Both seems fun. xd But if I must choose, I would go parasailing.
Would you rather choose a long journey (by bus, train, etc) or fast journey (by air plane, etc)?

A fast journey to get to the places faster. Although a slow journey sounds fun, but we all know how traveling is tiring and time consuming.
Would you rather jump off a cliff into eel infested waters or run in the woods with some experiment gone wrong after you?

Jump into the eel water. Eels typically only shock prey and even when they do hit people, the shock is hardly ever fatal. I'd rather crawl onto shore a little sore than get ripped limb from limb. I'm also a better swimmer than runner, so I think my odds of survival in the water are fairly high emotion_c8
Would you rather eat a mouthful of slugs or bathe in slug slime?

Wow, that's tough.... I guess the future, because a) Butterfly effects and b) too many days to try to choose from.
