"Not at the moment." He conceeded. "But what happens when their population grows again? They will hunt livestock, burn down villages and kill innocent people again."
"But what about the innocent dragons, sure there are some bad one's but not all dragons are like that." she said. then reasilsed what she had said and hastily added. "can they? They're supposed to be really smart aren't they?"
"No such thing as an innocent dragon. They've all done something bad."

*He Looks at him finishing off his stake.* "Really now." *He wipes his lips with a napkin and looks him in the eyes.* "Then I apperently have been meeting the wrong dragons cause every one I've ever met has only ment well and never intended to do any harm if they have." *He looks at another table then back at the man.* "And trust me I've met many." *He lets his eyes flicker just for a moment and then looks over at Kasumi.*

Kasumi was too busy hiding her emotions from the human to work out what Dashaco ment with his flickering gaze. but she followed his line of site to the other table. She tilted her head slightly to the side as she looked back at him in question.
"How many dragons have you met?" he asked narrowing his eyes suspiciously.

*He pulls is head back and smiles.* "Enoff to say that 95% of them are not evil." *Dashaco suduly slips his hand into his poket and gets a kunai ready to defend him self and Kasumi with.*

Vince sees the moovement and grabs Kasumi and draws a knife with the other hand and in one fluid movement he is behind her with a knife held to her throat. "You don't want to be doing anything rash." he said low and menacing.
Kasumi gasped, her eyes wide with shock and fear. How she hated this form with it's delicate skin and it's fragile bones. It was too easy to die! A low growl came from her throat before she knew what was happening, her skin began to harden as scales reformed on it. Her eyes slitted and lightened to a soft amber again.

*He looks at the man with whide eyes.* "What are you talking about? It looks like you are doing some thing rash." *He pulls out a wallet and puts some monye on the table.* "I was just going to pay for some of the meal after all it seems realy rude to just let you pay for it all."

The dining area is oddly empty now, leaving them all alone. "Don't play me for a fool!" he practically growled as he narrowed his eyes at Dashaco. "You're one of them aren't you? that's the only way you could know everything we've been talking about." He was sure they were dragons in disguise, at least he thought the male was. He didn't notice Kasumi was struggling with her change in his grip.
Her skin had turned into pale blue scales by now and her hands where beginning to grow talons as her face lengthened and her teeth grew into fangs. She was tring desperately to hold off the change but the fear and adrenaline coursing through her veins wanted her to change.

*He gets up and looks at the man.* "look I have no idea why you seem to belive that I'm a dragon but if you want to see true terror then keep threatening her life. cause I can garenty you that you will never see the lite of day. Now let her go or else." *He makes a small orb in his right hand and points at him.*

((Vince is going to be based around a medievil sterotype and believes in the myths and ledgend sof dragons and maidens and such. I thought it would make things interesting to have a totally clueless, dangerous character.))
Vince holds Kasumi infront of him using her as a sheild. "You wouldn't dare hurt her! She's the maiden you dragons love to keep as pets, isn't she?" He bent his head to whisper into her ear, "Don't wory, I won't let him harm you." He never took his eyes from Dashaco so he didn't see the changes Kasumi was going through.

*Dashaco stares at him directly in the eyes.* "One thing you don't know about dragons is that we have a natural hypnotic controle. I also have more controle over this then you think." *His scales form but remain invisable to the man.*

"What, Is that how you do it? How you control her?" he spat with such hatred. "Your kind disgust me."
Kasumi's ears burned with his hate, she growled and broke free of his grasp. "Enough!" Her wings burst through her dress as it merged back into her skin helping to form her scales and tail. She was now in full dragon form but was growing to her normal dragon size. ((meaning she's not going to fit inside for much longer))
Vince jumped back in shock, seeing her for the first time. "Your.... you're....a..."
"A DRAGON!" Kasumi finished for him through bared teeth that were growing rapidly.

Raptor was curled in a ball next to a resturaunt, he was waiting for them to chuck out their leftovers but it seemed not to come "it should of been thrown out by now" he said to himself, still in a ball with his eyes closed
