I think its a toss up between Chaos and Mistress Nine.
Chaos is like, the personification of evil. So ofcourse is very tough and scary.
But at the same time, Mistress Nine with the golden chalice could have destroyed everythin, and youuu know it. Saturn can destroy worlds with just bringing her glaive down. So an evil saturn is well...terrifying XD “Guardian of the Gate of Death, I’m searching for the New World”

Good, good! Very good thinking! Another aspect of the topic revealed. Hotaru in any form other than herself is very dangerous. Mistress 9, dark maiden who lusted for power, and Sailor Saturn, Scout of Silence (and death). *shudder* Scary stuff. XD Nice of you to join. ;3

I feel bad for Saturn and in a weird way for Pharaoh 90 and Mistress Nine. I mean, wasn't their Solar System (Tau Ceti-who I have the Ceti senshi based off of.) dying?
Poor Hotaru. Not only did she have Saturn in her (Who's probably a reasonable senshi in a way...just with a really scary power.) but an alien woman that doesn't quite 'fit' in her too. Dx And her father turned her into a cyborg...

Yes, their system was almost dead. That's why they wanted the Crystal so badly, to revive their system and bring new inhabitants.
Yes, Hotaru's first life was tragic in every way. But I suppose it was fated to be like that, so she could grow up properly the second time around. Saturn's alright when she isn't awakened in "that" way. I'm surprised she awakened in a non-scary way the second time. ^_^;

^^; Yeeeah.. I remember the Great Migration. When Gaia moved, so many...many threads where lost. Some Epically so. ToT

I went with the death Busters and Mistress Nine, they came pretty close to succeeding like Galaxia did but their was more emotional ties for the senshi considering Mistress Nine was Hotaru and she had Chibiusa's star seed. I think if Hotaru hadn't of fought back against Mistress Nine, the Death Busters would of won.
Where as Galaxia, apart from in the manga cause she made the Sol Senshi join her, didn't really have any emotional ties with the Senshi themselves. She just destroyed lives.
That is my opinion anyway. ^^
