what you're made of.
On your knees you look up,
Decide you've had enough.
You get mad, you get strong.
Wipe your hands, shake it off.
Then you stand.

She moved her vision down and focused purely on that specific pebble tuning everything out and registering her mind blank except for a single word. ' Peace'. [[Like I said... [Brightspirit purred, she had got an apprentice! Brightspirit looked around to find Whisperpaw, when she noticed a commotion going on. Running up to Moonblaze's den, she peered in]
"What's going on?"

►►►Moonblaze◄◄◄ Moonblaze flicked her tail at Brightspirit, signaling for her to leave. Moonblaze didn't want anyone besides Cindermoon in her den while she helped Leopard. She narrowed her eyes, then placed her front paws on Leopard's broken leg. "Cindermoon, hold her down. Firmly. Ready," Moonblaze instructed, then glanced at the deputy. She turned her focus back to Leopard, then shoved the leg, forcing it back into place. It let out a resounding snap and then Moonblaze pulled it gently out and laid it straight, so it would heal correctly. She gently swathed the leg in cobwebs, bracing it gently. She sighed, sitting back. She turned to Cindermoon, then signaled for Brightspirit to come in. "We got to her in time. If we had gotten there any later I might not have been able to fix it. But if she rests and keeps the leg still, she'll have a full recovery," Moonblaze explained, then looked back over her shoulder at Leopard.

And sorries, I'm kinda lost right now because I'm a little busy IRL. Switching between the laptop and chores. = w=;
@Luni: Barkwind's actions remind me of meditation. : D ))
[Hawkblaze padded after Thunderflight and Miraclesky, scenting the air as the small patrol made their way through the forest. The sound of fluttering from behind a thicket caught his attention.
Slipping away from the pair of she-cats, the tabby tom dropped into a hunter's crouch as the black feathers of a blackbird came into view.
Within heartbeats, Hawkblaze had buried the bird and began padding back to his Clanmates, spitting up shreds of feather along the way. He was greeted with Miraclesky snatching a mouse out of the beak of a dead falcon. Gaping, the tom looked to Thunderflight for an explanation, his golden-amber eyes wides with amazement, though glittering with humor.]_________________________

[Leopard had already been dreaming before she had felt a harsh pain in her leg. She jolted awake, letting out a yowl of pain. She watched in puzzlement as Moonblaze wrapped cobwebs around her leg. Her ears twitched. What good would cobwebs do?
The she-kit was suddenly whisked back to an earlier time, when Flame was still alive.]
"These are cobwebs," the ginger and white cat explained, taking a sticky wad from the corner of the abandoned nofur nest. Flame set the wad down gently, reaching up once more to scoop some more out of the corner.
Leopard giggled, pawing at the sticky thing. "It's sticky!" she mused, trying to rub it off. Flame padded back over to her, gently taking the cobwebs out of her paws. "These are important. They can bind a break, and stop bleeding," she meowed gently.
Leopard laughed. "Where'd you learn that?"
"A cat named Redshadow told me and my sister, Siver." she purred.
"Where's he now?" Leopard whirled her head around, trying to see a new cat present.
Flame laughed. "I have no idea. Probably back to the group of cats he lived with. Or maybe he died," she murmured, her ears flattening. "He was Siver's mate. And your father," she meowed.
Leopard nodded. She had remembered that at one point that Flame had told her that her real mother had died kitting. Her ears flattened. "I wish I could have met her," she whispered sadly.
Flame's tail drooped. "So do I," she meowed.

[Cindermoon did as she was told and gently licked Leopard.] "It's alright Leopard. Moonblaze is just helping you," [she mewed gently. Cindermoon then turned her head toward Moonblaze.] "Can I take her to see her mother? I think she really needs to see her, to say goodbye," [she asked.]

[Cindermoon sensed Leopard moving and she smiled down at the kit.] "How's your leg feeling?" [she asked. The deputy flicked her tail and smelled Brightspirit. She smiled at the warrior before turning her attention back toward Leopard.]

►►►Moonblaze◄◄◄ Moonblaze wrinkled her nose in frustration. Yes, Leopard needed to see her mother, but she also couldn't move the leg. She thought for a moment, before explaining. "She can't move. Not with that leg. So, we'll bring her mother to her. She needs some time alone anyway," Moonblaze explained, then turned to Leopard. "Okay Leopard, we're going to bring your mother to you. But you can't move, or you'll reinjure that leg and I don't know if I'll be able to fix it. Just don't move that leg, okay?" Moonblaze instructed, then glanced at Cindermoon and Brightspirit and nodded, blinking gratefully at the deputy for her help.
