I just got back from seeing the Village. Wow, what an absolute piece of crap. I cannot believe how much this movie sucked. This is coming from the person who could not wait to see it. The previews to this movie made it seem really scary, and really intense. What a crock of bullshit.
I just wanted to post this to let everyone know that the critics are right. This movie is just bad. DO NOT GO SEE IT!

Anything that starts with "The" and some every day word after that sucks pretty much. While we're on the topic of movies, has anyone seen Spider-man 2 yet? I saw it and it was great, and I'm not even a Spider-man fan.

Heh, I'm still gonna go see it. There have been lots of times when my friends or other people have said "this movie is really shitty, don't see it!" and I still loved it.

Warning: THIS WILL SPOIL THE MOVIE FOR YOU, SO DO NOT HIGHLIGHT UNLESS YOU WANT THAT TO HAPPEN) Basically, there were no monsters. The people of the town made up the idea of monsters in the surrounding forest so the younger people of the town wouldnt venture into the real world. The adults didnt want them in the real world, cause they previously lost someone to that world (usually a family member being murdered). I guessed the ending to this movie like 15 minutes into it, and I am usually bad at that. I was hoping that I would be wrong, and there would be some shocker ending, but alas, there wasnt.
