I had an odd dream last night. I had just gotten back from a 3 day trip to Greece. It was a Tuesday, and we were leaving to go on another trip to Greece, but I didn't have time to pack anything. And I was worried about missing so many classes. I had been reading The Confessions of Saint Augustine before bed, but he wasn't Greek. confused

lilchibiusa It sounds like you are having more insecurities about your relationship with her than you thought. confused Btw, have you ever had those dreams where all you do is go through a typical school day, and nothing odd or special really happens, so when you wake up, you are really bummed that you have to get up and go to school all over again? I'm not in a relationship with Miss Teal. Although, with how I'm feeling right now, I would love nothing else than that. It's become a nostalgic obsession I'm afraid, but I'm worried about a lot of things. XD No, I haven't had dreams like that, and I'd also like to say you seem to have relationship issues yourself, Miss I'm-making-out-with-a-guy-in-my-dreams-because-it's-awesomeland.

Making out with a guy in a dream is the way to go because it's completely safe. You know that you can get kissed and held to your heart's desire without any guilt or complications. I'm do shy to try something like that in real life. I mean, I have been on a few dates, but I've never made out with a guy before. And Valentine's Day is coming up... xp

You could always see if one of your guy friends wants to do something that weekend. Barring that...I don't know. The mall? Hanging out with female friends who live near you? I've decided that I'm not going to stay home on the night before Valentine's Day (since the actual day is a Sunday, and even if I had a boyfriend, we would probably go out on Saturday night instead) unless I'm sick. No point in moping around the house and being miserable like I was last year. xp

I could always go see a movie with a guy friend I've had since the 4th grade. The only thing is that I might be encouraging him a bit. sweatdrop (He's had a crush on me since high school, but I just can't see him romantically.) Malomy would be the only other friend in the area, and her work schedule is always weird. I hate to say it, but I will probably end up watching a bunch of chick flicks like I did last year.

I'm probably going to be hanging out with my friend Nova. 'cause we's bachelors. And we'll cry together on Xbox Live along with all the other guys who don't have dates.
...DUDE I GET TO TROLL ON VALENTINE'S DAY ON XBOX LIVE. THIS IS GONNA RULE.

You know, there would be less girls sitting around watching chick flicks and eating ice-cream if some of the guys on X-Box live would ask them out for Valentine's Day. xp That's always been one of my problems. I hung out with gamers, geeks, and hackers all through high school, and whenever a dance came up, they would complain about not being able to get a date. I would always be sitting there thinking, "Hey! I'm a girl! Ask me! You enjoy my company, so come on and ask me already!"

My problem, though, was that the guy I liked had ZERO interest in even going to dances at all! So I just wound up going by myself. No way was I going to miss my prom just because a certain somebody didn't want to go. razz

I don't like going to dances either. >_> I'm socially quite awkward and like to be an idiot. So. It doesn't matter. I guess. I dunno... -Shrug, yawn.-

The only dance I ever went to in high school was senior prom. I asked my best friend to go with me because I couldn't get a date. I would have liked to have gone to some other dances, but I didn't have anyone to go with, and no one wants to be a wallflower. I liked the formal dances like the waltzes. When they started playing upbeat stuff and you were supposed to move to the music, I was completely helpless. I don't do modern dancing although I love club/dance music.

Well, Chibi, if we lived closer together, I would invite you to go to the mall or bowling or something on Valentine's weekend so neither one of us would have to sit at home watching chick flicks. xp (I dunno. I like GOOD chick flicks in small doses. Then there are movies where one viewing sends me desperately looking for Kill Bill or some other ultra-violent action movie to cleanse my palette. Bleagh!) I mean, I love a good love story, but there is only so much "romantic comedy" that I can take in a 24-hour period. Then I'm climbing the walls and desperate to get out of the house! As far as the whole high-school dance thing goes, I was mostly a wallflower, and it would have been more fun if my now-ex had gone with me, but mostly I just liked getting all dressed up in a formal dress and getting out of the house for a few hours. I was determined to have at least one or two high-school memories that consisted of more than just doing homework. rolleyes

I actually love chick flicks, even the mediocre ones. I have a confession to make. I have been reading far too much romance manga and watching too many romantic comedy animes for my own good. xp And yesterday, I checked out Kate & Leopold from the library, and I watched it with my mom. I'm a hopeless romantic. It just seems that real romances never come my way.
(Btw, I'm the type who, being left all alone at a dance where couples are dancing together, will start crying. And it has happened before. So, I prefer to save myself the trouble unless I have a date or a bunch of single girl friends who will keep me entertained.)

I have some of the strangest dreams sometimes. Last night, I dreamed that I was at a formal dinner, and I met Mr. Darcy. Quickly, he and I became and item. Then, for some obscure reason, we started using mobile suits (or gundams) to destroy evil goats. sweatdrop
