As the sun starts to sink below the land Arthur and all the other knights and many of people form the city join them outside the walls even inside the city it was quite Arthur walked past the pyers and turns to the every one and he drew his blade and then stabs it into the ground and every one of the knights did the same before they all knelt along with the people in the city and they all bowed there heads as did Arthur and as the pyers where lite he sent a Prayer but in the native tongue."You died for your land and loved ones by my honor I will see the to it that the land you believed in will come true my you drink planty in the halls of honor."He then held for a moment of silance before he spoke again this time normally."These sons and fathers fought for what they thought was right and to protect the ones they love may they find peace in the arms of the lord and watch over us form his golden halls."He then closes his eyes and all that could be heard where the crackling of the flames as there light danced along the ground.

The next morning Arthur was already knee deep in paperwork and countless other stuff and once Gwen came in he smiles at her."You to my lady tell please give them my regards."He says giving her a bow before he turns to Gawain."Speaking of the chieftains would you kindly go get them we have a lords lands and they would be great to hand them."He says with a smile,as Gawain headed off to get them.

Arthur looks up form the desk he was sitting at and smiles at them as they enter the room."And you will have your lands."He says as he stands up and hands them the deads to the lands."It seems we one of the lords had a hard time and ended up "lossing" his lands."He says with a little laugh as he hands them the deeds to the lands."You all did your part so it's now my turn to live up to my end.'He says before showing them where the lands where on a map and marking it for them."I hope if the need would arise we can call on you for aid in battle,but I pray it will not be needed."

Arthur looks to the lords and smiles."Lets go meet the them then and see what they can do."He says and stands up and walks with them to see there children and along the way Mordred joined them and once in the room with them Arthur watched as they had not noticed they have walked into the room and Arthur got a grin on his face and he whispers to Mordred and she draws her blade and pushes Arthur into the room after he drew his own blade and starts attacking him and was really going at it but Arthur kept blocking her blows with grace and perfect timing.It was as if the two where dancing and once they lock there swords Mordred backs off and salutes him and Arthur dose the same and looks to the lords children some of witch seemed older then him and he grins."Greetings nice to meet you all my name is Arthur Pendragon,and this is one of my most trusted knights Mordred."He says and she bows."Mordred please remove your helm."She looked over at him and let out a sigh before she removed her helmet and with a grin spoke."Nice to meet you all I am one of the knights of the round table call me Mordred."She says bowing her head.

Arthur laughs and looks at the men."Nothing to be embarrassed about you did what you should have think of this a little test and you lot passed."He says before he turns and walks to the side of the room and removes his armor,underneath was normal looking cloths and he turns to look at them and Mordred."Mordred you can go remove your armor as well use the side room and return once you have."He says then looks at the others as she bows and leaves."Now would you all please intaduse yourself's and to answer your question no Mordred is a close friend the woman you may be referring to Gwenhwyfar and she will be gone for a while attending to family matters."He says as he sits down and motions for them to join him.

Arthur nods after they where all done."Its nice to meet you all and we will hopefully not go to war for a while yet we need to work on rebuilding the lands we have first before seeking new ones."He says with a smile."You wish to join me in battle do you,then I would have to see how well you gentlemen fight before hand i would hate to inform your fathers of your deaths."He says before looking to the ladies and what of you what do you wish to do in servace to the crown."He asks as Mordred rejoined them now with out her armor but her sword on her hip and she stood next to Arthur.

Arthur had a feeling they would answer like that as it was normal in this time and smiles as he leans in a little his blue eyes narrowing."I see will then let me ask you this ladies,what kind of skills do you have."He asks and looks to Mordred."Mordred I hate to ask but could you go get a staff member for me."He says with a smile as he looks back to the ladies and then looks to the men."Gentlemen you should go join with Sir Gawain and he will see what your combat levels are."He says.

Arthur laughs a little and smiles."I see will I like your honesty Margret,honesty will get you a long way with me."He says as the staff and Mordred joined them and he looks at the girls."We can use those accounting skills and I would like you all to work as a team at lest till the kingdom is back on its feet the last king drove it into the ground but was kind enough to leave lots of wealth for us to work with."He says and looks at them all."Please follow this young lady and she will show you where to go."He says with a smile."And I will see that you are compensated for your work."He adds with a bow as they leave.

Many weeks have passed and for the last few nights Arthur has been having odd dreams he kept seeing a place called Avalon and a man who called him self Merlin and ever time they met it was different every time,one time when he awoke at the foot of his bed was a lance had appeared and much like Excalibur he knew this weapons name it was a holy lance named Rhongomyniad.
