Can you name your child a symbol or something? Like your draw a triangle on their birth certificate and that's their name? xd

My Norweigan friend's name is Uwe. (Like: ooh - va)
I kind of like that name but I don't think I'd name my child that.
I want to put "Jan" somewhere in my kids name if it's a boy. I really like that name.
