Radiant Anon Solsi Sammy shook her head. "It's okay, you don't have to explain. I think I understand now." she replied with a forced smile. There's nothing between you and anyone... her heart thought as it face-desked in defeat. Quickly changing the subject, she pointed to sections of the giant platter with her chopsticks. "Here are the egg rolls, I believe they're shrimp egg rolls, there's the crab rangoon, the szechuan vegetables, lo mein noodles, rice, sweet and sour pork, and the orange chicken."OOC: I was right, that does sound cute.
Don't mind Sammy, she tends to misunderstand a lot when it comes to guys. Sighing, he pinched the bridge of his nose.
"Some how I do not think you do. I shall leave it be for now."
Moving his hand away from his face, he nodded watching her name and point to each thing.
"Now what to try first?"
Honestly he was at a slight loss now. Sammy wasn't her usual self, and he would much prefer her to b happy again. However he seemed to be saying all the wrong things.
((You can probably find it if you search pillow pets on google.
I do feel kind of bad for her, seems like many misunderstanding happen for her around him. ))

Sammy winced a little, raising a brow but keeping her eyes fixed on the table, still smiling but more confused then ever. Determined to shake it off however she kept on with the task at hand. Reaching toward the plate she pinched a couple of noodles in her chopsticks. Rather than lifting them to her lips however, she held them across the table for Tobias. "Say ahh." she said playfully, trying to make things easier on him and fix the weird vibe.OOC: Oh duh, that's a good idea. I'll do that.
Well, the way I see it, if there were no misunderstandings there'd be no sitcoms. You ever notice how like, every problem
in those things could be solved by the characters coming clean to someone? It may just mean more adventures.

"As you wish, Sammy my dear. I think this is a first."
He stopped talking and opened his mouth ready to try being fed. Still a little confused at this point, part of him was a little amused that she was offering to feed him.

You make a good point. It is more realistic for things to not be solved too easily. More adventures sounds good.

Sammy quirked a brow and bopped his nose before landing the food in his mouth. She waited for him to clamp down before taking the chopsticks back, then stuck a napkin on his nose and laughed quietly as it stayed in place from the sauce. "How is it?" she asked, lightheartedness returned to her voice. She reached out and swiped a baby corn off the plate, popping it in her mouth as she awaited his verdict.OOC: Google makes me feel like a wizard. XD
( Really cute pillow pet btw! I approve~ )
Maybe one of these days she'll be more direct with people, it's a distinct possibility.
No worries, I'm eating dinner right now. Tonight's stir fry.

No worries, I'm eating dinner right now. Tonight's stir fry. There was a slight flinch as he hadn't expected that, but he chuckled and took the food. He tried to give her a stern look as she stuck a napkin to his nose, but he just couldn't and sort of laughed quietly not opening his mouth. Wiping off his nose, he nodded approvingly.
"Good, though your aim might need a little work. Really I have no room to talk, I doubt I would be at all dexterous with those right off the bat."
Gesturing at the chopsticks as he said this, he studied how she held them. This was truly a time of firsts.

Sammy chuckled silently as she chewed. She couldn't tell if he was kidding or if he really thought she'd done it on accident. Swallowing, she noticed the inquisitive stare in his eyes as he gazed down at the Asian utensils. "Here..." She took his hand in hers. "You hold the one stick like this and keep it still, then you use these fingers to pinch the other and move it back and forth to grip the food you want to taste." she instructed, helping him to hold them. "The most important thing to remember is to use as little pressure as possible. The less force you use the easier they are to control."OOC: Dinner was good, but it gave me a bit of a stomach ache... ^^'
I guess my beverage choice wasn't exactly complementary with the dish...

I guess my beverage choice wasn't exactly complementary with the dish... He watched carefully as she instructed and put his hand in the right position to use the chopsticks. Very slowly, he tried moving the one he was suppose to move.
"I have a feeling you will be highly amused with my impending attempts with these."
With a look of concentration, he went for some of the noodles. After a few attempts, he managed to pick up one noodle. He grinned looking up at her.
"Shall I return the favor of you giving me a taste of these?"
Holding it as steady as he could while trying not to drop it, he offered it out a little to her.
"If you want, that is."
((I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you feel better quickly. ))

Looking up he gave a questioning look, but figured she'd explain if she wanted to. He'd never bowled, so he didn't catch the reference. Smiling again, he lifted his other hand gently holding her chin and moved the noodle forward.
"I shall be gentle, I promise. Your turn, say ahh."
((That's good.
On their way back, shall we have them put their hands in wet cement? ))

He gave a small shrug, then carefully fed her the noodle. Once she let go, he moved back hand moving slowly back from holding her chin.
"Good?"
Grinning and looking pleased with himself, he tapped the chopsticks together. He was getting a better hang of them it seemed, but not holding anything at the moment it was hard to really be sure.
"What to try next?"
There was a more eager look in his eyes now that he sort of knew how to go about picking up the food.
((Yes, it happens shortly after that. Why I remember, I don't know. I haven't seen it in years. ))

"I'll have to introduce you to bowling someday. I'm not very good at it, but it can be a fun way to pass the time." As she watched Tobias practice his technique, she smiled and lifted her chopsticks again. "If it gets too tough, there's an easier way to handle it." She reached out and stabbed an egg roll through the center with one of the sticks and pinched its side with the other, lifting it clean off the platter and transferring it to her plate. "Tah-dah~"OOC: Ah, okay. Then yes, yes we shall. Because why not? Haha.

Watching her, he couldn't help another chuckle. Following suit with the other, he managed to get his on his plate.
"That is an interesting way to do it. Seems a tad out of the spirit of the utensil though."
There was a hint of teasing as he spoke, truly he wasn't above doing this as it was a tad easier.
"Would it be wrong to eat this one by hand?"
He didn't want to if it would look in poor taste, but it would make eating it easier.
((Heh, we don't have to, it was just one part I recalled. No meatballs to nose across the plate after all. ))

There was a pleased head bob as he removed his chopstick from the egg roll.
"Thank you, and good. That seems far easier for general eating enjoyment."
Looking at the sauce a moment, he then picked up the egg roll and studied it.
"I might, but I will try it without first. One should try something before adding anything to it. One can never be sure it was not perfect as it was to start."
Taking a bite, he chewed thoughtfully considering the flavor.
((Perhaps some other cute or sweet thing might happen. ))
