"well it's kind of complex, but i was beaten by another goddess who took my place, but because none of my previous worshippers would accept her as the new goddess, she let me keep my powers but i'm now able to roam away from my shrine" suwako tried to explain

"Are you kidding?" Willow sputtered, "Of course I've been here my whole life! Going beyond Blackthorn is..." she trailed of, suddenly conscious of the many eyes that were on her. uneasy, she settled back into her seat. "Anyway," she continued, "I was just a little surprised is all. I'm sorry if I offended anyone."

He held up a hand to her signaling that no offense was taken.
"I grew up in what is now called Stavanger, Norway. When my king was taken from me, I had sailed on a merchant ship to the Isle of Man, I stayed there for quite some time, pondering life and such by the waters. It was only now I quested here to what I only assume was a call from the spirits. No doubt you know that is no short trip..."
He looked at her, waiting to see if she would understand,

Subdued once again, and seemingly no longer in good spirits, Willow simply nodded her head. She folded her arms in front of her chest and tried to seem detached, but it was obvious that she was still embarrassed from her previous outburst.

Willow frowned and breathed in noisily. "I don't need any tales from the outside world. Anything like that would only make me want to leave this place, and I can't ever bring myself to do that," she mumbled. With that, she gave her attention to her long blonde hair, which she braided absent-mindedly as she prapaired to listen to them speak once more.

He looked to Suwako, arms still crossed, and waved a hand at her to carry on her tales.
