Alex sat on his bed, reading a book out of boredom. Flipping a page, he looked up from it, gazing around his room. This past year had been quiet, that was for sure. He smiled as he shut the book and stood up from his bed, out of his room and into Sasha's, checking on her. He sighed, seeing her still asleep, and shut the door.
Alex leaned on the door for a minute, looking at the ground. He hadn't really heard from anyone in a while. He'd also managed to figure out the rubbed-out words, though he didn't think much of it. He sighed as he managed to put on a smile, getting up off the door and walking out of the house; it was a nice day. He may as well go out for now.

Tohru ran up the street towards the house, slowing down to a walk once he reached it. He walked up to the front door and knocked. He waited for a few minutes before he knocked a second time, but he didn't really expect the boy to be here. "Active as always, huh?" he sighed, smiling a little.

A couple of seconds later, Luciel came up, dragging Daichi behind her. Once they both arrived, she let go of him and leaned forward, panting. "Geez, why'd you have to just suddenly go like that without a warning?" asked Luciel and looked up. "Oh...Is he home?" she added.
Daichi shrugged. "No clue," he replied, "though even if he isn't here right now, we can always come back later...Or something."

"Nope. Not home," Tohru answered. "Told you he wouldn't be home. But that's Alex for you." He looked at the paper that was still in his hand, looking at the second address but shaking his head, putting it away. "Guess I'll explore around while I wait then."

"Oh, okay," Luciel said, looking a bit disappointed. She was hoping to meet someone new. ...Yup, pretty different from last year.
Daichi sighed. "Do you know where your brother might be? You know, maybe he likes being near water, going out to eat, maybe? We could help. He might be in any of the other cities nearby," he offered.

Tohru thought for a moment, wondering where Alex could possibly be. "No idea!" he said finally, smiling. "When I said we weren't close, I wasn't really kidding. He's got a thing for wind and high places, I know that. He might like being near water, too." He sighed. "Well, it's not a big deal."

"...Then I guess we just wait here, or something?" asked Luciel. Sighing, she sat down on the ground. "Aw man!" she whined.
Daichi shook his head, settling for just standing next to her. "It's not too big of a deal. We have nothing else planned today, remember?"
"Oh yeah!"

"Nope! We have absolutely NOTHING else good to do today," replied Luciel, staring up at the sky.
"Mm, yeah, and doing something else would be too troublesome," mumbled Daichi as he sat down next to Luciel.

Sasha stirred in her bed a little bit as she opened her eyes. She sat up, yawning a little and stretched as she rubbed away the sleep from her eyes. Carefully, she got out of bed and walked over to her closet, rummaging through it. She pulled out a pair of jeans and a white tank-top, smiling a little as she undressed and changed into them.
She sighed as she picked up a small bottle of medicine, looking at it for a minute before setting it back down; as far as she was concerned, she didn't need it, despite what Alex said. She walked out of her bedroom and glanced down the hall at her brother's room. It was quiet, meaning he'd probably gone out already. Shrugging it off, she walked over to the front door and walked out. What she didn't expect was to find anybody on the street. She blinked once before she walked out of the house; it was a nice day, and the beach sounded like a great place to be at the moment.

Luciel nodded. "Yup! He's REALLY lazy, but he's gotten more active this year!" she replied.

"Really? I can't imagine he's that lazy," Tohru said. He had noticed the girl walking out of the house, but he didn't really pay much mind to her.

Grinning, Luciel messed up Daichi's hair, who said nothing, finding it troublesome to do anything about it. "Yup! But he's getting less lazy, so that's good!" she said. Then she sighed and leaned back, her arms on the ground to support her weight. "When do you think you're brother's going to come?"
Once she was done messing up his hair, Daichi went and flattened it without a word. "It probably depends if his brother likes to go out often," he mumbled.
