In a Child's Eyes
In a child's eyes Everyone is good No guns or knives Or hiding under hoods No despising or hate No jealousy or rage No anger at a hateful rival No nervousness on a stage A child's eyes only holds happiness To every person that passes A child only sees things Through rose-colored glasses A child's heart only holds love To all who live in this world And such compassion To stop any aguement being quarreled A child's mind only has happy thoughts Of those that surround them Filled with trust and innocents thoughts That barely any person condemn
A child's eyes can see inner beauty They can see no lies Why can't we be more like them? Why can't we see like a child's eyes?

Severed Restriction psychotic__Gal Severed Restriction psychotic__Gal Severed Restriction psychotic__Gal I liked it... I can't really say why but something sparked my interest... maybe transformation of character? oh or maybe the imagery of the Cherry Blossom Fields. I don't know... but I liked it even if it was just a synopsis. What's going to be the genre of your novel? Adventure/Fantasy with a dash of romance. Thanks for the feedback ^_^ It's always good to hear that someone likes your work. ohh... that's actually my favorite kind! xd 3nodding that's awesome. and... no problem! I know how that is. Sadly I only have about three pages so far, and very little of the rest has been planned out... gonk gonk how long have you been working on it? Because I've been writing my novel for like three years now... xp people were right in saying books take a while to write A few months...but I rarely work on it, I do sketches too...in fact, I have a sketch of Arc after the transformation...and I'm almost done with one of him before I know how it feels when you have barely written a word in a few months. It happened to me last year. xp Writer's block... it sucks... anyway, now I'm kind of working on it more... so give your novel time. It takes A LOT of it.. 3nodding good luck on it!

eat lollies and be happy MrJimmy For Shadow and everyone else who wishes to know, round-robin is just where you start somthing and then hand it off to the next person, so round robin writing, is where we get a line of people choose somone to start a story and hen hand it back through each person, adding a little more each time. I love writing those, I do that all the time with my friends. Wouldst thou, or anyone else, like to engage in some hot writer-on-writer action? Possibly even a writing orgy? I'm liking where this is going... any takers?

Eek! My eyes burn... I can't read all this, but what I did read was really good! Thumbs up! Yay! I really liked that poem about the childs eyes. It's so true, almost upsetting what the world is coming to. Oh, and that story on the first post, I only got a quarter through it before my eyes were watering from the computer screen, but it was good. One thing I do suggest, is to try to make it more like a story then a school book, sorry, thats just what I thought of when I read it. Any way, it was still good. When I get bit more done on what im working on I will post some.

Writer-on-writer? Are you mad? eek Think of the intellectual backlash that would render us all fatigued and drained of our life giving writing juices...

A child's eyes can see inner beauty They can see no lies Why can't we be more like them? Why can't we see like a child's eyes? It's the truth. I once saw a comidian who said someting to the efect of: Well I was driving down the road and their was this little girl, no older than five, with her hand out the car window and a huge smile on her face. No matter what people say your early twenties are not the best times of your life. If a child can have that much fun by sticking her hand out the window than around about five is the best years of our lives.

Rykono Tadaya Writer-on-writer? Are you mad? eek Think of the intellectual backlash that would render us all fatigued and drained of our life giving writing juices... ... ... I'm in! xd Good good, that's two participants. Bittersweet_3 I'd like to do a round-robin, but nothing too sexual or vulgar please. o.o I loved the child poem, it was very well done, but the very long story? Hurts my eyes. crying I can't stare at the computer for too long. there's three now, and don't worry about the vulgarities, we'l pick a relitivly clean subject. Speaking of which, what kind of subject matter are we intrested in round-robining, as it were?

shram Well um we could pick a topic on saving the world from comiting mass suicide as a result of an evil person sending suicide gas around the world? I was thinking more of a general theme, or a genra then a plot synopsis. For instance you're plot could possibly be pulp fiction, and definantly adventure, and possibly even horror. Another way we could pick a subject is to pick a word or phrase and make it the theme of our story.
