"Arron? That explains the explosions. I'm sure he's fine. He's hardier than he looks. Which is saying something because he usually looks underfed. Have you checked the tunnels for him?"

When Minty had first met the mechanic, her general abilities at flusteration had caused the poor man to retreat into the underground tunnels he maintained. And turn violently sparkly. It seemed like a logical place to look if Arron had been hurt in the explosion.

"Salutations Ru, people around here usually refer to me as Minty. As good a moniker as anything else, ya?"

"Yup, Minty. Didn't pick it myself, but it could have been worse." She nodded and grinned at the dark elf (he's a dark elf, right? Just going by your current avi) "He's hard to miss. Six-foot infinity, lean as a green bean, tousled hair the color of cherry wood and eyes as unnaturally blue as a raspberry sucker. Clothes stolen from a Jules Vern novel, usually coated in some level of grease, and topped with goggles. I think most of my friends have survived an explosion or two..."

Woah! When did Minty get here? She must be a professional ninja or something. Kate greeted her friend upon arrival. However, with the mercenary's question, she frowned. She recalled the stories Arron had told her; The way he got here, the experiments, many horrible, cruel things that was done to him. The mage couldn't help but to laugh at her description of him, though. "Good to see you'll help us, Minty."

( gonk AHHH! I leave for vacation and you all get busy on here! crying I see how it is...((kidding, kidding, I love you guys and am happy to see people active for a bit. It was getting quiet...)))

The two odd ladies were busy quietly following the tire treads in the alley, when suddenly, the sounds of hurried footsteps came into audible range. Glancing over at her masked companion, the shorter girl pulled the two of them into a little corridor and hid behind one of the dumpsters, a finger to her lips. She wasn't sure if this group passing was friend or foe, and she wasn't willing to take that chance after seeing the amount of blood that was left on the trail.

Peeking around the smelly metal box as the footsteps grew near, a brief flash of light followed by a bright pink blur passed by their hiding place. Then came a white coat, a dark figure, bits of blue and a glimpse of blond hair, and the odd sound of something metallic. After they had passed, she waited a few more seconds to see if any more would come. Turning to the masked lady, she motioned to follow the group. They were heading in the same direction as the tracks, so it might be a good idea to trail them.

Picking up their pace, so as not to lose the group, they eventually followed them to the Greens, but stayed a watchful distance behind them so as not to arouse suspicion.

The group had left Barton and made their way towards Village Greens. Once they reached further into it, they discovered a portion of the ground was being pressed down. However, they could not see what was doing this. There was nothing to see. That would changed a couple minutes after. A man had stepped out of nowhere and did something. The party could now see a ship that was in the pressed area's spot.

The mage stared in wonder. "Well... I guess that explains things," she commented. She was on Solsi's side for this. Who knows if the helmeted man knew Arron's whereabouts on the vessel. "If we're going to sneak in, it's best to split into groups."
