I dig it, not that there was anything wrong with the original design, but silver, and more RAM never hurts.

I think that the psp redesign will set some more appeal through the people that think about buying it. That means, more people bragging over their psp's looking cooler than the people's that already have it. stare
But, it'll make more people want it.

It's great, so when it's released i will trade in my old one. The new design is much better because they doubled the memory and developers will make much better games as a result. Plus the new video out will basically turn the PSP into the portable DVD player it should have been to begin with. The new PSP will allow you to play out to a larger screen via component connection at full DVD resolution!

Ive not got a PSP, so I am waiting until the new one, however its tempting now just because there are more games on the PSP I want.
I think the redesign will be a benifit, after all everything is better with more RAM whee 3nodding

I think the redesign will be a benifit, after all everything is better with more RAM whee 3nodding that's so true about RAM, the new PSP will have a lot more memory than the PS2! so in many ways PSP games will surpass PS2 games if the developers invest the time and money to make high quality games.

whats the actual processor in the PSP though?
The major problem for it, is that people still view it as a portable PSone which isnt true. It was just as powerful as a PSone, which is more then Nintendo can say.

for all the complaints about the lack of a second analoge stick, i still find most people say they really like the improvements. That tells me that the second analoge stick is more a wish list item then a need item 3nodding

It's not the upgrade I had hoped for but since I don't have a PSP it could be on my future purchase list. It's just too bad my purchase list is much bigger than my pockets could dream of addressing.
