well the thickness part is a bit of a problem, you make it too this or too thin? and i believe you can roll it up and unroll it onto the top if its that much of a problem.

it tends to be both. too thin in places and too thick in others XD
I know how to fold it up, but it always ends up getting wrinkled or cracking in the process mad

ah well then i cant really help you. i would ask the people at work how they make their chicken pot pie crust, and a good technique to flaten it evenly, but we are currently on summer vacation so i have no more work till soccer camp =/

I am craving for an all you can eat buffet, with a mixture of different food from different cultures on it. Food from India, Asia, America, Eygpt, and everywhere else would be great.
Plus a mango lassi sounds great right now.
